OOC: I've been looking for a good FT RP. And wonder if anyone would like to do one.

I'm a bit sick of of " hey look a thingy! " and then have 50 fleets jump in at once and start fighting.

I was thinking a RP with main characters and no fighting, somthing sorta like a officer exchange or maybe even a student exchange. I for one would always like to try to portray daily life in my nation.

Just some ideas..............

((I've said it a dozen times, I'll keep saying it... stellar nations that send fleets to scouting missions are idiots.))

I know that my main char needs a face lift. Personally, I am HIGHLY interested, for how many days I'd be left on.

OCC: I know what you mean. Though the relativly good FT character RPs that occure tend to ether flop unless some massive nation (that has a record of being well known) pops in and uses some random character and it kicks off. Hell all my RPs (I only do FT) tend to flop after the first page.
Hell somedays I spend three hours working on the intro post to the RP and it flops. AO left becasue every RP he was in flopped. Hell I'm gona probably do the same if this keeps up for me (though not a lasting one just maybe a month).

This is exactly my problem.

I was thinking a officer exchange to cover the military aspect of it, and maybe a student exchange, I'd really love to focus on lower ranking characters, and just explain daily life.

I've been trying to bring back afew characters that got "lost along the way" from almsot a year ago. And so far it hasn't even past ten posts. God it gets to me when everything is PMT, MT, or jsut war.

I believe this is the reason I haven't written any specific stories in NationStates Forum......which is sad really because I'm about to go crazy with ideas X-x

Not a bad idear. It would be fun to see the life of a soldier, especially in my neck of the woods.

I would like to join...I would have to choose which Caste my character would come from...but it would be fun. I shall keep track of this thread.

I'm kind of new, but I have gotten a generally good reply on my introduction rp. So I'm interested in a character rp as well. Count me in if you will.

Officers in the Confederate military can be very arrogant-to-very silent. It all depends on which fleet their from.

Kay, The RP is this, a STUDENT exchange, I'd love to explore daily life of the civves.

This is going to be a very long RP, it will go in real time. Starting when one of my ships picks up the student and starts heading home. He/she will internact with the ship and crew ect.

Real time RP, goes on for a LONG time. Daily life described. Day by day ( if you cant make a post, let me know )
