Joint Release: Office of the Dictator

In an effort to reduce logistical constraints on the Territorial Gaurds, the Armed Forces have comissioned the recently devloped DR-10, using the 5x25mm Caseless ammunition which is standard issue in military Pistols and SMG's.
The DR-10 is slated to replace the DR-9A, currently in use with the Territorial Gaurds. To facilitate manufacture the arms manufacturing plants opperated by Nineveh Armoured Works in Uruk, Jericho, Nineveh, and Akkad will begin production as quickly as possible to replace the rifles. Fifty-thousand (50,000) rifles will be manufactured within one month after retooling the previously mentioned plants, a further One Hundred-thousand (100,000) will be produced solely by the Akkad plant for reserve and export over the period of a year, with production continuing as required.

So as not to have to completely cover the costs, the Territorial Gaurds have opted to auction their aging DR-9A's to the international market. Sixty-thousand (60,000) DR-9A rifles (Including accessories listed below) are currently being offered for sale for delivery in six months time to whomever bids to our liking. We are currently offering the DR-9A rifles, and accessories, for sale at $350 USD each, for a total price of $21,000,000 USD for the lot.
We will be considering bids for fractions of the bulk ammount, but we would prefer to sell all the rifles at once.
Avalible with this deal is the option to purchase ammunition from our nation, or purchase (for a small fee) production rights for our 5x55mm Caseless ammunition.

We are willing to purchase 5000 of the DR-9As. If that is acceptable. We are short on funding to afford the entire group.

We would be willing to provide the said 5000 DR-9A's, and all nessicary informnation and papers regarding ammunition production for the equivilant of $375 per rifle, or $1,875,000 USD, if you so wish.
We believe this to be a good deal, and would like to state that the 5x55mm Caseless round, despite it's small size, is very powerful.
