(OOC: Much thanks to The Silver Sky, Space Union and Leafanistan for their pointers.)
Now on international arms markets:
The first Emmitian-designed assault rifle for general use in battle, the RAU-05 is available for purchase. A bullpup design, the rifle is short and able to be fit into close quarters better than most full-length assault rifles, and a high velocity round results in respectable stopping power. With caseless ammunition, rates of fire are increased as there is no more need to eject spent cartridges, not to mention the lighter, smaller size without the jacket. A 20mm barrel above the kinetic energy barrel is able to fire grenades to flush out enemy positions.
In the changeover from steel and plastics to composite materials for the structure, the result has been an overall lighter, more rugged rifle. The RAU is no exception. Weighing in, at a maximum of 11.4 pounds when equipped with a grenade launcher, optical sight, and full ammunition. Mounted on a Picatinny rail, the optical sight that comes standard may be taken off and discarded for a more advanced or preferable sight.
A versatile design, the Emmitian Imperial Armoury has developed many versions of the modular weapon, including armaments to supply Civil Protection/Police forces, special operations version, and a light machinegun model for supressive fire, as well as, of course, the standard infantry version.

-------------------------------
The KAU-9 DIAARR (Disposable Infantry Anti-Tank Recoilless Rifle) was designed with economy and ease of use in mind. Mostly issued to paramilitary groups or guerilla forces, the weapon stands little chance against a heavy tank, although it is effective against IFV's, light vehicles, and supply vehicles. Designed to be relatively light and portable, as well as easily set up, it packs a respectable size rocket into the firing tube, which can ultimately penetrate up to sixty-four centimeters worth of homogenous steel. That, combined with the mass-produced nature of the weapon (thereby reducing it's cost) makes it a weapon designed for irregular forces on the move, rather than professional armies.
The rocket is designed to fly over two-hundred and fifty meters accurately, using fins to stabilize flight while moving at speeds of, at the muzzle, 268 meters per second, and punch a hole through 640mm of steel armor, using a HEAT round which produces great deals of searing hot gas and spalling shrapnel within the tank upon penetration.
