OOC Ok, this is just a way for me to keep track of how the Council responds to certine situations. Because of the Way my polotics work, I have needed one of these for a long time, but never got round to making them. This is NOT open, this is usually secret as well.
IC The 10 of the Council where all present, weater it be in spirit or In form. Stephen looked at each, his hands following the hilt of his Sword.
"Right we are here to disscuss..."
"The failure of Kalgar" Ygger said sharply.
"He did not fail Ygger." Stephen said calmly. "He attained his first objective."
"But he lost honour in doing so!" The Taller man said.
"This matters not Ygger, he has attained his objectives, their ways are not of ours. I will tell gronde we will not take part in such events, let those willing to do it. Is this acceptable?" He rose his hand, and green flashed on the end, Five of the Others flashed green as well, while The other Four flashed red.
"The VOte is Six to four, We shall stay in this war."
