17 July 2005. THE RAMMSTEINBURG TIMES.

Just days after the attack on the royal palace in Ark (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=432479) and the attempt to kill Hauptoffzier Damian Engels and King Florian, there is another attack in Rammsteinburg. This time the Kaiser Martens embassy was attacked.

Early this morning, a car drove into the embassy and exploded. There have been thirty deaths so far and over one hundred injuries. A quarter of those injured in the explosion are currently in critical condition. Kaiser Martens' ambassador survived the attack.

Also today, the Rammsteinburg Bureau of Investigation recieved a video. It is from Erwin Clemens von Buren, the President of The Blackcoats (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/The_Blackcoats), an extremist capitalist group which has been responsible for many bombings in the past.

The Blackcoats have claimed responsibility for the attack on the royal palace and the bombing of the Kaiser Martens embassy. Von Buren says that it is because Kaiser Marten sent two men to assist in the investigation of the palace attacks that The Blackcoats bombed their embassy. Any nation who assists the Rammsteinburg government, von Buren says, will be declared an enemy of The Blackcoats.

The final thing von Buren said in the video was that The Blackcoats are "declaring war against the government of Rammsteinburg and all those who support it".

In response to this, the legislature has approved a declaration of war against The Blackcoats in a special session today. King Florian, the only person with constitutional authority to approve a declaration of war, has approved it. Like the Rammsteinburg consitution calls for, a wartime council consisting of the Hauptoffzier, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defence, the Chief Field Marshal of the Army, the Chief Air Marshal of the Air Force, and the Fleet Admiral of the Navy has been set up.

The second Rammsteinburgian civil war has begun.

Breaking News:

In a massive show of support for the current government of Rammsteinburg, six million Rammsteinburgians applied for entrance into the Rammsteinburg military. This adds onto the 103,400,000 already in the Rammsteinburg military.

Outside of her office building in Ramm City, Prime Minister Mila Schwarzes delivers a speech to a large crowd.

"People of Rammsteinburg...," she begins, "Our beloved nation has once again broken into civil war. This time against a group known as The Blackcoats. I am saddened by this turn of events, for I have personally seen the ugly face of war before. I lived through the first civil war over fifty years ago. I lost two family members, my father and my brother, as a result of that war. Now with this nation in a second civil war, many more people will lose family members as I did. This is not something I am happy about. Because I want to avoid a large ammount of lives being lost, I want this war to be short. But sadly this war may not end up being short like I hope it will. People of Rammsteinburg, be strong throughout this time of conflict.

To those in the Rammsteinburg military who are ready to give their lives to protect this nation against The Blackcoats, I wish you luck. May you be successful in taking down The Blackcoats. Thank you...that is all"

The army approached.....

One of the Panzerdivisions formed a defense Perimeter around the city, to ensure nothing exits or enter without being checked thoroughly, to make sure people are not for the Blackcoats. The soldiers had a relatively small blacklist, for some of the Known Members of the organization. The other Panzerdisivion split in two, one remained outside awaiting for orders and the other part carefully slid into the city, making sure not to scare anyone, always alert of any possible attacks. "Let's let those guys try and do anything now."

"Halt! Identify yourselves," a group of men dressed in Rammsteinburg army uniforms yell at the Kaiser Martens' Panzerdivision that slid into the city. They point their guns at them. After a few seconds, one of the Rammsteinburg soldiers said to the officer in charge, "Wait sir, they're from Kaiser Martens!" The soldier points to the uniforms, and everybody stops aiming their guns. "Sorry," Lt. Colonel Plame, the officer in charge, said. "The nation is currently on alert level four. We have to be constantly on the lookout for The Blackcoats. Anyway, I need the officer in charge of Kaiser Martens' troops to come with me. He is to meet with the Rammsteinburg wartime council, who are currently meeting in an undisclosed location."

When that happened the Hanomags, Self Proppeled Artillery, and the Panther II that was up front stopped, and the soldiers all automatically aimed against them, weapons ready. But they all sighed and relaxed when seeing those were not Blackcoats. An Officer stepped forth. "Allright. No problem. The rest of the troops will continue to deploy onto a standby, defensive position." He turned and said something to a soldier, who nodded and walked off, then the Officer looked back. "General Van Der Greifen is on his way, he agrees to be escorted, as long as he can take a few of his best men with him." After a few minutes only the General would arrive, ready to meet the Council.

Official Message from Frank O'Moore, Rammsteinburg's Minister of International Relations:

I have consulted with the council and they agree to allow Morvonian troops in Rammsteinburg to help. The officer in charge of all of your troops is to be brought to join the council. Have your troops come to Ramm City, our capital, and we will have somebody waiting to escort your commanding officer to the council's secret meeting location. The rest of your men should stay in Ramm city until we have further instructions. While in Ramm City, please keep on look out for any Blackcoats and watch our government buildings closely. Thank you for deciding to help us out. It is very appreciated.

The 27th grenadier(28,000 men,15 T-80 tanks and 10 BMP-3 tanks)moved in to the city looking for this contact that would guild the commander,Col.Sabastian Benios,to the secret meeting at the secret location,they were using the back roads so as to not attract attention.All of the sudden 3 armed men poped out of nowhere.

Sebastian reconized the uniforms,he got out of his tank and gave a signal to the others to move to the pre-detemined location. He walked to the 3 men and shook the hand of the one in the middle of the group.

The three men are Major General Klaus Rolando (the one in the middle), Sergeant Will Wallace (on the left), and Sergeant Florian Zachariah (on the right) of the Rammsteinburg army. Maj. Gen. Rolando smiles at Col. Benios and said with a very strong, stereotypical German accent, "Ja, it is a beautiful night. So, you're Colonel Sabastian Benios? Vell Colonel, it is fery nice to meet you. Come vith me. A helicopter is prepared to take us to the council's meeting spot."

"Very well" he got on the chopper and just as it was about to lift up a private came running.


"you almost forgot this sir" and he handed him his holster with his Sig Saur P228 compact with 6 mags of ammo.

"thank you private you did not need to but i appericated it." and with that the helicopter lifted off.


about half way through the flight,Benios looked over to the General and asked."what does this place look like anyway?"

the General simply nodded and said "You Vill See."

The helicopter landed in the middle of a forest somewhere in Rammsteinburg. "Vell Colonel," Maj. Gen. Rolando said, "ve are almost zere. Ve just haff to valk a little." The Maj. General, the two Sergeants, and Col. Benios hop out of the helicopter. They begin walking and the helicopter flies off.

After about twelve minutes of walking, they reach what appears to be a large hill. Hidden behind two large fake bushes, though, is the a door. Rolando walks over to the bush and pulls out a walkie talkie, which he begins talking to somebody on. "Hallo und guten Abend. Dieses ist Hauptgeneral Klaus Rolando. Ich habe mit mir den befehlshabenden Offizier von Morvonia. Öffnen Sie bitte die Tür. Danke." He hooks the walkie talkie back to his belt. The two fake bushes move to the side, revealing a 8" x 10" metal door. It opens up. Two soldiers armed with AK-47's are on the other side. They salute Maj. Gen. Rolando. "Guten Abend," the one on the right says. Rolando looks back at Col. Benios. "Follow me. I vill take you straight to ze council's meeting room."

Klaus Rolando walked over to Sebastian. "Ze others are a bit busy right now. I am sorry. Vould you like somezing to drink vhile you vait?" Just then, the council walked in. The Major General saluted them and left the room.

And so the Martens' General with a few reliable troops did as directed and headed into the secret area for the council.

The troops however remained split in two groups. One would "fence" the city to not let any blackcoats come in or come out, and the other part went right into the city, seeking the enemy actively to try to defeat it. They were a large amount of troops, so it was a bit of an overkill, yet they were careful not to turn things into a mess, they would try to be precise with their shots not to damage the city needlessly. They would remain operating in this way until Van Der Greifen returned and gave new orders.

At the news of this terrible catastrophe the minister of defence with approval from Emperor Hariosi pledge at least three fourths of the Riegaban armed forces to aid in Rammsteinburg, just say the word and we will be on our way.

At the wartime council's meeting room:

Colonel Benios of Morvonia, Hauptoffzier Damian Engels, Prime Minister Mila Schwarzes, Min. of Defence Johanne Smith, and the heads of each branch of the Rammsteinburg military are seated around a circular table. In the middle of the table is a map of the city of Ark. The location of troops are marked by thumbtacks (blue for Rammsteinburgian troops and red for Kaiser Martens' troops). Right next to that is the map of another city, Ramm City, Rammsteinburg's capital.

"So Colonel Benios, your men are currently in Ramm City, yes?", the Minister of Defence asks. The colonel shakes his head. "And how many men do you have over there?" "28,000 men," Colonel Benios says. The Chief Field Marshal of the Army, Eric Waters, speaks up. "Can you have your men split up into three divisions?"

Outside Ark, NE section.

"Alright men, the defenders have left a large gap in thier defensive lines, one we'll exploite to maximun potential. Farret, take the 1st and attack the northern KMers. Gerald, take the 5th and attack the southern KMers. I'll take the 2nd-4th and smash through Bergers and take the embassy."
"Yes sir."
"Yes sir."

1st battalion
The first battalion, being careful to remain relativily concealed, moved to firing postitions and opened up on the Kaiser Martine troops that were almost due north of the Conservative Union embassy.

5th battalion
The fifth battalion, being careful to remain relativily concealed, moved to firing postitions and opened up on the Kaiser Martine troops that were occupying the north-eastern most road.

2nd-4th Battalions
Once the 1st and 5th had signalled they had engaged the KMers, the other three battalions moved in and raced through the city to the embassy district to engage the Burger troops.

Southern and Eastern Roads (same thing happens at both places)
Along the southern/eastern roads, a convoy of SUVs, Jeeps, and Semi-trucks pulled up to the roadblock. As the lead vehicles were questioned, men from the vehicles opened the doors and got out, taking the defenders under fire.
The Semi-trucks, which were somewhat behind, jackknifed themselves and the sides fell open revealing crew-served machine guns and men with grenade launcher who opened fire.

A Corporal in the Rammsteinburg army runs up to Colonel Franz Noyvown, the commanding officer of the troops (the 8th and 9th batallions) in the embassy district of Ark. "Sir, sir, the Blackcoats are coming this way!" Col. Noyvown pulls out his binoculars. He sees that the 2nd-4th Blackcoat batallions are coming his way. The Colonel quickly pulls out a phone and calls somebody. "This is Colonel Noyvown in the embassy district. We have some Blackcoats coming this way. Is it possible to get one or two more batallions over here to help me out?" A bullet whizzes by Noyvown's left ear. "Shit," he yells. "I gotta go. We're under attack!" He hangs up the phone and yells at his men to make sure the embassies are not destroyed. After another bullet whizzes by him, Col. Noyvown ducks down inside the tank. Rammsteinburg soldiers open fire on the three Blackcoat batallions. About 100 soldiers surround the Kaiser Martens embassy on all four sides.

With that he noticed he had left his gun on the table. he picked it up,loaded it,place it in his holster and apologized.

Major General Klaus Rolando, commanding officer of all the Rammsteinburg troops in the Ark area, is sitting in his office when he gets a call from one of his assistants.

"Major General, the 8th and 9th batallions are under attack!"

"The 8th and 9th? Aren't those the two in the embassy district?," Rolando asks.

"Yes, they are, sir."

"Damn. We don't want those embassies to be damaged. About how many Blackcoats are there attacking?"

"I don't know, sir. Colonel Noyvown hasn't told us. I'll try to get ahold of him and find out, though."

"Please find out."

"Colonel Noyvown requested one or two more batallions to help him."

"Send one in for now. I'll wait until I know about how many Blackcoats there are attacking before sending any more in."

"How about the 3rd batallion? They're currently stationed at by the royal palace."

"The 3rd batallion is fine."

The council members briefly discussed the division of Morvonian troops among themselves.

Prime Minister Mila Schwarzes spoke. "Have one division stationed in the middle of Ramm City, by Das Blau Haus, the legislative building. As for the other two, have them go down to a lake called Lake Kepler. It is south of Ramm City and to the west of Ark. Have one division guard the bridge at Lake Kepler and the other guard the west side of Lake Kepler."

The second, third and fourth continue thier attack using a modified leap-frog method to advance.

Once optimal distance had been reached, the fourth began circling down to take the two Burger battalions in the flank. Meanwhile a company from each battalion began the task of assualting and securing the KM and CU embassies.

By orders of Maj. Gen. Klaus Rolando, the 3rd batallion began moving from the Royal palace to the embassy district.

Colonel Noyvown observed everything from his tank. He ordered the 8th batallion to protect the Conservative Union embassy and the 9th battalion to protect the Kaiser Martens embassy.

"Need some help? I got 12,000 of the finest Tac-Ops guys at your disposal. We also have several OCA operatives ready to spread into your country as force multipliers to fight against the Black Coats. Give us the location and we're there. Shensek out"

The massive air armada halts and hovers just a few miles out of town, waiting for the call to attack.

"The Morvonians?," said Col. Noyvown to himself. "Well, it looks like I got the extra batallion I was looking for. I was expecting Rammsteinburg men to come to my aid, though."

As the Eighth and Ninth batts moved, the second and third layed down a withering barrage of fire, while the companies took cover and opened fire on the defenders.

The Fourth halted thier movements and opened fire as well.

"The Morvonians?," said Col. Noyvown to himself. "Well, it looks like I got the extra batallion I was looking for. I was expecting Rammsteinburg men to come to my aid, though."

By the way, one batallion in this roleplay= 500 soldiers.

The CH-32 helicopters split into two groups, one group with 7,000 soldiers to the gap around Ark, and the second with 5,000 into the city center. Center Group sets up a perimiter and dispaches 700 special forces units to make their way to the Embessy district and extract the Union envoy.

Rather than going straight into it, the 3rd batallion of the Rammsteinburg army went around the embassy district and entered the battle from the east. They opened fire on The Blackcoats from the back.

"Some Conservative Union troops are on the way? Excellent," exlaimed Colonel Noyvown, who is still watching things from his tank, as he hung up his phone after talking to Maj. Gen. Rolando. "The 3rd batallion just arrived and some Morvonian soldiers did, too. I'm getting more back-up than I wanted."

The Colonel radios in to the head of the Morvonian batallion. "Focus on guarding the Kaiser Martens embassy," he said.

The commander of the 700 man spec-ops group moved his unit northeast towards the Rammsteinburg attack force, and re-enforced the 3rd battlalion.

"comon men dont stop" said a paratrooper to the men beside him.The black coats pouned them with willtering fire for long periods at a time,but all the men still fired without thinking.


and then....form the east.....the reinforcements...."LOOK OVER THERE FRIENDLIES".....a second cheer went up as they contiuned to fire.

"Some Conservative Union troops are on the way? Excellent," exlaimed Colonel Noyvown, who is still watching things from his tank, as he hung up his phone after talking to Maj. Gen. Rolando. "The 3rd batallion just arrived and some Morvonian soldiers did, too. I'm getting more back-up than I wanted."

OCA airborne commandos have moved past the front and infiltrated the embessies of the Union and Risban but are pinned down and taking heavy fire. Following the airdrop, two of the four cargo planes were shot down, and at least 12 of the 26 commandos died before hitting the ground.

As the 2nd, and 3rd were taking under overwhelming fire, they began preforming a fighting withdrawl. The 4th engaged the 3rd Burger battalion(lol) holding thier attention as the 2nd and 3rd passed by. Once the other two had passed, the 4th took rearguard duties.


The commander of the men in Ark, the 'sleeper cell' smiled as he recieved the message from the commander of the EAF, the plan was, so far going well though Murphy could still show up.

Colonel Noyvown is on the phone with Maj. Gen. Klaus Rolando.

Rolando: "Two Blackcoat batallions have retreated?"

Noyvown: "Yes, sir, Major General."

Rolando: "They don't realize that the large gap in the northeast border of the city is no longer there. The Conservative Union now has troops over there. If they want to get out of the city, they're going to have to go through either them or Kaiser Martens. They're basically trapped."

Noyvown: "Trapped, eh? Excellent!"

Rolando: "Excellent indeed, Colonel."

Noyvown: "But what will we do if they manage to get out of the city?"

Rolando: "If they do, I have a plan ready..."

The 8th batallion of the 12th division has been ordered to follow the two Blackcoat batallions that retreated. The 10th batallion, currently located directly north of city hall, has been ordered to go assist the 8th.

As the black CH-47 chinooks fly in, loaded with troops, one of the gunners sees the battle going on, and radios the pilot.

"Radio for some apaches and super cobras, Ark is under attack."
"Roger, I have visual."

At the Tetra FOB, 4 Super Cobras and 4 Apaches (the father's 4th Airborne assistance squadron) scramble to assist the troops at Ark. Within 10 minutes, the choppers are there.

"This is Squad Lead, requesting permission to fire."
"Roger, all weapons, free"

The air filled with radio signals from the attack helos.

"Fox 1"
"Guns, guns, guns"
"Droping flares"
"Missile away"

However, the Blackcoats evaded most of the fire, by hiding by fires, or in forest.

"We've lost visual"
"Roger, continue with Close Air Patrol"

It appeared to the Chinook pilots, that the city was almost clear, so they swooped down and landed, emptied their cargo, and took off, all in under 5 minutes. Troops and humvees armed with .50 cals rushed to take their defensive guard posts. Two battalions took post at the front and rear of the palace, 1 battalion by each embassy, 2 at the RBI office, and the rest took the spaces between the KM troops guarding the city's border.

The three battalions continued to preform a fighting retreat, moving in the same style leap-frog manuver they'd priviously used.

When the KM group of troops were under fire, separately each withdrew closer and got forces from the other nearby group that was not currently under fire and held their place, but leaving a gap for the enemy to pass, which eventually it did, and KM suffered more losses than the enemy did.

However then when KM's allies had counterattacked, the troops began to regroup, trying to stay out of battle, and from other parts of the city more vehicles and troops arrived...they all waited, and when the enemy was withdrawing, all the KM troops with the area charged forth right into them, firing away, the strongest Panzers leading, aiming to destroy them in the brief moment between the Offensive and the Retreat where they would be slightly disoriented.

Now the enemy troops were trapped and under heavy fire, with nowhere to retreat, even though it costed more lives than expected.

Also, when the Embassy was surrounded, it shut everyone out as if it was a fortress and panels opened with machineguns controlled by a central computer in the underground level, opening fire against the enemy, but of course not enough to halt 100 soldiers, merely to slow them down.

The whole Center Group is moving north to assist in the embessy district figting, a perimiter will be set up around the district once its secure. The 1st command battalion with its armored units is sprearheading the attack, while the other battalions move in to flank. Though not entirely neccessary, General Shensek, playing to his own egotistical personality, wanted to be there in the final moments of fighting and declare victory.

Moving up next to Kaiser Martens troops, Shensek ordered his men to charge straight into to the remaining enemy positions, taking friendly and enemy fire. The armored units also charged into the enemies nest. Eventually, wave after wave, the reckless charge produced the desired results. The enemy was routed entirly, though losses were high, 220 Union troops dead, 442 wounded. The embessy district was secured, and a perimiter was set up to defend from any suprise counter-attack.

Message from Major General Klaus Rolando to all troops in the embassy district:

"Good job on securing the embassy district. Now I'd like one or two batallions to go help take care of those Blackcoats that managed to retreat."

General Shensek:
"I'm sending center group to pursue the Blackcoats fleeing from the city. Also, as I stated at the begining, I sent force-multipliers into the country side to raise local units. We have organized several hundred loyal Rammsteinburgian citizens into militia units. They will lay and wait in their localities and will only fight if the Blackcoats come into their area. They have been armed with Union weapons and armor. I hope this is an acceptable strategy with the Rammsteinburg High Command. Where is our next staging area?"

Center group and the tac-ops units recombined to form five divisions, roughly 1000 units a piece, and moved three divisions out of the city to round up the fleeing blackcoats.

"We'll be right on it....."

And so a considerable number of KM forces which had not seen combat yet gathered their faster Armors - their Panthers and Luchs, leaving the Mjollnirpanzers behind - and grouped, then started to chase after those blackcoats, while all the other troops then returned to their defensive positions just in case they may try another suprise attack, being more careful this time.

The battalions that had led the attack on the embassy district were falling back, pulling a fighting retreat.

Meanwhile the SUV, Semi and Jeep forces continued cutting down the KMers at the roadblock.

As the hostiles were returning in 'celebration' at having driven off the attack, they began getting shot at from buildings, from alleyways and from the general populace.

IC: Two batallions leave the Rammsteinburg military base south of Ark. One heads to each of the two southern roads leading into the city, where currently Kaiser Martens troops and Blackcoats are in a battle.

The council members briefly discussed the division of Morvonian troops among themselves.

Prime Minister Mila Schwarzes spoke. "Have one division stationed in the middle of Ramm City, by Das Blau Haus, the legislative building. As for the other two, have them go down to a lake called Lake Kepler. It is south of Ramm City and to the west of Ark. Have one division guard the bridge at Lake Kepler and the other guard the west side of Lake Kepler."

Just when the roadblock seemed to be about to "give" and when the Reichswehr in that area was pulling back, an overwhelming number of troops arrived from the flank. It would appear that Van Der Greifen had changed his mind, no longer seeing the surrounding of the city as a good idea, and instead brought a lot of those men who had not seen fight all across the city, now hurling the Forces towards the enemy, the infantry being shielded by the powerful Panthers and Leopard IIs, also Nebelwerfer rocket artillery bombarded the other flank, so that they could not retreat that way without suffering losses.

The C-17 "Galaxy" lifted off into Zanzii airspace, expecting to be over Rammsteinburg in a little over an hour. The airplane was accompanied by six F-16 escorts, because of it's very valuable passengers. 1st SWaTO* sat in the belly of the C-17, listening to their fire team leader, James Bellegrue, give them their briefing.

"Alright men," said the hulking Bellegrue, who looked more likely to become a professional wrestler than the commander of the best that Zanziik had to offer. "Rammsteinburg, and more specifically, the city of Ark, have come under attack by an extremist group calling themselves 'Blackcoats'. We have been called in by ZHC** to help in evacuating the city, which has already undergone fierce battle. This is our first HALO*** jump, but we've trained for it for years. You know what to do, and if I know each of you, you'll make me proud!"

The rest of the five man squad shouted a clear and resounding "Hoo-rah!" that could be heard even over the roar of the plane's massive engines.

"These people are innocent civilians," Bellegrue continued. "They don't deserve the fate that so many have already recieved. We can save them! We can save the women and children of our allies!"

Another resounding "Hoo-rah!" was heard, and then the red light started flashing, accompanied by a siren. Jump time.

"ALRIGHT MEN," Bellegrue bellowed over the roaring wind, holding onto the jump rail. "THIS IS IT! LET'S GO SAVE THOSE PEOPLE!"

And with that, the entire team filed quickly out of the back of the transport, falling gracefully from heights that would have killed them without their rebreathers. At an altitude of 5,000 feet, Bellegrue gave the signal through the radio, and five parachutes went up simultaneously. The SWaTO team floated down quickly, and landed on the rooftop of an abandoned building. After shedding their equipment, the team moved out quickly. Innocent lives waited to be saved. They wouldn't wait on SWaTO.

Major General Klaus Rolando is pleased when he hears that the Zanziikian SWaTO team successfully made it to Ark to lead an evacuation of the city. After hearing this good news, he set off the cities evacuation alarm. People began rushing out of their homes.

Maj. Gen. Rolando sent a message to the leader of SWaTO. "I have informed the police department of the evacuation areas. They will be guiding Arkians there. Thank you very much for coming here to help lead the civilians of this city to safety!"

After recieving the message of the evacuation areas, Bellegrue and his men moved to the one nearest them. There were already many people seeking refuge in the school that acted as one of the evac areas. Bellegrue walked towards a frightened looking policeman, and raised his palms in a gesture of good will.

"We come from Zanziik. We're a SWaTO team sent to escort refugees from the city," said Bellegrue quickly as he lowered his weapon. "How many are here?"

Some police snipers are positioned on top of various buildings to guard the evacuation areas.

A mile from each evacuation area, transport planes waits, as well as some fighter jets to cover the planes, to bring the Arkians to a base called Fort Hütter (about fifty miles away). They will be kept there until Ark is secured.

After recieving the message of the evacuation areas, Bellegrue and his men moved to the one nearest them. There were already many people seeking refuge in the school that acted as one of the evac areas. Bellegrue walked towards a frightened looking policeman, and raised his palms in a gesture of good will.

"We come from Zanziik. We're a SWaTO team sent to escort refugees from the city," said Bellegrue quickly as he lowered his weapon. "How many are here?"

"Ark has a population of 1,000,600. Two thousand belong to the military and I think a few hundred left the city after the bombing of the Kaiser Martens embassy, though. ...Smart people they are."

Bellegrue started. That was alot of people for five men to handle.

"We're going to need help," he told the police officer. "Are there any friendly forces nearby that can aid us?"

"ROGER this is Captain Mino of the paratroopers 1st company here to assist"

The advantages of a mobile assualt force was just that, it's mobility. The vehicles pulled a 180, and while the people inside continued to fire, drove away.

The General grinned and gave them chase, with the fastest tanks only, the artillery which was self proppeled went forth too, continuing to bombard in the same way, to the enemy's flank so they will flee in one direction only, for the tanks to shoot at, which they did for the time being as they tried to keep up, they were the fastest tanks but this would not last long.

The RPGs and rockets that many of the 'tankers' had began both firing on the tanks and the road, turning the road into a rather unpleasent surface, even for tanks to drive on.

In a small town called Hampton (population: ~300) in the state of Mid Island, a group of 150 Blackcoats came in and began attacking the town. The local police were outnumbered and easily defeated. Innocent civilians were killed and buildings were burned. A few houses were even robbed by the invading Blackcoats. After ten minutes, a group of 100 Rammsteinburg soldiers rushed into the city. Before being shot, the chief of police for the town called a small army base only a few minutes away. The Rammsteinburgian soldiers immediately opened up fire on the Blackcoats. The Blackcoats fled the city. Only 20 were killed before the group managed to get out of the city. The fleeing Blackcoats went into the nearby woods. The Rammsteinburgian soldiers followed.

It is night now. After several hours of searching, the RB soldiers were unable to find the Blackcoats. They are now deep in the forest and camping out. Captain Erich Landers is the commanding officer of the group. Soldiers are taking turns looking out for Blackcoats.

Captain Erich sat on a log by a fire looking up at the night sky, which was beautifully lit with stars. "Lovely night, eh Captain?", said Master Sergeant Gary Plankton, who was sitting next to Erich. Cap. Erich, still looking up at the sky, replied "Yes, it is. It makes me think back to all those camping trips me and my father used to take when I was little. I'm not sure if you know this, Sergeant, but my father was killed by a Blackcoats bombing of a building sixteen years ago. Ever since then, I've had a hatred for those bloody bastards. I'm kinda glad to be out here chasing after some Blackcoats. I finally can get revenge."

Captain Erich stopped looking at the stars and yelled "Okay, next lookout shift begins NOW!"

The BCs were taking thier time, if they wanted to terrorise the military it would take time to set up. Small groups of BCs took positions by the nearby rivers and streams, when the Burgers came to get water, they kill them quickly and silently. In addition a group of snipers began zeroing their rifles, they would snipe the cooks. These plans were to make the troops hungry, thirsty and surly.

It did not matter, the tanks merely split up and went alongside the road instead, the armor of theirs being able to take some rockets anyways. Then, they activated their special Nitro boosters, and their speed increased as they fired with precision towards the enemy, then through the middle of the road, lightly armored motorcycles appeared and dashed forth noisily, trying to avoid the rockets of the enemy as they drove skillfully, apparently wanting to get close. Eventually the tanks began to be hit, so they blocked the way of the other tanks, sadly for the KM forces.

One of Maj. Gen. Rolando's assistants ran into his office, quickly saluted, and exclaimed "Sir, Kaiser Martens was able to drive a group of Blackcoats out of Ark."

"Excellent, excellent! I'm happy to hear they were successful. Now it's time for part two of the plan. Let the airs trike begin!"

"I'll go tell the men to get ready now."

"Good, good. Do it fast."

"Yes, sir!"

The assistant left the office and pulled out his mobile phone. He called 1st Lieutenant Jeremy Franklin of the Rammsteinburg air force.

"Hello?" Franklin said.

"Lieutenant, the Major General orders the air strike to begin. The Blackcoats are out of the city now."

"Okay, I'll get my men ready."

"Make it fast, Lieutenant. You have to get them before the Blackcoats are able to get near any buildings. Remember, we don't want any innocent civilians to be sacrificed to take out some Blackcoats."

"Yes, I understand. We'll be fast."

Franklin hung up his phone. Franklin, a pilot, was standing by his fighter jet when he was called. Ten fighter jets belonging to the Rammsteinburg air force are lined up at the military base near Ark. Each one is loaded with bombs ready to be dropped on the group of Blackcoats.

"Okay boys," Frankling yelled to the other pilots, "Let's go!" All of the pilots jumped in their jets. They took off one by one.

Some of the vehicles fell to the tanks, before the damaged tanks roadblock the others, the machine gunners began spitting out rounds at the motorbikers.

A message was sent to the leader of the Kaiser Martens troops fighting the Blackcoats outside of Ark.

"Get your men out of there quick. We're proceeding with the air strike. I repeat, get out of there quick."

But the machinegun shots seemed to be mostly unnefective, excepting when they hit the lights or other minor weakspots, as the bikes had been issued light and only frontal armor, of course some did fall anyways, and they were not many, soon they got within reach as the tanks had stopped and pressed the trigger, it would appear that they were equipped with Flamethrowers, which mercilessly hit upon the front line of the vehicles before the bikes turned around and left using their Nitro, leaving their vulnerable backside open to fire.

Back at the camp, a private ran over to Captain Erich Landers. "What is it, private?", Landers asked. "Sir," the private began, "small groups of Blackcoats have been attacking soldiers by some of the nearby streams while they get water."

"Oh? Well in that case..." Captain Landers yelled to his men "Okay, I don't want anybody leaving this camp until I say so."

Master Sergeant Plankton spoke up. "There might be snipers out here, Captain." Landers nodded. "Yes, I am aware of that. We're going to need to be careful. First off, I don't want anybody saluting me. I know that if there are snipers out there, they would absolutely love to take out an officer."

Landers paused to think for a while.

Without water, the MREs were difficult to cook, the Blackcoat snipers began searching for those with either officer/NCO insignia, or for those who were getting saluted.

To protect himself from possible sniper attack, Captain Landers quickly removed his insignia. He ordered everybody above the rank of Corporal to do so also.

Captain Landers began giving orders to his men in German.

"Ich will einige Männer bewaffnet und Schutz der Umfang von diesem Lager. Wenn irgendjemand Schuss durch einen Heckenschützen ist, will ich einige Männer zu beginnen, überhaupt von diesen Bäumen zu schießen. Wenn wir machen müssen, werde ich diese Bäume haben, die zum Boden verbrannt werden!"

After Landers was done speaking, armed soldiers began surrounding the entire perimeter of the camp. Just then, a few shots were heard fired. One bullet hit the log Captain Landers was sitting on earlier and almost hit Master Sergeant Plankton.

Rammsteinburgian soldiers began firing randomly at the surrounding trees. Captain Landers put on his helmet and grabbed his gun. He was ready to fight along side his men.

The snipers began taking shots, aiming for arms and legs. They would cripple men and tie up valuable resources.

"Captain Landers," one of the soldiers said, "What if the snipers aren't in the trees?"

"Hmm. It's a possibility. Okay men, stop firing at the trees!"

The men followed orders and stopped. Then, Captain Landers pulled out a grenade and threw it outside of the camp. Others did so, as well.

The snipers continued to snipe, when the Burgers pulled out grenades, they almost burst out laughing, the distance someone could throw a grenade was far shorter than the range of your average sniper rifle.

"Okay," Captain Landers said, "that was just in case those snipers are close. If they're farther away though, it's going to take something more to get them." Landers looked over at a sergeant. "Get the mortar," Landers said to him. The sergeant went to get a mortar. Once he had it, he brought it over by Captain Landers.

The sergeant got down on his knees and waited for Captain Landers to order him to fire. After a few seconds, Landers yelled "Feuer!" The sergeant fired the mortar.

The snipers began shooting the mortar operators, every time someone went near the mortar, he would get a round through his leg, or arm.

"Damn it!," Captain Landers yelled. Every time somebody went towards the mortar, they were shot.

One mortar operator managed to get to the mortar safely, though. The bullet intended for him hit another soldier in the foot. The operator fired the mortar and it hit one of the snipers. One of the fellow snipers looked at the one hit. "Billy! Dammit, Billy's been hit." The sniper aimed at one of the Rammsteinburgian soldiers. "This one is for Billy," he said to himself. He fired and hit the soldier in his ankle.

The mortar operator fired again, just missing another sniper.

After another mortar operator was shot and killed, Captain Landers decided not to use the mortar anymore. He had a new plan.

"We're abandoning this camp," he said to his men. "That way!" Landers pointed to the direction opposite of where the snipers were. The Rammsteinburgian soldiers went that way. A few men were hit by snipers as they abandoned camp.

They stopped when they reached a creek. "Okay, we'll stop here for now." As the men rested a little, Captain Landers attempted to radio in for back up, but his radio was broke. It was hit by one of the snipers' bullets.

As the'd driven the Burgers away, they began doing medicare, while a number of the marines crept after the Burgers with the intent to ambush them as the began to settle in thier next camp.

Landers tossed his radio into the creek. "Well, it looks like we're on our on. With that being the case, I want everybody to be alert. We have no time to rest. Those Blackcoats likely followed us, so we need to look out for them! Nobody sleeps, nobody even lays down to rest their eyes. If you want to live, you'll follow my orders."

Soldiers looked out for Blackcoats from all directions.



(OOC: Landers is a paranoid guy. ;))

The soldiers followed, but made sure to keep back and wait until the Burgers began relax. Since they were the hunters, they could rotate shifts to keep well rested.

An hour passes and Captain Landers realizes that his men will only be able to last without rest for a few more hours. They have to rest at some point. He realizes that he needs to try to get to the Blackcoats before they catch him and his men when they're too tired. He addressed the troops. "We're going to have to rest at some point. Those Blackcoats realize that. They're likely going to attack once we're too tired. So men, we're going to have to get to them before they get to us."

Major Sergeant Val Vickerson walked over to Landers. "I think we shouldn't all go," he said. "Let's have some of us stay here in case they come here while the rest of you are out looking for them. And..."

"No," Captain Landers yells, interupting Maj. Sgt. Vickerson. "NONE OF US are going to sit and wait for them to come to us. We're coming to them. That's final, Sergeant. Now let's go!"

The RB soldiers go out searching for the Blackcoats.

The fighter jets arrive at the area outside of Ark where Kaiser Martens' troops and a group of Blackcoats are fighting. They begin dropping bombs on clusters of Blackcoats, but are careful not to hit Kaiser Martens' soldiers.

The Kaiser Martens troops rush out of the area and the Rammsteinburg air force continues the bombing.

The marines began getting ready as they saw the Burgers moving again.


The Jeeps and SUVs went off-road to avoid the bombings, while the semi-trucks but the peddle to the metal. Many of the vehicles were damaged or destroyed though.

"There they are!", a Rammsteinburgian soldier yelled as he saw a Blackcoat. The Rammsteinburgians opened fired.



A few the jet pilots notice vehicles going off the road, follow them, and bomb them.

Once all ten jets were out of bombs, they flew back to the base. Only a few of the Blackcoats survived.

And to make things worse, when the bombing began Van Der Greifen gave the signal for the Wespe and Hummel self proppeled artillery, which were far away from the area, to just mass fire onto the place for several minutes. It appears that the people from KM were rather trigger happy.

The tanks covered the bike's retreat and then the core of the KM troops, which were no longer surrounding the city, rearranged in two main groups just close to it instead, the strongest slower units outside, right behind these the fastest units, then the infantry, artillery, and the rest.

Far away in the Silberunion, in the control centre of the Odinsauge system, an operator was watching the situation and actively providing the main leaders with information, seeing how the Blackcoats actually knew what they were doing.

OOC: umm, I just got a new job this week and I really don't have time or energy to do an RP like this...so I officially withdraw from the war.

The battle of Ark has ended, civilians have returned their homes, but the city is still heavily guarded by the Rammsteinburg military, along with Kaiser Martens, Conservative Union, and Morvonia troops. The Blackcoats have defeated the Rammsteinburgian soldiers in the woods near the small town. Since the end of those two battles, there have been no further Blackcoat attacks. However, the nation remains alert. Everybody knows that the Blackcoats will strike again, and likely they are planning to strike big.


It is early evening on July 28. Thousands of people are gathered in the capital for the inaguration of the new Hauptoffzier, Dr. Ronald Kyrcek of the Socialist Republican party. There are armed soldiers, police officers, and RBI agents all throughout the city. For the last three hours, the city has been on lockdown. Nobody is being allowed in and nobody is being allowed out.

A small stage is set up in front of Das Blau Haus, the home of Rammsteinburg's legislature. On the stage, the Chief Justice of the High Court, Jürgen Hessmeister, waits. He will be swearing Dr. Krycek into office. Also on the stage, current and soon to be former Hauptoffzier Damian Engels sits. Engels reason for deciding to resign is still a mystery. It is believed that Engels will explain before the inaguration.

At about 9:40 P.M. Rammsteinburg Standard Time, Engels walks up to the podium to address the crowd.

"Guten Abend, people of my dearly beloved Rammsteinburg, and thank you for coming here tonight. All of you have probably been wondering why I am choosing to step down from the position of Hauptoffzier, and I know there have been some people who have criticized me for leaving like this during during a time of war. I asure that I am no coward, and when you hear my reason for leaving, those of you who have been criticizing me will have a change of heart." Engels paused for a few minutes and took a deep breath. "Ladies and gentlemen," he continued, "I am leaving my position as Hauptoffzier to rejoin the military." Many people in the crowd are shocked. "Yes, I am seriously rejoining the Air Force. As you all should know, I was a pilot in the Air Force when I was younger, but I left after a plane accident that put me in a wheelchair for a while. I am returning to the Air Force as a pilot. I don't want to simply remain hidden away helping make decisions, I want to get directly involved with this war. I am doing this for Rammsteinburg and all of you, the people of Rammsteinburg. My fellow Rammsteinburgians, I promise that if I see action during this war, I won't let you down. Thank you." Engels walked away from the podium and took his seat by Prime Minister Mila Schwarzes.

Approximately ten minutes after Engels announcement, the inaguration began. Jürgen Hessmeister, dressed in the traditional purple robe worn by Chief Justices when swearing in a federal government official, held in his hand a copy of the constiution of Rammsteinburg. In front of him, Dr. Kycek stood. Kycek put his hand on the copy of the constiution. "Do you, Ronald Henry Krycek, swear to protect the constitution and the people of The Free German Commonwealth of Rammsteinburg," Hessmeister asked. Kyrcek responded "I, Ronald Henry Krycek, do swear to protect the constiution and the people of The Free German Commonwealth of Rammsteinburg." Hessmeister then asked "do you, Ronald Henry Krycek, swear to abide by all of the laws of Rammsteinburg while in office and perform the duties of Hauptoffzier, head of the legislature, to the best of your ability?" Krycek replied "Yes, I, Ronald Henry Krycek, do swear to abide by all of the laws of Rammsteinburg while in office and perform the duties of Hauptoffzier, head of the legislature, to the best of my ability." Finally, Hessmeister said "Then I, Jürgen Hessmeister, Chief Justice of the High Court, declare you, Doctor Ronald Krycek, Hauptoffzier of the great nation of Rammsteinburg."

Damien Engels stood up, walked over to Krycek, and removed from his jacket the Hauptoffzier badge. He handed it to Krycek, who immediately put it on, and shook his hand.

The Blackcoats had planned to take Flake Island. To get the men to the island they ensured that a super-container ship(SCS). They ensured that the containers were marked with hazardous material symbols, but carrying Blackcoats armed and prepped. There was around a million to one and a half million black coats packed into the containers.

The SCS began travelling to the island.

The Rammsteinburg royal family requests to take shelter in a foreign nation until the civil war is over.


At one of the ports on the east coast of Flake Island, a Rammsteinburgian territory about three hundred and thirty miles from Rammsteinburg, a super-container ship approachs.

A man in a tower looks through binoculars to identify the ship. "That'd be the H756," he said. The man hit a button to open the gate to the area the ship is to dock in.

The SCS goes into the area and the gates close. A group of men begin to walk over to unload the cargo, unaware of what they are about face.

As the cargo containers had been unloaded, they were loaded onto trucks and sent all over the island. The containers carrying the most elite of the BCs were sent to the capital.

A truck carrying five containers stopped at an intersection. The driver heard a noise come from the back.

"Vat ze hell vas zat," he said to himself. He got out and opened up the back of the truck. Suddenly, one of the containers opened and twenty armed Blackcoats jumped out. "Oh, Scheiße," the driver screamed. He started to run, but he was quickly shot in the back by one of the BC's. The other containers opened.

Somebody who saw what happened from a distance called the police.

Far away, in the Silberunion, at Kaiser Martens' own territory, a war had been decided in the first battles, where Kaiser leading personally his Forces had destroyed the enemy's hopes to dissolve the Reich...this time, the battle of Normandy was a victory, and not only that, a great amount of funds were received from the defeated enemy in compensation.

Now, the core of the Reichswehr plus the Kriegsmarine and the Luftwaffe were also available to help win this war against the Blackcoats.

So, as little as a week after the other war was finished, Martens announced. "Allright. We're moving in to help at Rammsteinburg, now..." And set up his SS Leibstandarte "Kaiser Martens" to go with him and his customized tank, the Kaiserwagen, to help more actively those which were in need.

He had a secret communication sent, informing the allies and Rammsteinburg of his arrival...

Few days after that, the reinforcements arrived, effectively duplicating the amount of Martens troops involved in the matter, also a good portion of the Kriegsmarine approached through the sea, ready to test the new "magnetic" light engines, which were technology stolen in another war...the flagship "Polarstern" came along, it was gigantic, almost defying physics with its ability to float and not capsizing, and along with the great fleet were many air carriers to serve the needs of the Luftwaffe which did not intend on overloading Rammsteinburgs' air bases, with its new fighters, the Silberpfeils, developed along with Verghastinsel of the Silberunion...

And Kaiser Martens himself was in the centre of the powerful, mechanized land army, surrounded by his ever undefeated SS Leibstandarte, his allmighty personal tank bearing proudly the flag of the Vaterland...as soon as he would hear the news, the Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe would deploy, the latter arriving first, now the Odinsauge sattelite network being only focused in this battle for 100% efficiency...Martens was evidently trying to make sure this war would end quickly, after he was done with the other front.

"Of course, we'd be glad to offer shelter to the royal family in any designed city - or bunker - of the Länder of Kaiser Martens, we'll make sure they're treated nicely."

Minister of Defence Johanne Smith stepped out of a helicopter that just landed at a naval base on the east coast of Rammsteinburg. He pulled out his binoculars and saw the Kaiser Martens' Kriegsmarine getting closer. Smith smiled and said to himself "This is good. With their help, we should be able to easily annahilate those Blackcoats." As the ships docked, Johanne Smith walked over to greet them.

A plane took off from the airport in Ramm City. On it are King Florian and the entire royal family. They are heading to a safe spot in Kaiser Martens where they will stay until the civil war is over.

At the fact of cover blown, a signal was sent telling them it was time to rock and roll.

The vehicles that were moving were commendered, while those who'd stopped burst out loosing the BCs.

The BCs proceeded to rapidly take out threats as well as capture police stations, armories and other vital buildings.

A call was sent to the head of the Flake Island militia. He immediately ordered all members to get their weapons and go fight off the Blackcoats, and they did. Militiamen spread throughout the city and opened fire on any Blackcoat they saw. Luckily for The Blackcoats, the Flake Island militia is poorly trained in comparison to the Rammsteinburg military.

There is a small number of soldiers in the Rammsteinburg military stationed on Flake Island. They are also sent to fight off the Blackcoats, but are greatly outnumbered.

The Chancellor, Flake Island's highest ranking government official, is rushed into a car guarded by police to take him to a safe spot.

The Blackcoats continued on the plans, gunning down the militia when they reared thier heads.

They were focused on taking powerstations, police stations, major roads, armories and communication centers.

The Royal Family was escorted by several Luftwaffe SSLS Silberpfeils, leaded by an ace - Martens did not want ANY accidents to happen.

After the Blackcoats had begun their attack, when the message was received, the Kriegsmarine split in two groups, one headed straight forward to blockade the island. It was a huge mass of ships, they would be able to tear apart the island if they wanted to, but of course, innocent people were there, then again they'd make sure the blackcoats would be effectively isolated. The ships were in a thick formation, half of them pointed outwards into the sea and half of them into the land, to prevent any kind of attack, and also they were arranged in three rows.

The other slightly smaller group met up with the ground army, and the Polarstern Flagship was with them. Within several hours 75% of the Fresh Reinforcements were put onto ships destined to disembark in the island, the 25% went reinforce the other already existant KM troops.

As that all happened, Martens went up to the control room on the main tower of the Polarstern, and arranged the defensive positions of it all to guard the ground troops which were being transported, before the fleet started to advance towards the island...the Luftwaffe also split up, part of it guarding this fleet and the other one doing (for now) in-depth recon missions, especially with helicopters. Gradually, the "cloud" of helicopters descended to a lower area when they would spot fighting, and started to shoot the Blackcoats using their assortment of missiles, and heavy main Machinegun, but this would imply them being within reach. Martens would not risk using bombers, since these could cause many civilian deaths.

"We're approaching to the target, Mein Kaiser."
"Sehr Gut, I'll head with my Einherjar now. Make sure this works out smoothly."
"Jawohl!"

Then Martens slipped his hands into his pockets and headed out, after briefly saluting those present. Soon, he was onto one of the biggest better armored carriers, as the other fleet began to make maneuvers to "make room" for the incoming land troops....

And he put on his armor, then slipped into the Kaiserwagen, turning on the state of the art equipment within, as the engine hummed almost musically. Then, he put his Eisbrecher, Rammstein, Megaherz, and other stuff compilation on, and loaded the weaponry, completing an uplink to the Odinsauge Sattelite Network as well. "Ready, men? We'll hit the beaches in some 10 minutes." "Für Deutschland, Kaiser, We'll let em taste their guts!"
"Then wait on my command..."

It was inminent.

"Fuuuuuuuuck," Chief Field Marshal of the Army Eric Waters yelled as he heard that Flake Island has been taken by The Blackcoats. "Losing Flake Island is a big loss and there is a large airport there that they could use to their advantage."

Ronald Krycek, the new Hauptoffzier, walked into Waters' office. "I see you've heard the news about Flake Island."

"We have to get that island back," CFM Waters said.

"Oh, don't worry. Johanne has informed that Kaiser Martens is sending some men over there."

"Excellent," Waters replied.

"There is something else I have to tell you."

"What?"

"The FVN (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Federal_Defence_and_Intelligence_Agency) has discovered The Blackcoats headquarters."

"Oh, really?" CFM Waters smiled at the information.

"Yes, they found it. The director would like to know if he should send some agents to do some spying. Personally I don't think that's the best idea. Why don't we just attack it?"

"Attacking it may seem like the best idea, but it's not. An attack in the future might be fine, but not now. No, no, no, Ronny, now is not the right time. We could gain some important information if we instead send a few spies. The information we could get might make an attack on their headquarters in the future unnecesary. We'll never know unless we try. Also, attacking their hq is just going to provoke them more. I think it'd be more reasonable to wait until we have the situation better under control."

"Well...... you're right. So, you're in favour of having the FVN sending some agents over there to gather information?"

"Yes."

"The others said they're okay with it, and I'm now okay with it, so it's on. I'll go contact the director of the FVN."

Krycek left CFM Waters' office.

And then, only minutes after, the mentioned mass of Kaiser Martens trooped began to pour onto the island, the Infanterie going first and soon to be followed by the Leopard IIs, the Artillery would be deployed last because the Kriegsmarine could function as such for the time being. The invasion of the island mainly took place in two big perpendicular fronts on the easiest areas to deploy, and after the first troops would arrive, when the situation seemed mildly safe, the Kaiser and his Einherjar joined them with their elite Panzers, followed then by Panther 05s and Mjollnirpanzers with their double cannons.

Above the Luftwaffe was trying and making sure no surprises would be given to the troops, however now it was obvious what Martens was up to, himself.

Behind the lines into the airport a large amount of Fallschirmjäger jumped to try and parachute into it, medium and some heavily armored, hoping that they would get into the area before the blackcoats do, but if they had already, it would be a rather difficult fight for the troops of the Vaterland.

The Blackcoats had managed to take and seize the entire island, and were fortifying costal instalations, especially overlooking beaches.

Meanwhile a few specially trained BCs had taken command of a number of planes and took off, headed toward KM.

"Several planes have just taken off from Flake Island," yelled a man at the Rammsteinburg Flight Commission. "Something is wrong. None of this planes are scheduled to be taking off right now." Another man who heard ran over. "What did you just say," he asked.

"I said several planes have taken off unscheduled from Flake Island's airport."

"Oh god..."

"What?"

"I just heard on the news that Flake Island has been taken over by The Blackcoats."

"This isn't good.... somebody better call the department of the Air Force."

One of the men rushed to a phone and dialed the number for the Air Force headquarters."

"Sir, sir!" An Air Force officer rushed over to Chief Air Marshal David Kemp, who was in the middle of a meeting with the other members of the wartime council. Kemp looked up at them man and asked "What is it? We're quite busy right now."

"It's important, sir. The RFC has reported several planes taking off unscheduled from Flake Island. We believe that it's The Blackcoats."

"This isn't good. Who knows what they might be planning to do," exclaimed Johanne Smith.

"We have only one choice," said CAM Kemp, "shoot those planes down!"

The other council members agreed.

"I'll have a few fighter jets sent to take those planes down right away, sir."

"Good, good. You are dismissed."

"Yes, sir." The officer saluted the council members and ran off.

Five fighter jets stationed at Ft. Cambelle Air Base on the west coast of Rammsteinburg are lined up in a row on the runway. They are about to take off and try to shoot down the planes that The Blackcoats stole from the Flake Island airport. The leader of the group is Colonel Damian Engels, whose jet is in the front of the line.

Before the pilots get in and take off, Engels talked to his men. "Boys, this is the moment you've waited a long time for; this is the day where you get your first taste of war. You've trained for this day and now it is here. I want all of you to do your best. Our mission is to shoot down every one of those planes, and that is what we're going to. Remember boys, this is für Rammsteinburg und es ist für die Leute!"

Engels put his helmet on, and the other pilots did, too. They went into their jets. At the front of the runway is a large traffic light. When the green light is on, the jets will take off one by one.

Colonel Engels takes off, and one by one the others follow.

The planes were travelling over the ocean, bound toward KM. There were a few cargo planes, some large passenger, and a Lear jet heading toward thier target.

"I am starting to see one of the cargo jets," Engels said over the radio to his men. "Get ready, boys, we're almost there!"

The jets continued to speed onto thier destination.

The RAF fighter jets opened fire on the jets. As they passed through a large cloud, the Lear slipped away from the others. Colonel Engels was the only one to notice it and he followed after it. He started shooting at it from the back, but the pilot was skilled and able to dodge. A few bullets managed to punture some hole on the wings, but there is no major damage done.. Just as Engels was about to fire one of his missiles, his right wing is accidentally blown off by one of his own men. His jet is fastly descending. Colonel Engels ejects himself and his jet crashes into the ocean.

His men were able to shoot down the cargo and passenger jets, but the Lear continues towards Kaiser Martens.

It's 11:37 PM Rammsteinburg Standard Time. In the middle of some woods not too far from Ark and Ramm City, 2nd Lieutenant Francisco Delude of the Rammsteinburg army and seventy armed soldiers wait for the arrival of three FVN agents.

"They should be hear soon," Delude said quietly to himself as he looked at his watch. Just then, he heard footsteps. People were approaching. The soldiers aim their guns the way the sound is coming from. Three men come into sight, one of which had a sniper in his hand. They flash FVN badges and the soldiers put their guns down. "You're the three gentlemen here for Operation Blue Jay," 2nd Lt. Delude asked them. One of the two, Ned Braun, replied "Indeed we are."

Delude shook hands with each one of them. Their names are Brian Polaski, Stephan Chinski (the one with the sniper), and Ned Braun.

Ned "Fox" Braun, at 6'4" the tallest of the three, is a pale, lanky man with thick black glasses and blonde hair. Braun is a self-taught computer expert, and is consdered to be one of the best the FVN has to offer. He is a former computer engineer, as well as a former hacker. He was arrested for hacking and software pirating in 1996, but avoided jail time thanks to FVN director James Langley-McCoy. The FVN was impressed with Braun's skills and offered to let him avoid jail time if he joined the FVN.

Brian Polaski is a very muscular man. He has the body of a professional athlete. Polaski specializes breaking/entering and escape. He has assisted many agents safely escape buildings in past missions.

Stephan Chinski, the youngest of the three, looks like an average joe, but isn't. He is a firearms expert and experienced sniper. He is famous throughout the FVN for successfully taking out a man that attempted to assassinate a top military official in the late 80's.

"So, I assume you gentlemen already know what you are to do," Delude said.

"Yes, sir," Brian Polaski responded. "Stephan is to take out the guards near the ventallation duct that we me and Fox will enter the building through. I am to go to the security room and use a tranquilizer to temporarily take out the guards in there. Once there, I will monitor the cameras throughout the building. Fox will go to the room where the main computer is and get whatever information he can."

"My men will be here in case you need us," Delude said.

Braun looked at Chinski. "You go first, Stephan," he said to him. "Once you're in your position, call us and we'll come."

"Okay, and when you get close enough to see the building, let me know and I'll take care of the guards."

Chinski started to walk off. Delude then looked at Braun and Polaski, and said "You two are armed just in case, right?" Braun pulled a silver gun out of his jacket. "Yup, we're armed. This is one of the best guns the FVN has. It has a silencer, too."

After five minutes, Polaski recieved a call from Chinski. "I'm in position." With Chinski in his sniper post, Braun and Polaski began walking towards the Blackcoats headquarers.

On their way, Polaski spotted somebody walking through the woods. Because it's dark and the person's distance from him, he wasn't able to get a good look at him. He whispered "stop" to Braun. When Braun noticed the person too, he urged Polaski to get behind a tree. The two went behind different trees. Braun pulled out his night vision binoculars to get a better look at the person. It was a Blackcoat! He pulled out his gun and fired. The man fell dead. Thanks his gun's silencer, there was no noise made.

Before continuing towards the Blackcoats HQ, Polaski and Braun looked around for any other Blackcoats. Once they were sure there were no others close, they started walking.

Approximately three minutes later, they were able to see the Blackcoats HQ. Polaski called Chinski.

"Stephan, we can see the building. Hurry up and take out those guards."

"Okay, just a moment," Chinski said, who is in a tree twenty yards from the building. There are two security guards on that side of the building. Chinski aimed at the one closest to the ventallation duct. The guard stopped to kneel down to tie his shoe, and Chinski took advantage. He fired and hit the guard right in throat. The other guard noticed it and started to run off to tell others, but Chinski took care of him just in time.

"Both guards are down." Braun and Polaski ran towards the building. They quickly entered the ventallation duct when they got there.

The Lear jet continued on it's path, while the loss of the others kinked the plan, it didn't change it substantially.

"WHAT?!?!" CAM Kemp's yell can be heard through the whole hallway his office is in. His assistant just informed him that the Lear was able to escape and that Colonel Engels was shot down by one of his own men. "The fucking idiot hit Engels?"

"Well, sir, it was an accident...," his nervous assistant replied.

"Yes, an accident that shouldn't have happened. He should've been paying attention to what he was doing. Anyway, what's the word on the location of that Lear that got away?"

"It is way past Rammsteinburg now. There is a theory about where it is going."

"Oh, what is that theory?"

"Many believe it is going to Kaiser Martens, sir."

"Kaiser Martens? Of course! The royal family is hiding there. Inform Kaiser Martens about this right away!"

Lester Demon listened as his political advisor spoke to him about the war happening now in Rammsteinburg. "It has been quite a while now, and neither side has been able to quelch the other."

"Well that is to be expected," Said Lester airly, "When we had our civil war, we destroyed them at the first sign of inncolence. These nations who want to show kindness to all their citizens are weak for that." Waving his hand to the political advisor, he said, "Continue."

"Ahem, right," Said the advisor nervously, looking back down at his paper. "The nation of Kaiser Marten has joined Rammsteinburg in defending the city. Um, recently the Blackcoats have taken over a small island, though this was a large blow to the defenders, since the island allows for many key launch points."

"Hmmmm," Lester had a thought, "Send two messangers out. Send one to the leaders of Rammsteinburg, have him accompanied by twelve of our warriors and sixteen of our mech units. Then send one to the leader of the Blackcoats; I think Jason should be able to do the job."

A different advisor stepped forward from the seats lining an opposite wall. "I beg your forgiveness for what I am about to say, but are you sure that Jason can handle this? You are sending him to a base that has soldiers probably ordered to kill on sight."

"You were right in one thing you said Max," Said Lester, giving him a cold glare, "You should beg forgiveness for what you said.

"But other than that, you are wrong. I trust Jason more than any of my other agents. He was the one who was able to deliver the bio-chemicals to the rebels during our civil war."

Standing from his throne, and waving his advisors out of the room, he said, "As for now, you all can go. I shall call upon you if I need you."

Dear Noble Leader of the nation of Rammsteinburg,
We have heard of your troubles defeating the rebels that call themselves the Blackcoats. Having experienced our own civil war, we are inclined to offer our assistance to you.

We offer you the help of our mech warriors (some of which you should have seen, believing that our messanger's guard was able to make it through), our chemical weapons, our satellite guided war systems, and many other weapons that should increase your chances of victory greatly.

But, this assistance does not come for free. The Blackcoats do not pose a threat to us, so we are only inclined to help you on special terms.

1. You will send us aid of thirteen million gallons of oil over a later specified amount of time.

2. You will give us the plans to all your war machines, and give us access to all of your computer controlled systems.

3. You will give us a five-hundred acre space that is within fifty miles of your capital, to establish a military base.

Though some of these demands may seem a little extreme to you, understand that we are offering the means to end this was much sooner. Consider that a rabble of soldiers with machine guns, would not be able to stand up to our mechs. Our bio weapons could exterminate an entire base. And our satilite guided systems could destroy their base without harming any other surrounding areas.

Please send your message back with my servant. He will ensure that I get this message ASAP.

The warrior that delivered this message to you is one of my army of stealth warriors. Do not question as to how he entered your base, since the answer would not be given to you.

I can offer you a thousand more of such warriors, each equiped with bio weapons, and the ability to infultrate any location, and kill without anyone knowing.

But since the Rammsteinburg republic posses no threat to us, these services do not come for free. The following are the demands that must be met upon victory of your war.

1. You will send us aid of thirteen million gallons of oil over a later specified amount of time.

2. You will give us the plans to all captured war machines, and give us access to all of captured computer controlled systems.

3. You will give us a five-hundred acre space that is within fifty miles of your capital, to establish a military base.

These demands may seem outrageous, but you must also consider that you are recieving the means to win with war. The warriors are the fastest killers, and thesefor more valuable than any weapon could be.

Please give your response to the warrior who brought you this message, he will ensure that I get your letter ASAP.

The messanger finished reading the letter to Lester, then took a step back, his head bowed. "Scribe!" Lester yelled, as a young boy rushed into the room with a small laptop in his arm. "Write up this letter to Rammsteinburg."

"Dear Wartime Council,

I made no comment of assistance to the Blackcoats. I enter wars only for my own personal gain. But I can sure you that if you were to declare war upon us, you would surely loose.

I hold no grudge against your nation for denying my offer. I hope that in the future that we can find a way to be helpful to eachother.

Turning to the scribe, he said, "You got all that?" The scribe nodded, then hurried off into a side room. "Alright, have we recieved word from Jason yet?" The messanger shook his head, "Well, we give it another two hours, and if we have no word, we send in an assasin to kill the one who killed Jason."

Dear rebelious leader of the Blackcoats,
Recently I was informed of the battle that rages in the country that you call home. You claims are well deserved, and we feel that the government has pushed you aside for too long.
The warrior that delivered this message to you is one of my army of stealth warriors. Do not question as to how he entered your base, since the answer would not be given to you.
I can offer you a thousand more of such warriors, each equiped with bio weapons, and the ability to infultrate any location, and kill without anyone knowing.
But since the Rammsteinburg republic posses no threat to us, these services do not come for free. The following are the demands that must be met upon victory of your war.
1. You will send us aid of thirteen million gallons of oil over a later specified amount of time.
2. You will give us the plans to all captured war machines, and give us access to all of captured computer controlled systems.
3. You will give us a five-hundred acre space that is within fifty miles of your capital, to establish a military base.
These demands may seem outrageous, but you must also consider that you are recieving the means to win with war. The warriors are the fastest killers, and thesefor more valuable than any weapon could be.
Please give your response to the warrior who brought you this message, he will ensure that I get your letter ASAP.

IC: Jason repeated the short response to Lester. Then bowed and exited the room.

Lester paced the room for a moment before summoning his advisors. "Tell me, what should I do about this?"

The military advisor stepped forward, saying, "The words from both of the parties involved were a disgrace to our good name. I believe that the best way to demonstrate our military power to the nations involved in the war is to take back the island that was captured from them." Having finished, he stepped back into line with the others.

Next the Political advisor stepped forward, "We should try to negotiate an alliance with the people from Rammsteinburg. After this civil war is finished, the land will be damaged, and resources low. If we were to offer our assistance with these things, it could become more of a lasting alliance. Which may I remind you is something that we lack. If DemonRanks was attacked by anyone, we wouldn't have any allies to help us." Giving a long exasperated sigh, the advisor stepped back into the line.

Lastly the Economic advisor stepped forward, "Right now our nation is standing strong enough that either one of these options would work just fine. Though I will advise that perhaps we should inform Rammsteinburg that we are helping first, before sending the mechs. If we were to arrive without thier knowledge, we could be fired upon."

Lester contemplated this for a moment. "Alright, send a message to Rammsteinburg."

"Dear Wartime Council,

In light of some new developments, we are offering our help without any requests back for this help. If you are willing to accept the help, we will send a legion of mechs to take back the island for you.

At the Blackcoats HQ:

FVN Agents Braun & Polaski are now inside the ventallation duct of the Blackcoats' headquarters. They have splitted up with Braun on the way to the computer room and Polaski on the way to the security room.

When Polaski is over the security room, he see's only one guard monitoring the cameras throughout the building. He pulls a small dart gun out of his pocket. There is only one tranquilizer dart so he has only one chance to hit the guard. He aims and fires. Success! The dart hit the guard and he is now unconcious. Polaski comes out of the ventallation duct and sits down in front of the monitors.

Just before Polaski shot the guard in the security room, Braun entered the room where the main computer is. Luckily nobody was in there.

Braun tryed his best to hack into the system. After a few minutes, he was in. "Look at all this information," he said to himself. "A list of all the Blackcoat members, a list of weapons, base locations..."

Braun put a disk into the computer and began copying the list of Blackcoats members onto it.

The blackcoat jet which was heading for the Fatherland at Kaiser Martens, was detected by the standard radar and sattelites systems in the area, which had been warned that this could happen. Just as it seemed to near the KM border peacefully, two Messerschmitts and four Focke Wulves arrived, and using radio they asked for identification. Should this not be given, they would simply open fire.

It was but the standard procedure, and since they were times of war the place was much more guarded...there had been a similar incident long ago once, it was then when the Kaiser took these preemptive measures that should halt the enemy plane one way or the othr.

Then, back to the Island...

The troops which had landed on the beach then stopped and the great weaponry of the fleets of the Kriegsmarine opened fire on the Blackcoats which had been trying to fortify the area when the troops arrived...both Shell artillery type of fire and Missile fire were used to clean the area, as well as Stukas serving as tactical bombers. Yes, it would be a bit of an overkill, but Martens decided that they deserved no Mercy, and just remained in his tank watching the enemy positions being bombarded like there was no tomorrow, as his own ground troops remained in a defensive position should they try something "silly" like attacking.

Once the enemy would be damaged enough - and the sattelites would help asess that - the infantry and the armor troops started to advance without hurry but without a pause. If further fortifications were spotted, the Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe would simply go on firing from all angles.

To prevent reinforcements from arriving, after the failure of the taking of the airport, level bombers were sent to it, escorted by Silberpfeils, to destroy all airships the enemy might use and to prevent them from getting reinforcements.

As the list of Blackcoats members finished transfering to Braun's disk, he got a call from Polaski. "What is it," he asked. "Fox, Chinski has informed me that the two dead guards have been discovered. Some Blackcoats are coming your way. We need to get out of here!"

"Okay, hold on..."

"Hurry, Fox." Polaski hung up and went back in the ventallation duct.

"Come on, come on..." Braun said to himself.

98%.... The Blackcoats are about to open the door.

99%... The door is open.

100%... Braun pulls the disk out and quickly jumps into the ventallation duct.

One of the officer Blackcoats yells to have men surrounding the entire building.

The security alarms began blaring out warnings as the men scrambled to find and eliminate the intruders. Men swarmed the corridors, as well as circling the building, whoever it was would not get out alive.

Polaski and Braun are still in the ventallation ducts. Chinski had just informed them that The Blackcoats have the building surrounded. The Rammsteinburg soldiers waiting in the woods were called.

The majority of the BCs kept the building surrounded, while a few squads began preforming a search to see if he'd managed to escape or had support.

The Rammsteinburgian army soldiers broken into two groups. The larger one will attack the side where Braun & Polaski entered and are going to escape. A helicopter is waiting outside of the woods for take Braun, Polaski, and Chinski. Chinski is waiting halfway through the woods to meet Braun and Polaski.

The large group of soldiers is only twenty feet from the Blackcoats' HQ. They open fire, catching The Blackcoats on surprise.

The Blackcoats are caught off guard, and some are mowed down. The rest, rapidly dived into cover and began returning fire. Some of the men from the squads around the building are detached to aid in the fight.

When the Rammsteinburgian army looked to be winning the battle, Braun and Polaski exited the ventallation ducts. They are both armed and fight their way thought The Blackcoats and into the woods.

One of the squads patroling caught site of the two invaders and gave chase.

"Brian, we're being chased," Braun yelled as he tackled Polaski to protect him from a bullet flying his way. Braun & Polaski pulled out their guns and started firing at the Blackcoats following them. The guard was able to dodge them.

"I've been hit," Polaski screamed. He fell to the ground and blood started gushing out of a spot just below his right shoulder where he had been hit. "Go without me, Fox," he said. Braun then shot the Blackcoat. "Are you sure," Braun asked.

"Yes, yes, I am sure. I don't want to slow you down. More Blackcoats could come. Just go, Fox!" Braun ran off.

(Hmm too many posts, is actually anyone doing anything to halt my troops? Sorry, I do not know what was ment for Rammsteinburg and what against me.)

The morning after the FVN agents broke into the Blackcoats HQ, Agents Braun and Chinski are at the secret location of the wartime council. With them is the list of Blackcoat members they were able to get.

The wartime council members walk in the room and sit at the table.

"Herr Braun, Herr Chinski," Minister of Defence Johanne Smith said, "thank you for getting this list for us. Also, we have word on the condition of Brian Polaski. He was captured by the Blackcoats. We are told that he is still alive, but in critical condition."

Agent Braun handed the printed out list to Minister Smith. "We will send this to the RBI and all police departments throughout the nation," Prime Minister Schwarzes said.

A group of fighter jets are preparing to take off from a Rammsteinburg air base. They are heading to the Blackcoats HQ and are going to bomb it.

The Blackcoats began packing up and preparing to move. With the base compremised, and a prisoner in tow, there was much to do.

The fighter jets are approaching the now abandoned Blackcoats HQ. They being to drop bombs on it, rendering it useless to The Blackcoats in the future.

"This is flight (insert number), out of (insert nearby(to Ramburg) nation) requesting permission to land at (insert city the royals are being sequestered at)." Was the reply


As the navel bombardment fell, crushing homes, smashing civilian structures and killing civilians. As the first rounds had fallen, the BCs had dispersed letting the KMers do they're work for them. To all visuals it would be impossible to tell the BCs from the civilians, and in this case, there wouldn't be much difference as the citizenry would be mightly pissed at the 'invaders'.

(I'm Modern Tech.....the names are taken from Propeller planes but they are new, they're jets. The Messer is the best of them both, actually. I should have clarified, though. And the bombers did not deploy bombs on houses, but at the resistance spots they found as advancing through the beach and the airport....it's a Kaiserbefehl to try the utmost not to harm the civilians, unless there is no other choice. Then again I should have been clearer, I guess. Edit, or repost? Heh.)

BREAKING NEWS!

Chief Field Marshal of the Army Eric Waters has been elected to assume the position of Minister of Defence. He is replacing Johanne Smith. Waters will be sworn into office on Sunday.

Waters has announced that Field Marshal Kasimir Brennt will replace him as CFM.

A group of about 1,560 soldiers are gathered in a large auditorium at a Rammsteinburg military base. They are about to be given information about their next mission.

Eric Waters, the Minister of Defence, walks on stage to a podium with a microphone. "Guten Abend," he says to the soldiers. "Tommorow, you boys will go on the biggest mission of your lives."

"This island," Waters begins, "is located near the mouth of the Lamenski River. Satellite images and information from some Blackcoat POWS have told us much about it. It is known to the Blackcoats as Blackcoat Island (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v112/ericbirth1028/NS/BCIsland.jpg). We have discovered that the Blackcoats hold their prisoners of war there in the northern most building on the island as shown on the image on the screen. This island originally belonged to a farmer. When he passed away, he gave it to his son who happens to be a Blackcoat. Many years ago, The Blackcoats began fortifying it and turning it into a military base."

"Tommorow at 8:00 PM you all will depart from the naval base just outside of the city of Orton. You will travel down the Lamenski River to Blackcoat Island."

"On the image displayed on the screen, the location where each group will land is marked, as well as the different paths you will take. "

"Lindemann Company... you will land at a dock and take a road straight to the the main entrance of the fort in the middle of the island. Expect there to be Blackcoats guarding the dock."

"Ousborne Company... you too will go the main entrance."

"Reinrich Comapny... You will attack the main entrance with the Lindemann & Ousborne companies. You will land right by the officers quarters. The Cambel platoon is to raid the quarters and take anybody you find in there, whether a Blackcoats officer or a member of an officers family,prisoner. The rest of the company will proceed to the main entrance of the fort while Cambel platoon is doing that."

"Fitzgerald Company and Jackson Company... your ships will travel down the river on the west side. You will stop at a bridge and proceed to attack the left side entrance of the fort."

"Slovowski Company... you will be in charge of watching overthat bridge. That bridge leads to a dock where there are ships. You are to destroy those ships. Some Blackcoats may try to get to that dock to escape. You are to take care of any that try to. Of course, since their boats will be destroyed, it wouldn't matter if you killed them or not, but I want them dead."

"Ütter, McCoy, and Birth Companies... you will land on the east side of the island. You will attack the east side of the fort. You will have to travel through some woods and it is likely there will be Blackcoats in those woods. Be careful."

"The 23rd Battalion... you are in charge of freeing the POWS. Duchovny Company, you will be the ones who actually free them. Heß and Deikish companies... you will cover the Duchovny company from the sides."

"Once the POWS are freed, everybody will be ordered to retreat. Once you're all off of the island, the Air Force will proceed to bomb the island."

The crew of the German Jets received the information, and locked on their weaponry as it was quickly confirmed by the controllers on ground that such thing did not exist. However then, a transmission from general Loss was received.

"Soldiers, let them through. It has been authorized by the Kaiser, and I take full responsability. Let them do as they please. You never talked to me, and you never saw that plane. Keep doing a good job for the Vaterland."

"Jawohl, Herr General"

And so the pilots pulled off and let the jet be...

The pilots of the Lear jet had managed to get to the target city and swooped down to crash in kamikaze form, into the building housing the royals or Rammsteinburg.

The plane crashed with a rending noise as the explosives planted on board detonated to ensure the greatest chance of success. The blast devestating the building and surrounding cityscape.

A soldier rushed into the room where the wartime council was, interupting a meeting. "The royal family has been killed," he screamed. "That Lear crashed into the building in the Laender of Kaiser Martens where they were staying."

And soon it was all over the media as a great tragedy....the first bomb to explode within German territory practically ever since world war two.....

"Mein Kaiser....teams have been dispatched to help in that area, all available resources are working on it.....hear the people. They want revenge, they demand to know who it was that did it......"

"Excellent.....that means they aid to our cause in Rammsteinburg then. Make sure all the families get compensations and that the Royal Family receives proper honor. Now the nation will back me up even more......and I will make sure we actually get some profit out of this situation...."

By then the land troops that had arrived to the coasts of the islands were back into the sea to be redeployed elsewhere, protected by the part of the fleet that had not gone to the island. The huge amount of ships at the island continued to siege it tightly, and bombarders completely destroyed the airport and anything that could be used to provide those in the island with food. It was almost like an oldschool siege...

"Genau."

The Kaiser Martens Gestapo had successfully located the two main hidden bastions of the Blackcoats, one within a forest, one close to mountains. No public announcement was made, and only to make it faster only after Martens would finish issuing these orders he'd then let the leaders of the Rammsteinburg government know, because surprise would be essential...

With the backup of the German People, Martens had been able to get even more Forces into this, from the Luftwaffe. Within hours, the combined air fleet arrived to the area of the two bunker-bases, and began to use their Gungnir bunker busting bombs to attack, and the places were completely surrounded by several Panzerdivisions in thick formation, all the weaponry aiming towards the enemy, soon the Artillery beginning to fire away, soon all the roads both aerial, naval and by ground being blocked.

Then again, something was not right. How did Martens so wonderfully quickly find the last Blackcoat fortifications, and why did he had the Lear jet pass if he was perfectly aware of what it carried? Of course, noone would ever know this. But a few of the leaders of the Blackcoats, in the highest levels. Martens would go and attempt to also capture them, as they were reportedly in these bases, so nothing would come out to light, so he had mobilized most of his combined Forces just to strike this place, while the Kriegsmarine made sure to isolate the island...and even more Ground Army elements were coming - as obviously the air reinforcements arrived faster. Sure there may be a few more scattered Blackcoat elements here and there, but once the bases were dilapidated, the leaders were killed, and the resistance at the island anihilated one way or the other, they'd all become a thing of the past.

And so, onto the next move.

Offical announcement by the government of Rammsteinburg:

The funeral for the royal family will be held on Friday at the royal palace in Ark. All Rammsteinburgians are invited to intend. There will, of course, be heavy security for the funeral, especially since the wartime council will be temporarily leaving their undisclosed meeting location to attend. Foreign leaders are also invited to attend. It is asked that Kaiser Martens, the leader of Rammsteinburg's biggest allie during this time of war, be in attendance.

After the funeral, the palace will be given to the Southeast Danz State Parks Commission.

BREAKING NEWS!

During a special session of the Rammsteinburg legislature from early to late evening, martial law was declared. According to the third ammendment constitution of Rammsteinburg, only the legislature can declare martial law, and now, for the first time in the history of the Free German Commonwealth of Rammsteinburg, this ammendment has been evoked. The new Hauptoffzier Ronald H. Krycek attempted to veto the declaration of martial law, but his veto was overode.

According to the third ammendment, The Minister of Defence, who is the official head of the military, will assume the position of chief executive and chief legislator when martial law is declared. This means that Eric Waters, who was made Minister of Defence only a few days ago, is now leader of Rammsteinburg.

The declaration of martial law calls for the military only to be in control until the civil war is over. The wartime council has been disbanded.

After all, Martens did go ahead and attend to the funeral, before heading back to the battle against the blackcoats. Also, he has asked to talk to Waters personally.

A letter was sent by Eric Water's personal secretary to Kaiser Martens.

It read:

Herr Waters would like to know if a meeting with him before the funeral for the royal family would be okay with you?

Due to weather, the rescue of the POWs on Blackcoat Island was postponed. Now, on a clear, cold, Rammsteinburg night, the Rammsteinburg military is ready. The ships are all getting closer to the island every minuted. Soon, this lovely night will be lovely no more as the cruel face of war looks it in the eye.


11:02 PM Rammsteinburg Standard Time:

The first Rammsteinburg ship reaches the island. It is the one with the three companies from the 23rd battalion of the Army. The Heß, Deikish, and Duchovny companies get off. Before travelling through the thick woods towards the POW barrock, Colonel Jon Dero, the head of the 23rd battalion, addresses the group of about three hundred men.

"I'm sure you all realize just how important this mission is. On this island are your fellow soldiers, your fellow Rammsteinburgians, who were captured by The Blackcoats. God knows what those damn Blackcoats have done to them. Tonight, men, you have the oppurtunity to save these peoples lives. Their fate rests in your hands. Don't let them down. I want you to bring every POW back here alive."

"You're all about to begin a long walk through these woods. As you know, the woods can be a dangerous place, especially at night. A sniper could shoot you when you least expect it. You can also get ambushed. Be careful, men. Be on the lookout for any Blackcoats. Be careful, men, and may God be with you. With that said, it's time for you all to get going."

Col. Dero saluted the soldiers and they saluted him. They all said in unison "Für die Leute" and then began their journey through the woods.

On the other side of the island, the ship with the Lindemann company was arriving. As expected, there were Blackcoats guarding the dock. Soldiers on board the ship fired at them.

Hello? Is there anybody out there? =-/ I've been waiting for somebody to post in this thread for days, and nothing. Have you all lost interest or what? I'd like to wrap this war up so I can get on with my other plans.

As the Rammsteinburg soldiers attacked the POW camp, the majority of the troops headed out to stop the attackers, manning crew-served weaponry.

A small force headed out to eliminate the more dangerous/valuable prisoners as well as to eliminate the dangerous information.

As the Rammsteinburgian soldiers rushed the POWS out of the building, a small group of Blackcoats started firing at them. They were firing from the left, so the Heß Company took care of them. A few POWS were shot, including Brian Polaski, the captured FVN agent. Once all of the POWS were out of the building and The Blackcoats were defeated, the battalion headed back to the ship.

The commander had recieved word of a prison escape. Contacting the blackguard of the Blackcoats, he gave them orders to travel throught one of the 'escape' tunnels and ambush and destroy the fleeing force.

1st Lieutenant Duchovny heard some noise. He ordered his men to stop.

"I want all platoons to split up," he said.

The blackguard, seeing the targets beginning to split up, opened fire, as well as lobbing a few grenades into the mix.

While the Duchovny company split up into platoons, the Heß and Deikish companies escorted the rescued POWS.

When The Blackgoats began firing, 1Lt. Duchovny yelled, "Feuer Frei!" (Fire at will, the command to start shooting in many German militaries). The Rammsteinburgian soldiers began firing. Some of the soldiers fixed their bayonets onto their guns (mostly M-16s) in preparation for short-distance combat. A few soldiers had machine guns with them and three snipers snuck into some trees (in the Rammsteinburgian army, usually each infrantry platoon has a sniper).

As the Rammers returned fire, a small force of flame-infantry opened up with thier flamethrowers, sending gouts of fire into the midst of the Rammsteinburg soldiers.

When The Blackcoats began using flamethrowers, the RB soldiers began pulling back. Several didn't make it and were burnt to death.

Once in a safe spot, 1Lt. Duchovny quickly pulled out his radio. He asked the Heß company for assistance.

"This is 1st Lieutenant Duchovny. The Blackcoats have just pulled out some flamethrowers and I need back-up!"

Captain Heß responded. "Flamethrowers?! Well, we don't have any flamethrowers with us, so we can't fight fire with fire. What do you want?"

"Get some of your men to attack The Blackcoats from the rear. And hurry!"

Duchovny hung up. He saw one of The Blackcoat flamethrowers heading his way and ran. Luckily for him, one of the snipers was able to take out that Blackcoat.

Many of the trees in the woods had been set on fire by The Blackcoat flamethrowers. The fires had sped from tree to tree, leaving many RB soldiers and Blackcoats trapped, surrounded by burning trees. With trees being so close to eachother in these woods and the wood and leaves being very dry from lack of rain in the area, a disaster has resulted.

Many of the prisoners and soldiers ended up getting surrounded by burning trees and eventually burnt to death. A few died from trees falling on them.

As the flames spread, a few of the Coats panicked and ran, throught the rest held thier ground and pressed the attack.

Some soldiers from the Heß company started attacking The Blackcoats from the rear. As they did, they noticed several Blackcoats running away. A few of them were shot and a few dropped their weapons & waved white cloths, indicating their surrender.

The rear assault on The Blackcoats wouldn't last for long. The wind picked up and the flames started spreading faster. The soldiers from the Heß company had no choice but to retreat if they didn't want to be engulfed by flames.

Soon, The Blackcoats that didn't run off found themselves trapped. They were surrounded by flaming trees. They had basically commited suicide, but they were able to take some RB soldiers with them. The Duchvony company also was trapped. The rest of the battalion had no time to try to rescue them. They continued towards the ship with the small ammount of prisoners remaining.

The Blackcoat's Blackguard had done thier mission, and those that could managed to get back into the escape tunnel, thought precious few managed it.

After about ten more minutes, the 23rd battalion had reached the ship. Col. Dero was informed about what had happened.

Once everybody was on the ship, it took off and headed up the river. The RB soldiers on other parts of the island were told to begin retreating so the Luftwaffe can proceed with the air strike.

The blackcoats continued thier activities, while prepping to move again.

All of the ships had begun to leave the island, so the five bombers that had been waiting on the aircraft carrier took off. Once they reached the island, they began dropping bombs on every building, road, and cluster of Blackcoats they saw.

Some of the BCs had gone to bunker by the time the bombing happened, but the base and most of the staff were killed.

Several hours later, Eric Waters was up and ready for his morning briefing. He sat in his office, reading a newspaper and waiting for his assistant to arrive.

His assistant, Colonel Doppel, walked through the door. The two exchanged salutes and Doppel sat down at a chair in front of Waters' desk.

"So," Waters asked, "How did the assault on Blackcoat Island go?"

"It was a partial success," Col. Doppel told him, sounding very dissapointed.

"Partial success, eh? What do you mean?"

"Well, sir, some of the prisoners were freed and the air strike rendered the base on the island completely useless."

"Some of the prisoners?"

"The Blackcoats created a fire in the woods. Many prisoners were burnt to death. As well, the Duchovny company was wiped out. Most of The Blackcoats who created the fire were wiped out, too."

Waters looked slightly dissapointed at the news of most of the POWS not making it, but happy that the base was destroyed. He took a quick sip of his coffee and began reading his newspaper again. "Thank you, Colonel. That is all I needed to know for now. Oh, by the way, contact Kaiser Martens. I need a meeting with him."
