A speech from the Dual Monarchy
"Parthia, Aust, and Hataria originally attacked this nation over a terrorist attack. "So what?" you might say. "They are deserving of such treatment for sponsoring terrorists!".
Let's do a little math. The VSI attack caused around ten deaths. The death toll from the joint Hatarian/Austian/Parthian campaign of genocide against the innocent civilians of Very SmalL Island has been a hundred times that! What purpose can such horrendous slaughter possibly cause!? If it was revenge, why did they not just target the government? We believe that this war is using a tiny attack, which caused less causalties than your average bus crash, as an excuse to wage an imperialistic war of genocide, slavery, and conquest against a populace that had nothing to do with the actions of their leaders in any way whatsoever, and we would be remiss in our duties as citizens of this free world and former members of Concordia if we did not stop this injustice, this SLAUGHTER, against innocents by these BARBARIANS!?"
"Due to the hideous abuse of civilian forces and mass destruction of cities, fields, and infrastructure, as well as the mass destruction and murder of civilians by attacks on cities, towns, and fields, and the use of WMDs in the nation of Very Small Island, Axis Nova will hereby deploy the forces it has recently mobilized to remove the invaders from the country and stabilize the region. Any fighting found will be swiftly stopped with all force neccesary, and aid will be rendered to what remains of the VSI people. We invite others to join us in our mission to help these poor people."
Massive cheering is heard, as King Photius steps down from the podium where he has given his speech. The camera leaves the chamber and goes down a hallway to the outdoors, where thousands of cheering protesters can be seen, holding signs like "Baby Killers" and "Murderers"-- and these are the relativley tame signs.

Effective immediately, all Austian and Parthian diplomatic personnel are considered persona non grata-- they are ordered to leave the country as soon as possible, or be imprisoned as agents of a foreign power. Civilians from these nations will not be harrassed unless they have commited some crime, but it is recommended they depart immediately.
