The Band of Seven except for Jakotsu who was busy headed to a planet they thought would be a ideal place to hide. Their military would not be able to stand up to them.

The Battleship entered orbit as Bankotsu,Suikotsu and Ginkotsu beamed down to the surfce in a small city. The rest stayed on the ship

Bankotsu looked around and said " This will do for a hide out."

The city of Lahren was a typical Ihrantan settlement. It was located near a lake where the tadpole-like babies lived out their childhood. The elders sat on the porches of their shell-like homes and smoked an odd looking substance through a pipe, while the more youthful adults went about their working tasks. In the town square, a street entertainer was showing an audience the various tricks he had taught a baby rancor, when suddenly a trio of strange looking creatures appeared among them.

The crowd of about forty soon shifted their attention to the newcomers. Most of the crowd began to speak all at once:

“What are those things?”

“My cousin told me about those. They’re called humans. They live all over the universe apparently.”

“Gross. Just look at them, they're disgusting, like giant skinoids.”

Some were frightened enough to draw the small pistols that most male Ihrentans carried with them at all times. One shouted, “Well, if they're skinoids, we’re going to have ourselves a nice barbeque tonight.”

Suikotsu smiled " Oh my Big Brother it seems these things think we are only human. Shell we show them we are gods in our power? I would most enjoy to kill their childrain"

Ginkotsu laughs as he stars to walk forword " I will crush these weaklings"

Bankotsu only smiles " I guess we will have to show them."

With that Suikotsu charged forword with his dual claws running to slash the nearist enemy

Ginkotsu fired his laser cannon the destroy a nearby house as he fired his three saws to cut some of the people in half.

The Ihren who had called for the barbeque fired off a clumsy shot before finding out what its like to be a decapitated head for 2 seconds. The other Ihrens tried to scatter, but not before saw blades ripped through them. Severed limbs, and loose organs were everywhere. Meanwhile a nearby house was hit with a laser blast, but besides gaining a new, rather large window, it was fine. Thousands of years of building structures to withstand the furry of storms most worlds only see in their nightmares, had apparently paid off.

Lahren’s peace officers were soon on the scene, and about thirty of them surrounded each exit of the square. They were a ragtag group, each brandishing a laser sword or blaster rifle of varying make and model, almost as if they were home made. The chief of the city’s police shouted, “We have you surrounded. Stand down, or you will be shot.”

Bankotsu smiled as he used almost a copy of the wind scar from his sword sending it right towrd the police chief

" I suggest you give in we are gods in our power and as such your fighting is useless."

The police chief and the officers around him felt a slight sensation of wind pressing on them, and then suddenly pushing hard enough to tear through their flesh. The remaining officers at the other entrances to the square were horrified, but they mustered the courage to charge the aliens, some firing from blaster rifles, and others waving around deadly looking laser swords. Some regular citizens even joined in, making the number of Ihrens rushing the strange invaders number just over a hundred.

Bankotsu used the attack agian but this time with much more power enough to kill over 300 if he had to. He was glad it was the first time he had to use that much power since being brought back

The other two were not as happy as they wanted to kill some more.

Ginkotsu made sure he got some more shots in as he fired his left hand at the mob grabing one of them with it and crushing their skull like a orange.

The mob charged. The fastest runner got there the quickest and attempted to sever the big cyborg’s arm with his laser sword. Unfortunately, the titan grabbed his head and squeezed , hard. Others continued the charge only to experience the same feeling as the police chief had moments ago. Ginkotsu’s blasts hit air at first, as his target was disintegrated, but soon found their mark as they slammed into the crowd of bystanders still trying to get away, killing dozens of innocents. A few Ihrens, miraculously, managed to survive the attacks by throwing themselves onto the ground just before Bankotsu’s attack was unleashed. They slowly rose to their feet, leaving their weapons on the ground and shouted variations of “I surrender. Please don’t kill me.”

Bankotsu thinks for a moment " Should i kill your race or allow you to live.....hmmmmmmm"

After a few moments he spoke " I will let you all live as long as you do as we tell you. Give us for whatever we ask. And never qustion us or ever try to go agianst us. Or we will destroy you."

The mayor of Lahren steps out of a building she had run into at the behest of the now deceased police chef, and cautiously approaches the strange beings. She is distinguishable from the others by her red clothing and short green cloak. As she approaches, she announces,

“I am Urip, Mayor of this city. I am only endowed by the people to speak for this city, not for others. I have seen your destruction. You are not gods, no, the gods are kind and gentle, and you are fiendish. You are devils, but a devil is to be feared as much as a god, should they come when no gods come to challenge them. So this city will capitulate to your power, but if you wish the entire planet to, you must take your case before the President and the Federal Congress. I can not surrender the entire planet to you. I can, however, attempt to persuade my superiors to see that defying you would be foolhardy.” She finishes her short speech by getting on her knees and bowing before the trio.

Bankotsu smiles " We will not kill you or ask anything to harsh. We are warriors and we think this planet will be a nice place to stay when we need rest from our battles. We are in a war agianst all of Humankind not your race. We attacked you to show you fighting us would be a meaningless lose of life. And now me and my men are hungery and tired."

Urip slowly rises to her feet. “Of course you are. You have had such a trying day. Wait here.” She runs off, pulling a tiny walkie-talkie out of her cloak and shouting into it. In fifteen minutes she returns. “Come this way.” She leads the group through three blocks of the city. As they walk, Ihren eyes cautiously watch the them. They arrive at a large building with smoke coming out of a hole in the top of the shell-like structure.

Upon entering, a group of four Ihren musicians begin to play a haunting nautical melody with odd reed instruments. On a large table, spread out before them is a feast. Many strange fruits, a greenish- brownish liquid, and brown chunks of meat make up the meal. Urip bows her head slightly and speaks, “Those two shall serve you. The meal is made up of our finest garden grown produce, vintage curtle wine from my own collection, and skinoid meat. The skinoids are a small hairless primate species. I hear they resemble humans, so you should enjoy the meal very much. When you are ready to sleep, the servants can escort you to your rooms. Now if you excuse me, I must leave.” She cautiously backs out of the building and head to her office.

There she sits down at a circular desk and presses a button on her chair. Suddenly the holographic images of seventeen Ihrens appear on the desk. They are the President and the sixteen members of the Federal Congress.

“We have been assembled as you requested Mayor. You said there was an emergency?” asks one of the Congressihrens. Urip then goes on to explain the events of the last half-hour.

“This is truly frightening.” Says the president of the Federation. “However, if all they seek is shelter, we shall accommodate them. Mayor Urip provide them with everything they desire, for the good of the Eight Tribes and the Federation.”

“Of course, sir.”

The three eat and drink for a good hour. They had not had a good meal for a long time.

After they eat Bankotsu looks around then says " I will sleep now. Ginkotsu you will keep watch. Suikotsu go back to the ship and inform the others of what has happened."

The two nod and do as they are told as Bankotsu waits to be escorted to his room.

One of the servants steps toward Bankostsu. He lowers his head and speaks. “This way milord.” He gestures toward a s thin curved staircase on the far side of the rooms. As they are ascending the stairs the servant speaks. “We have purchased several ships from the Empire of Huntaer. From that we have determined that humans like dry, soft places to sleep. I was informed that you aren’t human, but you look close enough to one.” They reach the top of the stairs come to a circular, many doored hallway that seems to gradually move upward. The servant opens the closest door on the right. “Our local museum couldn’t afford the actual beds from the captains quarters of the ships, but we did obtain a few replicas, and our local craftsmen have constructed some of their own for the sheer novelty of the whole thing. It was quite a trip moving all that stuff in here though, let me tell you.” The Ihren lets out an odd snort that can only be interpreted as a chuckle. “I’m sure you will find it quite comfortable.”

Inside the small room is a large wooden bed with a waterbed mattress, a small entertainment system with a television ,a bookshelf stocked with local literature and a small coffee table. “If you need anything, ring the bell on that low table.” The servant closes the door for the alien, and heads back down the stairs.

Bankotsu lays down and gose to sleep soon after.

Meanwhile Renkotsu beams down and slowly walks threw the city. He being the master of fire wished to burn the buildings and the people to the ground but he had orders to do other wise.

He walked into the building where the others were and set down at the the table. Some of the meat had turned cold. He with a touch of his finger set the meat on fire for a moment untell it was warm.

He looked at Ginkotsu " Mukotsu would like you to go gather some local planet life and water to see if it would be of any use to him in his poisons."

Ginkotsu nods and did as he was told, as Renkotsu was the 2nd in command of The Band of Seven and his best friend.

ooc: Almost every plant and animal on Ihrentan is poisonous to mammals and most reptiles in one or the other. The skinoids have only survived because they developed the instincts to identify the parts of plants which are not poisonous to them. Ihrentan is an amphibian’s paradise, where most of what you could possibly eat shuts down the respiratory system of more complicated creatures.

Mayor Urip decides that it is time to check on her guests and insure that they haven’t killed everyone at the inn. As she approaches the building, she sees the hulking figure of Ginkotsu negotiate its way out of the door.

“Is there anything I can do for you, sir?” the Ihren asks the cyborg.

Ginkotsu makes a slight noise as he walks by heading out to collect some herbs.

Renkotsu finnishs eating and stands up to go outside and look around.

He was glad to have a break at last. Even he grew tired of killing and needed a break.

Urip watches Ginkotsu pass by, deciding it best to leave him alone. She turns around and spots an unfamiliar figure leaving the inn. “Hello, there. You must be with the others that came. I am Urip, Mayor of this city. I am at your service.” She bows her head slightly.

" I am Renkotsu 2nd in command of The Band of Seven. I am a master of fire"

He said as he drinks from his bottle then spits out a beam of fire right past her.

Urip stumbles back, a shocked look on her face. “Wow. That’s… quite a trick sir Renkotsu.” She pauses for a second. “If you don’t mind me asking, what exactly are you? You are certainly no human, and you do not appear to be a devil of legend. Are there more like the seven of you, out there?”

" yes there are others that match our powers but few if any like us. Our master could easly destroy this planet. We were humans at one time and we were extreamly powerful then. Then we died and came back as unliveing then defeated agian. Now our master brought us back. We are alive and Humans however at the same time the weakness' of Humans are gone. And with our already god like powers boosted by our master we are all mighty."

“Then, the Universe is a scarier place than my people thought.” She is silent for a second before saying, “Why did your master resurrect you? We have heard the leader of your band say he wishes to wipe out humanity, but why? Do they offend your master somehow? I hope you do not mind my questions, but the Congress asked me to discover as much as I could about you all.”

" We dont have anything agianst Humans however a job is a job. I dont know why he wants them dead you would have to ask Big Brother he is the only one who really knows the master."

“Ah, I see.” She glances down at her wrist. She isn’t looking at a watch, but at the change in ultraviolet colors on her arm that signal feeding time for the tadpoles. “If you excuse me, I must get back to the business of running the city,” Urip says as she walks quickly adown the road toward the lake.

OOC: The Band of Seven have pretty much established themselves on the planet. So, I’m going to end this rp, to free them up for whatever else you want to do with them. If they ever come back to Ihrentan in another thread, TG me. It's hard to keep up sometimes.
