BREAKING NEWS! TERROR ATTACKS HAVE STRUCK in THE REPUBLIC OF BELLANIN!!! (Federation of Allied Nations Region)

9:00PM - A large explosion takes out three high sky buildings in Elizabeth City
9:08PM- The President is notified
9:10PM- President notifies Sec. of Defense and sends out Aircraft to secure the skies
9:15PM- A large explosion takes out the thirty five million dollar resort in San Juan
9:16PM - President is rushed out of the Presidential Palace with staff and taken to a secure location.
9:30PM- A large explosion occurs in the Presidential Palace.
9:52PM - Fire is put out and half of the Presidential palace is burned and collapsed.
10:00PM - Thousands take to the streets in confusion and to help out
10:15PM - President declares The Republic of Bellanian in a state of Emergency. All Transportation by air is grounded and all access into the District of Kingsee, Elizabeth City and San Juan is denied followed by all access into and out of the country is denied.
10:30PM - A large scale rescue mission: Operation Rescue is underway in all three cities. The President asks neighboring nations to help out.
11:00PM - All media is now covering the attacks. President will address the nation and the world July 16th

My Fellow Bellanian’s, World Leaders and all who can hear my voice,
I stand in the presence of past Emperors, Kings, Queens and former Presidents who’ve come to this podium to deliver State of the Union Address but as I stand before you tonight, needless to say no report is needed because it has already been delivered.
Over the past days, we’ve seen acts of courage and nobility when hundreds of Bellanian Citizens rushed to the streets to help pull people from the rumble of our collapsed buildings, making grief of strangers their own. We have seen Emergency Service Rescuers, here and from afar, working round the clock to try and save innocent lives. Flags waving in the dark sky, voices signing and prayers being said from coast to coast in many different languages. We have seen nations, come together to show their support such as New Caldari and on behalf of the Bellanian People I thank you!
July Fifteenth, those who believe in terror committed a crime, an act of war against our country. Since our Revolutionary War, when we fought, it was always on foreign soil, never our own. Bellanian citizens are use to the term surprise attack, but not in the heart of a peaceful city late a night nor at the center of a productive government. When those bombs fell that night, it didn’t just fall on a nation, but a nation of freedom; freedom was attacked!
I stand in the presence of many people who want answers to why a small country like ourselves had been attacked? Who attacked us and why? What are we going to do next? Let me asure you all, things are under control, that I promise. Four years ago when I was elected President of this nation, I was elected under the conditions to protect and defend this Country from harm, on our soil and foreign. To celebrate with all in our proudest moments and to guide with the brightest light in our darkest times. As I stand before you here tonight, I promise you Justice will be sought, and we will take Freedom to a whole new level.
Our country was attacked from fairly well known terrorist group called Guplapa Raja, located in the outskirts of the North East Mountains. From our evidence that we gathered, the leader of this terror seeking group is Estafa Lippas, The Guplapa Raja practice a religion called Taddisum, a form of belief in an almighty God, creator of all. There have been proof of Terrorists from this organization in over seventy different nations in the region, three hundred nations world wide. They have been recruited from the Mountains where they are trained in the tactics of terror and than sent back to their homes or other foreign soils to commit evil acts of crime and destruction. These people practice of Taddisum that was rejected by the Taddiusm culture many centuries ago. The terrorists are instructed to kill all Christians, Jews, Buddhists and make no distinction among military and civilians, including innocent women and children. Well Enough is enough! We condemn your organization!
Tonight as I stand before you all, Nations world wide and terrorists listening in, The Republic of Bellanian have demands that will be meet by the Guplapa Raja. One is to bring all your leaders to the Authorities of The Republic of Bellanian and New Caldari. Two, Release all foreign citizens you have imprisoned. Three, protect all of those, media, citizens, diplomats and aide works who shall enter your country. Third, close all camps and turn over the terrorists to the proper authorities and last, give the Republic of Bellanian full access to all training camps so we can assure the destruction of evil. The Republic of Bellanian will give the Guplapa Raja one week to meet this demands and if they aren’t met, the Gupala Raja will share their fate.
Not only do the Guplapa Raja decide their own fate but from this moment on, any nation who harbors, trains and produces Terrorists will become an enemy towards freedom, an enemy against all Democratic and Republican Nations. Also at the moment in time, the Republic of Bellanian will over see the operation of destructing terror and we will continue to promote and defend the meaning of freedom, on our own soil and abroad.
It will take not only one nation but a collation of many. That is why I ask all world leaders to come fourth, and take a step in the right direction. Let’s come together and end a part of life that so many have feared so we can put the confidence and peace make in millions of lives.
I have the privlage to be sitting in this chamber with three men, Governor Joseph J. Lima of Elizabeth, Mayor Herbet T. Giffman of Elizabeth City and Mayor Kendall H. Jiffel of San Juan. They are a symbol to a new gate and my cabinet and government workers will work hand in hand with me and them to take what we have lost and rebuild and show that no matter how great of a hit we take, we will get right back up.
People have come together from all around and this is the first step into securing freedom. We are strong, bold and confident and I am certain, we will work day in and day out, we will not falter, tire or fail!
Justice will come to those who deserve it soon enough. I will say this won’t be an easy and short battle but a long and challenging one. So in all that lies before us in these up coming months or years, I ask that God and all Upper Powers to which you all might believe in to watch over us and guide us to a successful victory over Terrorism.
