Xander has become one of the best teachers in Green Sun. In fact, he was voted Educator of the Year in 2235. He's also the most well-known Jedi in Green Sun. He has become a great idol for many Green Sun citizens and children.

Kolte has been re-admitted into the Jedi Order after much work to erradicate most of the Dark Side within him. He has become Hasu's master and tehy have been on many missions together and have formed a strong bond.

Hasu is very happy with his life a Jedi and has no intention to return to his father. He has become one of the best students in the Jedi academy. But deep in his heart, he regrets leaving his father behind the way he did...

Shiu has disappeared, probably back to the life he had. Teh only place where anybody could see him was at his Mosque. Even then, he had a tendancy to disappear when people tried to get to him.

OOC: I hope you don't mind this post. If you have a problem with it, tell me and I'll delete it.

IC: Xander stands before a small group of his handpicked students. His class consists of only the most highly advanced Younglings and even a few Padawans who have permission from their masters. This group is his pride and joy, the most promising of all his students, and there is a feel of electricity in the air. They have learned Forms III and IV, a combination of which that has turned every one of them into potent duelists. Today, he will begin teaching them his own specialty, Form II. The students have heard of it, but have never actually seen it.

"I have taught all of you in the ways of Forms III and IV, and you have all become quite the duelists. Today, I will test you in a way that you may not have been expecting: You will choose the best amongst you to face me in a duel. We will of course be dueling only to unarm, or else until one of us has yeilded, and will be using our training sabers."

Xander turned his back on the students and shrugged off his cloak. He walked to the center of the dueling circle, and turned. A Padawan stepped forward, and igniting his purple training saber, snapped off the formal salute Xander had taught them. Xander ignited his own training blade, returned the salute, and backed to his side of the circle. The Padawan made his way to the circle, and assumed a defensive stance. Xander nodded, and assumed his own offensive fencing stance. Without warning, Xander attacked. The Padawan was using Form III to the best of his ability, but was quickly growing tired. Xander was relentless, his attacks increasing in speed and number. After about a minute, Xander knocked the Padawan's saber from his hand and aimed the point at the teenager's chest, and said simply,

"You are defeated."

There was a collective gasp. This Padawan had never been beaten, and yet he had fallen after a minute's worth of combat.

"This style, Form II, is the ultimate Form in lightsaber vs. lightsaber situations. It utilizes pinpoint blade manipulation and uses very little energy. When you have mastered it to the degree that I have, your opponent will wear himself out for you. This Form is graceful, yet rigid. Your fullest concentration is required to use it. I hope that all of you will take to it as I have. Your assignment until next time is to research Form II in the Archives, and write me a report about it's strength's and weaknesses. Dismissed."

This was Xander's last lesson for the day, so he collected his cloak and made his way to the teacher's lounge. After obtaining a large glass of water, he sat down at a fairly large table to the side of the room and began on his lesson plan for the next week. He would be off the next few days, and he planned on taking his ship, the Vagabond Two, out for a cruise around the planet, and even playing around with the Warp Drive...

OOC: ahh, interesting. So, the two most powerful, or at least well known, Force-Adepts sitting in their respective ships staring at each other...would there be any chance of hostilities? Or...they could actually sit in orbit having a nice, private, civilized conversation. wouldn't that be surrealistic? it might actually work...

OOC: Xander and Halo have never met before. They wouldn't know each other. Don't worry, I have a plan.
IC:
Halo was lying comfortably in his personal Yacht starship, the lastest model and capable of Warp 3. He needed a break after the long school year, at least for a day. This day would have no interruptions. Just Halo, all to himself. Or so he thought when his yacht was hailed.

Xander had been in orbit for several hours, simpy enjoying the views of the galaxy and the planet. He rarely had time to be alone anymore, with his teaching taking up most of his time. He didn't complain; it was what he had wanted when he had taken the post all those years ago. But every so often he liked to come up here with the Vagabond Two and just drift. He was enjoying a rather spectacular view of a large nebula off in space when scanners detected another ship in orbit. He was roused from his tranquil thoughts, and he saw immediatly that what appeared to be a personal starship orbiting further out. He reached out with the Force and felt the presence of a Dark Sider on board. Oddly enough, this person was the only sentient being that he could sense. Xander thought it over for several moments before deciding to hail the ship.

"This is Jedi Master Xander Voltare aboard the Vagabond Two. Your ship appears to be floating adrift, and I have detected only one sentient being on board. Are you in need of assistance?"

Halo stared at Xander.
"Some luxery craft. If I spotted you first I would have asked if you had broken down. No, I'm fine."
Halo was about to shut off the com link and then he remembered hearing Xander's name before.
"Wait, you're Xander. One of my students-A padawan who was ejected from the Jedi Order because he fell in love with someone and it became more of a priority to him-mentioned you. He said you were his favorite teacher. Heh. He's the only one that's ever come close to beating me at Saber-Staff dueling."

"Hmph. And you must Halo. I remember him. He was one of my best students for several years, and the only Youngling who was fluently skilled with the saberstaff. It was a shame he was expelled. I wish that he had been around to learn Form II lightsaber combat from me, he may well have eventually become a challenge even for me."

"He's in good hands with me. Come over and I'll prepare us some tea and a meal. Or do you prefer something harder?"
Halo noticed his unsure look.
"Don't worry. I have tea with the Headmaster of the Jedi academy on Sundays. We had the same master, therefore lots in common. Nowadays it's just gettign updated on what's happening in the other's school."

Xander contemplated Halo's offer for only a few seconds. It was a rare oppertunity to be social with whom he was supposed to oppose.

"I think that would be enjoyable. I'll follow you back down to the planet, if that is alright with you? I will have to let the Temple know of my diversion, though I doubt very seriously that they will oppose. I studied the Sith arts for several years as a Rouge. It would be a nice change of pace."

The chair wasn't very soft, but it wasn't exactly turgid either, serving its purpose in the same fashion it was intended; for Kolte to meditate upon. Several feet in from of him sat Hasu, who was also meditating. The two had developed a strong bond since Kolte had taken Hasu as his Padawan learner, and both had grown stronger in the Force by many times. Kolte had little trouble comunicating with the locals once he learned that English was a language popular in Green Sun; as it was in Megas. He was now the ripe age of 43, though his Tirolian ancestry decieved the eyes of those who would judge his age. Deep in his meditation, he sensed a small, yet significant disturbance in the Force. He traced the ethereal disruption to Hasu. He opened one eye to observe boy, who had not only grown in the Force but had matured in character as well. Never had someone he knew literally grown up so quickly; but then, he didn't know many Sangelli. As it was the true intentions of his taking Hasu as a Padawan still lingered in the back of his mind, and Kolte was reluctant to think about it. Even still, it was there, and sooner or later he would have to make a decision, a choice, that would change Hasu's life forever. He didn't expect it to be this hard. Kolte pushed the thoughts aside for now.

"My padawan, are you all right? You seem...troubled." Kolte said.

"Alright Halo, I'll follow you there, then. Perhaps we can even have a friendly duel..."

Xander smiled as he said this, for he had long wanted to face an opponent worthy of his skill. He had only ever been defeated in combat once, but he had no desire to engage Kolte in a rematch. To do so would be to violate his agreement with the Acadamy's Vice-Headmaster, and on a much deeper level, he knew that his relationship with his former Padawan was lost to the ravages of time and seperation. Dispite teaching at the same Acadamy, he had never sought Kotle out, nor had Kolte sought him out. The events on Torokara had scarred Xander's spirit; he didn't know if he could face Kolte's rage without falling himself...

Halo had prepared some tea for the two of them. He saw the look on Xander's face and said,
"You look lost in your memories. Penny for your thoughts?" Halo asked, handing him the tea and handing him a Hunth-Head ((Hundredth of a head=about .9 penny))
He set down his saber on his saber-rack and sat at the Japanese-style table and began to sip his tea.
--------------------
"It's just...I'm starting to think about my father lately. I've avoided thinking about the subject for these nine years, but I can't seem to get him out of my head lately. I know he comes here every other Sunday, but I feel as if I've drifted too far apart from him to be healthy because of my training, but last time he was here, I felt a strong presence pulling on my in my mind. It's as if just his being at the Academy just these few times is starting to try and pull me back to the life I had. I'm confused. One part of me wants to stay here with you, but the otehr part wants to meet him. At least just once, just see him again."
Hasu sighed deeply, which by human standards, was like getting blown by a hurricane, as Sanghelli had strong and large chests, therefore large and powerful lungs.
"My father and I were very close. Had it not been for the way he was training me and why he was training me, I would have stayed because he's a great father. I guess you could say that a part of me still loves him, despite what he did to me."

Xander sat cross legged before Halo, and contemplated telling him of his past woes. After several minutes, he exhaled and replied,

"I'm just...remembering my one great failure...my one true friend in the entire universe, and I betrayed him. He was my former Padawan; I even had the honor of knighting him myself...I wish that I had been able to stop myself from commiting the atrocity that I did..."

The old Jedi fell into a pensive silence for several moments. He finished his tea, and inhaled deeply before saying,

"So Halo, how about that duel? My saber has a power adjustment modification, so I can lower its power output to that of a training saber to reduce the lethality, if you wish. My speciality is Makashi, Form II of lightsaber combat. I have spent some 60 odd years mastering it to its fullest degree. I won't be defeated easily..."
Green Sun
20-07-2005, 21:48
"Hahaha! Makashi, huh? Well, not only am I the second-best at that particular form, but I have invented a few forms myself. I specialize in saber-staves, myself, but I'm the second-best saber duelist in Green Sun, second only to Darth Shiu. I'll giev you a run for your money."
Halo stood up, gulped down the rest of his tea, and grabbed a training saber-staff.
"My personal training gym in down the hall a bit. I have many contacts with Green Hotels, who own this station, so they were kind enough-"
But Halo wasn't able to finish his sentence when there was an explosion and some laser-fire. Halo swapped his training weapon for a real one.
"Dammit, I knew they would show up on my watch!"
"Your watch?" Xander asked.
"There's a very important item on this station that Green Hotels hired the Sith to protect. It just so happens it was my turn and I needed a vacation for a little while. Black Sun seems to want it enough that they'll deal with the best Sith in this corner of the Galaxy to get it!"

OOC: All right, I have tried to be nice, but this is as much as I can take. Do not God-Mod my characters, no matter what. You post something about your characters, and I'll fill in the blanks with Xander. All right?

IC: Xander had his green bladed fencing saber unclipped from his belt and alight before Halo completed his explanation.

"I know that the Jedi and Sith don't see eye to eye, but I will not tolerate an act of terrorism. Let's see what happens when the greatest Sith and Jedi team up..."
Green Sun
20-07-2005, 22:40
OOC: Sorry, I won't do that again. I kinda wanted a full post and leaving it like that would make it feel half-done. Didn't think you would mind.
IC:
"Personally, I feel this as an insult, mainly becuase I was born and raised in Green Sun but also becuase I partly own this station!"
Halo activated his saber and rushed into the hall, growling.
Naxder Drol
20-07-2005, 23:02
Xander followed Halo into the hallway and immediatly deflected several laser bolts with his saber, and with a thrust of his hand, Force-Pushed several Black Sun agents into the wall at the end of the hall.

"Halo, how many of these scumbags are we dealing with, and where throughout the station are they?"
Green Sun
20-07-2005, 23:16
"Who knows, nobody ever knows when they'll attack and how many will be in the attack."
Halo charged at a pair of soldiers, who tried to back away, but had their heads sliced clean off. Halo found hismelf pinned on both sides by three soldiers on each side. They opened fire, careful not to hit their allies on the other side. Halo blocked five of the six and dodged another, which deflected them back at the shooters. The one that he didn't bother to deflect went on to hit the fleeing soldier.

Kolte had grown used to the pungent aroma that was a Sanghelli's breath in his years training Hasu, but the magnitude at which the breath rushed toward him still managed to catch him off-guard.

"I never knew my father; or my mother for that matter. But I do know the pain of love. Ironic, isn't it? That love is supposed to be the purpose for which we fight, yet it is also the greatest cause of our suffering." Noticing that his words did not seem to comfort Hasu, Kolte relented a little. "Perhaps it is time you came to terms with your father. But this time, it will be your terms, instead of his."

Xander rushed past Halo into the adjacent hall where still more soldiers awaited: 3 laying prone, 3 kneeling behind, and 3 standing to the rear. All nine fired at once; Xander threw his off hand forward and created a Force-Shield to block the laser bolts. He extinguished his saber and returned it to its place on his belt. After the soldiers completed a salvo of attacks, he dropped the Shield and unleashed his Force-Lightning upon them; one hand was enough to create enough branches to hit and kill all 9 soldiers within mere seconds. He stood there looking on at the corpses of the soldiers in shock, for he had never used Force-Lightning that powerful before. What made it all the more staggering was that he hadn't used any of his Dark Side powers in 9 years. It just didn't make any sense...but he wasn't sorry...in fact, a sadistic sneer slowly played across his lined face as he stepped over his handy-work to look for more Black Sun agents...

Halo made his way into the promenade, where Black Sun terrorists had taken the whole room as hostages. He recognized Black Sun Jedi, who were blinded by their ambition to destroy the Green Sun Sith and joined the sworn enemy of Green Sun, amongst them, carressing and consoling the hostages, assuring them that it was best that they stay down, that they were completely safe. Halo saw one soldier who wanted to make it quite the opposite. For his evil opinion, Halo sliced off his head. Halo soon found himself the subject of a large number of lasers being fired. To top it off, the Jedi seemed to have made it a priority to destroy the alien with the red saber-staff. Halo smiled and thought to himself,
It's about time I had some fun today.

Meanwhile, the former Emperor, Ishmael Equanant-Kort, sat up in his bed and sneezed loudly. He turned to his wife and said,
"Tasha, I just had the wierdest dream. I dreamed that we didn't live on Earth, but on a distant planet that we named after our nation...And that there were Jedi and Sith and space hotels and Battlemechs...Doesn't that sound odd?"
Natasha, who had picked her husband because she found it incredibly convenient to marry him for her family's history and for the good of Green Sun and had since then fallen in love with him and had two beautiful children, the current Emperor Jordan and and the sexy Duchess Heidi, turned to her clincally insane husband and replied,
"Ishmael, we are living on a planet far away from Earth and there are Jedi and Sith and Battlemechs. You're still insane."
She went back to sleep.
"I swear, I don't care how good of a post this is, the User really just wants to waste his time typing all of this crap with me waking up in the middle of the night. What an absolutely boring person. And he can hardly spell! He messed up hardly three times before getting it right! And he had it right the first time! I swear, it's like my life is run by a total loser or something..."
He yawned.
"Damn that Mitaboy for posting that NationStates link on the SAQ forums...It's completely...Consumed...His...Life..."
He fell asleep again. Earnest Equanant, Natasha's father who, it is rumored, is the ancient founder of Green Sun, but since it happened so long ago nobody really gives a flying fuck on how old he really is, passed by in the hall. He turns towards your computer screen and says to you,
"What? I've got to do SOMETHING to pass the time before Full Metal Alchemist comes on! At least writing all the time like this builds skill! And if you think my name is really Earnest, then you ought to have your head checked like Ishmael."
He pulls out a laser pistol and listens carefully.
"Now I'm goign to get that cat. I'm finally going to have a nice, large dish of lasagna without interruption. I've waited over three hundred years for this..."

It's about time I had some fun today.

Xander made his way throughout the station, making use of his various powers and lightsaber skills to kill every Black Sun soldier he came across until he reached the promenade. His surveyed the situation, and saw that Halo had made it here as well.

"Halo, you take that side; I've got this side..."

Xander's voice was full of malice, and he set about ripping through the terrorists with extreme violence. He drew on the Force and used his perfected saber throw. The green blade whirled about the hilt, forming a lethal disc of energy that made its way across the room, decapitating every soldier on his side of the promenade. The saber made its way back to Xander's hand, and he ran to check on the hostages...

Halo was too preoccupied with the two Jedi he had to face to bother with the other extremists. One of them wielded two saber while the other just had one. Tehy didn't stand a chance. Halo deactivated his rear saber and struck at the dual-wielder. His first foe swung low, but Halo dodged the blow, kicking him in the chest. The other Jedi charged at him. Their sabers met, but not for long as Halo overpowered him and sliced him in two. The dual-wielder came at him, slashing both high and low, but Halo side-stepped him and slashed, which was blocked. Halo smiled and pointed the deactivated end at his foe and turned it one, poking a large hole in his face. Halo grabbed the other man's saber and used it in the same fashion Xander used his to decapitate the otehr terrorists.
Naxder Drol
21-07-2005, 22:40
Xander looked up after checking on the hostages to watch Halo defeat the remaining terrorists. He was impressed with the man's skills with the saber-staff, though these terrorists weren't exactly that great. He held his own green fencing saber at the engarde postition as he made his way over to Halo, rotating around to check for more hostiles. He finally walked up to Halo and lowered his saber.

"Hopefully that was the last of them...I'm impressed with your combat skills, Halo. It's been a long time since I fought side by side with someone as skilled as you."
Green Sun
21-07-2005, 22:49
"I can almost garuntee that you've never fought alongside someone as skilled as I. Only two people have ever beaten me, and that's Darth Shiu...And General Lucas..." Halo said. He slowed to a stop. When Xander noticed he was staring at something, he saw anotehr Jedi standing at the top of the Promenade.
"So, Halo, it's been a long time," the Jedi said to him.
"Indeed, Lucas. You've got quite the bounty on your head for helping out Black Sun. I'd expect better from a Jedi such as yourself."
"Oh, spare me. Green Sun has become corrupted by the Sith. Black Sun is the only ones who have opposed Green Sun since United Cultures."
"Corrupted? I haven't seen Green Sun happier in my life. Teh SIth have done a wonderful job in running Green Sun. This Sith-Jedi rivalry is merely a formality. You're taking it to the next level. It needn't happen."
"The Jedi on Green Sun are false. They are blinded by the cloud Shiu has placed apon it."
"Shiu is the only reason Black Sun even noticed you, Lucas. Without him, you would be dead," Halo growled, activating his saber.
"You are the blind one," Halo continued. "You are a terrorist, a liar, and a traitor to the people of this galaxy. You agreed never to return to Green Sun or you would pay. And you will, by my hand."
Naxder Drol
22-07-2005, 03:42
Xander's eyes narrowed in anger, and interrupted the argument.

"You claim that the Sith are evil, Lucas, and yet here you are commiting acts of terrorism that betray the Jedi Codes...and so betray me..."

Xander thrust his left hand forward, unleashing the same Force-Lightning that had killed the 9 soldiers earlier. The sheer amount of power he was exuding was enough to send shockwaves throughout the Force, his body bathed in the blue-white glow of the lightning...
Green Sun
23-07-2005, 00:49
Lucas smirked and captured the lighting in his palm ((As Yoda did to Dooku in Episode 2)) and cast it towards a pile of damaged furniture.
"You honestly have no idea, do you? My Jedi do not use terrorism, the Black Sun do. I knew Halo was taking a vacation and decided to break the breastbone of the Green Sun Sith."
"I've got a score to settle with Lucas. He's mine," Halo growled. Halo kneeled low and charged, keeping his saber-staff not too far from his head. Lucas wasn't a fool, so he allowed Halo to strike first, knowing his style. Halo inded struck first and Lucas blocked with his green saber. Halo gave more of a push before Lucas force-pushed Halo away. Teh sanghelli responded by doing the same, canceling out Lucas's push. It came to a matter of strength in the force. Lucas was very strong as it was, but Halo had gotten better since he fought Lucas as a lad. Halo gradually gave his push more and more power before he had Lucas on his knees to save strength to keep pushing. When Halo had him weakened enough, Halo struck with his staff and finished off the Black Sun general. Halo was breathing heavily.
"Wow. His head is worth fifteen million, excuse the pun, heads."
Halo sliced off Lucas's noggin and grabbed it by the hair.
"Well, that was exciting, wouldn't you say?"

23-07-2005, 06:55
OOC: Just pointing this out, but Xander used Force-Lightning. He didn't do anything with his saber, so Force-Pushing wouldn't really help Halo stop Xander's attack. However, for the sake of moving on, I shall let the issue drop. And by the way, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Megas has lost his computer through a set of strange circumstances, and he may not be able to post for a very long time, which is bad for me, because I have Xander teamed up with Kolte in The Conception thread, and Kolte is also involved in this thread, which takes place after said thread. IC: Xander suddenly felt a strange stirring in the Force...his nerves were jumping like frogs on hot pavement, and he stretched himself out through the Force to pinpoint the disturbance. After several moments, he realized that he was needed elsewhere.

"Halo, I am truly sorry, but I must ask of you a favor: I feel that I am needed elsewhere. Drollaria, the neighboring planet to my home planet of Naxderia, has fallen into chaos. I feel that the Jedi there are calling out to me. I must leave at once. Please inform the Jedi Acadamy of my departure, and ask that Kolte Savren follow me there."

Xander departed at high speed, and several moments later came to his fighter, the Vagabond Two.

*****************************

Xander waited at the edge of the system for Kolte to show up. After exchanging brief and stiff greetings, Xander filled Kolte in as to what was going on. Kolte agreed to escort Xander to Drollaria, and they initiated their warp drives, becoming to dynamic duo of old...if only for one more mission...

OOC: I don't know how your Sith academy is exactly set up, so I'm winging it a little, GS.

IC:

Knee-high black boots made from the finest of rancor leather clanked against the floor as he walked at a steady pace. A flowing set of black robes were fitted over the powerful form of the young human male and he shifted his cloaks over his shoulders. An ash gray tunic and tunic skirt fell over a pair of black armor-weave pants. Two silver-black lightsaber hilts hung from his belt, glistening in the light that poured down over him as he walked the entrance halls of the Sith academy.

Drowning in the darkness and alone. This is what it feels like to be Kean Ardaac right now. He's afraid for his life and for his future. A man of thirty-one years in age and a skilled student of hate, he lives for but one purpose: exacting revenge.

It had been so long since he had even seen Dawn Arash....he longed to be near her once more. No, not for an act of passion, but for an act of vengeance. Dawn had killed the one who truly found hope and promise in Kean, the dark Jedi fugitive, Syne. After Syne assisted Kean in killing his former Jedi Master, the fugitive renegade Jedi made a pact with Kean to further his training. Together, they had traveled throughout the galaxy, exploring countless worlds, committing countless dark deeds.

And then she came and took that away from Kean.

If it wasn't for her immense beauty, Kean would have killed her at the time, but she had used her looks to her advantage and it was only natural for Kean to become attracted to her. She had ultimately tricked him and murdered his beloved mentor, Syne, out of revenge for the assassination of one of her close friends or so she had claimed. Dawn had eluded Kean since that fateful day and he had dedicated himself to hunting her down and killing her to avenge Syne's death. He no longer cared for much of anything else and had convinced himself that all would be set right in the galaxy once Dawn had died at his hands. But the crafty Potentium user had proved that she would not be done away with easily, evading her pursuer repeatedly.

Even a finely-honed master of Form III, such as Kean was, hadn't had the chance of finding her and bringing her down. He would some day, he assured himself. Some day...

As he approached a guard who ignited his lightsaber in defense, bringing the glowing blade over his chest before pointing it at Kean, the youthful renegade stopped in his tracks to stare at the guard before him. A young Elusin male, no more than fifty-six standard years in age. Elusins were powerful creatures from the backwater swamps of the Diagic system known for their headstrong strength, four arms, and three eyes that were situated at the fore of a sweeping natural headcrown made of bone. The guard appeared to have several scars running down the right side of his; older injuries, perhaps, from contact with an enemy Jedi, though the marks were not of a lightsaber.

"Halt," the Elusin said simply.

"Allow me passage or lose your life," Kean said, while staring into the guard's three large orange eyes.

The Elusin took it as a threat and felt justified in taking a swipe at Kean with his lightsaber. A rookie mistake. Kean did not hesitate in cleaving off the guard's upper right arm with one fluid stroke of his shimmering crimson blade. The guard shrieked out in pain as his arm fell to the floor, still holding his lightsaber. A simple push with the invisible hand of the Force sent the guard flying across the corridor and Kean proceded as he had planned, passing through the door that the guard had protected with his lightsaber now deactivated and returned to his belt.

OOC: I believe that's where you told me to go. :)

((I couldn't tell.))
Halo approached the man from behind.
"I believe you owe me an apology for killing one of my students."

Kean sensed him coming before he heard his voice, but something within him told him not to lash out or do anything brash such as slashing off the unknown man's head. Calmly, he turned about and stared the figure face to face, either of his hands falling mere inches from his two lightsabers that remained on his belt. He conjured a reply.

"I believe you owe me an apology for forcing me to maim one of your students. He should consider himself lucky that he caught me while I was in a good mood; he still has three of his arms and his life. As for you, we shall see how long my good mood lasts. Who are you and where can I find the master of this academy? Give me an answer I'm looking for and I might let you go with all your limbs."

In a blur, Kean found fimself pinned against the wall with Halo's Lightsaber at his throat.
"You allow me to go with all my limbs? I think not. I decide how many limbs I have, and I keep them. Nobody tells me what to do except for the President, the Emperor, and Shaku, and ONLY because they are the leaders I have grown to respect. And I am the Academy's master. And I don't take lightly to anyone attacking any of my students. He is just a boy trying to do his job."
Halo turned off his saber and backed away.
"I am Halo Ham'amamee, the master of this Sith Academy."

Kean paused. "I see," after a moment of silence, "than I apologize for maiming your student. My name is Kean Ardaac and I've traveled a long way to meet with you -- that is, if you are who you claim to be. I'm seeking a new outlet for my powers and I believe the this academy may be what I'm looking for."

Halo offered Kean his hand.
"I, indeed, am the one you are looking for. And don't worry about him, he'll be fine, we can regrow his arm easily. Now, if you'll follow me into the Academy, I can get all the meaningless paperwork for you and I'll have a room prepared to your liking."
