The Emperor Akarth Von Antheron and the Imperial Council had plans about dealing with the Dominion. The problem was the Gaian Ascendancy had two fleets near the border that could ruin there goal. The United Galactic Empire of Deatharon decides to renew ties with the Gaian Ascendancy and start a peaceful realtionship with the Gaian Ascendancy. The hope of starting a trade parthnership like the old days also promoted this idea in the end a subspace message is sent to the Gaian Fleets outside of the Antaries Galaxy.

This is the United Galactic Empire of Deatharon, We wish to renew ties with the Ascendancy please respond.

The two Fleet Legions were still only watching, waiting for things like this. The Ascendancy Sphere recieved the communicae, transfered over a week and many stations.

The orders returned a week later (space still is large...) informed the onsite commander to conduct inital diplomacy, but to also watch out for not getting the Ascendancy involved in a war for or against either side.

She however had other ideas.

The Imperial Intelligence Core sent the message to the Imperial Council. The Dukes debate about the situation and finally the Emperor comes up with a plan. The Untied Galactic Empire of Deatharon sent another message to the Gaian Fleets: The Empire would like a diplomat to come to Deatharon Prime to dicuss a peaceful resolution to our dampered realtionship thanks to the dead Emperor Mavis.

Admiral Ruri's reply to that is at first replied by the arrival of a special Ascendancy diplomatic personage that would help in negotiations.

A day later after discussions, one ISD class Folds near the Deatharon Capital planet. They would see where this goes.

And make an offer of great riches.

The first thing the Ship would see is the Antaran Green Fleet the defensive Antaran Warfleet that protects the inner territories from invasion. The Lead Antaran Command Cruiser Ravager hails the ISD ship. Weclome to Imperial Space we would like to talk to you as soon as you are able. The conference will be in the Imperial Palace.

OOC: The Antaran Hegemony is an Elder Civilization that is part of the Empire. They rely on the Empire due to lack of numbers because of there Haverster project that wiped out 95% of there population. Sorry for the wait but I had a phone call to deal with.

Admiral Ruri watched as the diplomatic personage took the reply.

:: ~ I am Lord Terrai, Father of the Excellency and I have been chosen to discuss these talks in a more agreeable manner. I also am here as to prevent worry of another war of any kind upon your nation at any time in the future, at least without due cause where we are attacked first.

But.. to conduct these negotiations, please instruct an escort to accompany our own as we come down. My wife and I will be down shortly. ~ ::

Ruri afterwards asks.. "I am... suprised you were the one sent Lord Terrai."

Terrai chuckles back cheerfully. "As was I when Lady Seto asked."

A few minutes later, the shuttle with the diplomatic party heads down to the surface of the planet, with an escort of three Wing Zero-IIC Mobile Suits.

The Dimesional Shields that surround the planet open to allow the shuttle and its escorts to enter. Princess Maria Von Antheron along with the Antaran Hegemon Minax the female Antarn leader of the Hegemony. await for the Gaian Diplomat to come and invite him inside the palace.

The four craft reach the Imperial Palace with little problem. They land, and the diplomatic delegation exits the Lambada shuttle while the three Mobile Suits stand guard.

Emerging are Lord Terrai, Lady Jeain, Admiral Ruri and Star Commander Hori, as well as a number of aides carrying encryption and other minor equipemnt. They await the arrival of their Deatharon/Antarn escorts.

The Princess and the Antaran Hegemon were escorted by six supreme Alpha Marines the most powerful class of Marine ever created. The Princess saids, "If you would follow to the main Imperial council chambers." The Princess then walks towards the main part of the Palace out of the landing. The Antaran saids nothing and the Marines follow without comment.

The Gaians simply nod and follow, taking in the air of the local area. Terrai comments.. "I see you found your own true path at last."

The Princess replies bitterly, "Yeah, and it only cost us 100,000,000 people to achieve it." She keeps walking towards the chamber without looking back.

Terrai kept that part in mind when while continuing to follow. The others also kept their tongues.

The Group ended up in front of a giant door guarded by two Death Guard Marines. The Marines bow and move out of the way as the door opens automatically. The Princess saids, "Welcome to the Imperial Council Chambers, The Antaran Central Command also resides here." The Antaran Hegemon as quiet as ever, Is beamed to here spot. The Princess along is also beamed to here position. The Gaian Delegation was also beamed to there specific spot in the chambers in the center.

The Gaians were not necessarily suprised by the way they 'arrived'. To much of their older versions of technology were still present, and kept it all in stride.

When they 'arrive', the Gaians start to speak as Lord Terrai imparts. "We are pleased that this realm wishes to extend their arms out to us once more. We hope these deliberations will bear fruit, presuming the past between us can be put behind, and a new one put in it's place.

There are larger issues that threaten us all, and we will not try to reassert 'any' claims within this galactic sector. Ever."

The Emperor and Hegemon look at each other and the Emperor saids outloud, "The United Galactic Empire of Deatharon is pleased to hear that the Ascendancy is willing to peacefully deal with us instead of facing each other on some battle field. We are even more pleased to hear the Ascendancy will let by gones be by gones and not try to force us to hand over the systems they use to control. We must now however see what the Antarans think." The Antaran Central command does not say a word. The Emperor then saids, 'The Antarans seem to have no problem with this."

A message was sent the Dominion had ordered all there WMDs to target the Imperial Galaxy. The Imperial Council and the Antaran Central Command start a massive disscussion on what is to be done about the horriable crisis.

The Gaian delegation learned of this, and had a very simple and effective counter.

Terrai speaks... "I presume you all here still know of the Treaty of Clan Home, that bound the Dominon and Detharon Empires as allies to us?

Considering the world and system by that name still very much exists, we expect that Treaty in the very least to be honored, if this discussion is to continue. We will of course expect the 'same' from the Zetan Dominion, and to hold back all forces and capabilities as of this moment..

..I suspect you both are being played for fools by a third party, 'not' any of our three realms, or even of the Republic or GE."

The Antaran Hegemon now speaks, "The Antaran Central Command has activated Crimsion Fleet. If they try anything there gods will be destroyed." The Emperor breaths a sigh of relief. He hopes the Dominion will not try anything if the Founders were doomed to destruction. The Emperor replies, "Very well we will not attack unless they make the first move."

Terrai almost replies, but Ruri speaks up. "Perhaps you both 'should' attack each other, or..

..make it look like you both are. It's apparent the best way to eliminate either side, is this very way. Even so, neither side will survive in any better than a gutted state.

Whoever is planning for this, will strike when you both are weakest and most distracted.

And they 'know' that will take two of our potential allies out of the picture when we need them most. That's why we should let it happen...

...in our own way. If you are willing to listen." Ruri puts with a smile. Terrai suddenly likes where this is going.

The Emperor likes the idea but remembers something and saids, "Lady Aluria you did not commence Operation Shadow Strike did you?" Lady Aluria turns red faced and replies, "I was only following procedure." The Emperor Akarth saids, "recall them now before they cause an intergalactic incident." Lady Aluria replies, "Yes Emperor it will be done."

OOC: Last post for about three hours have to work and all.

Ruri stabs a hand up in the air. "No, don't recall them. Have them continue and do not alter their mission. Instead..." Ruri firsts asks all sensors and observation equipment be put on passive.

Ruri, a moment later, imparts, standing next to Terrai now.

"Have them replace their normal yield warheads with non-lethal stun versions. We will have the Dominion do the same on their end. The populace will not now any better, and an attck will fell them all the same.

But not kill on either side. Proper pyrotechnics that simulate the worst of blast and light effects from these weapons can be produced using cloacked Gaian vessels on both sides, and with the actual enemy watching, it will seem the effect they want will take place, if the effect then is spread to other worlds on both sides for at least a week, everyone will think the obvious.

Meanwhile, we'll send a Fleet Legion to disrupt any outside attempts to 'aid' or divert from the plan. Those Borg you mentioned can be handled, and all of this can continue until we suddenly offer a formal peace treaty on both ends."

Terrani nods.. "Yes.... yes indeed.. That last thing the cause of all this wants.

If that doesn't draw them out, nothing will."

The Imperial Council and the Antaran Central Command debate this for about 10 minutes. The Ruleing decision follow the plan offered by Adrimal Ruri.

Terrai then offers.. "What is your single most pressing need of us that we can immediately offer?" ..said very openly.

"The most pressuing problem ending this cold war with the Dominion much of our economy was tied to them. We have still yet to forgive the mass murder of our people but if it saves the universe from the Dark Eternals then it may have some benieft" saids, Emperor Akarth the Antarans and the human dukes nod in agreement.

Terrai offers again openly. "We will have several DropShips and MedicalShips deployed in your empire to help Gen-Refab the dead back to life, if you wish it.

We can however feel sympathy in your losses, as we lost billions in the first phases of the war with the Dark Eternals. This is why we must come to terms on both sides, and end this fighting. You both are indeed being used.

Your honored slain deserve better than to be pawns. And with their ressurections, the stain of the blemish can heal and be erased with better ease."

The Emperor smiles and saids, "The Empire has already recloned those who were lost. The problem is we need to decide on another matter the Republic wants us to rejoin there ranks. They argue that our time in the Dominion Axis is over because of fighting with its founders the Dominion."

Terrai suprises them by offering. "We are seriously considering founding a seperate alliance, one made to defend the Balance, rather than the interests of any one party.

You know we do not go half measures. The intent of this alliance will be nothing less than the eradication of the Dark Eternals, and establishing the Dream of his Excellency, as well as the Golden Age of the Universe.

High goals, but we 'are' intent on compteting what we set to do." ..never mind 'not' said that it is Terrai offering this all, rather than one the Acendancy is. Jeain and Ruri sorta look at Aleaic's father, who winks at them both...

...that was the moment the Intergalactic Union was born.

The Emperor thinks intresting an alliance based on keeping the balance of power. The Emperor saids, "Well such an alliance would need backing of powerful allies or members."

Terrai calmly replies with arms behind his back.. "My son's war will make a unifed effort, one that will by blood and glory, make the foundation needed. This will be an ideal of trust, and one where no one is felt inferior.

It's time we left behind the considerations of mere territory, and look to what my son calls the Dream. One where all Existence becoes the scale reality is judged by, a true step up from worry of mere systems, and to drop worry of need forever."

Jeain finally 'comments' to her husband. "And what will our son say when he finds out, o` brain aged mate of mine?"

Terrai plainly says back.. "That his father is learning how to be open minded." Jeain and Ruri actually look at each other and blink a few times. This was the guy that once fled from his duty to become the next Representative Power, closing off his mind to such ideals utterly.

How times have changed. (as well as a certain son that was a catalyst for this moment.. =^^= )

The Antarans step out and decide in private if they agree with this idea. The Imperial Council debates about this for another 10 minutes.

Terrai meanwhile stops for now, sitting down on the available seating. Jeain then informs him she told their son everything that just occured over Hikari Mind Link.

Terrai chuckles when he 'feels' Aleaic's exasperation. As Funaho was planning to stay on Zeta Prime for the operation, so were they going to do so on the Deatharon home planet. Ruri meanwhile contacted her ship and began to relay inital orders.

A very large scheme was immediately being planned for operation in the Ascendancy Sphere ilCommand. It would be the greatest bluff ever pulled off.

A fake interstellar war. Wag the Dog has NOTHIN on this folks. =^^=

The Antaran Central Command does not like the idea. There society was based on conqueroring Dimensions and Galaxies. The only reason they stoped was the Havaster operation nearly obliterated there Hegemony leaving only a few system full of them left. The Antarans support a more aggressive Deatharon Empire, The Imperial Council likes the idea. The arguement is now between the Hegemon and the Emperor.

Terrai hears the arguments, and then offers out loud for all to hear.

"If you help in this endeavor, you will gain the ability to prepare for the largest invasion of all time, when we invade the Dark Eternal's subjugated territories.

We have plans to slate over seventeen Superclusters to your auspices, without hesitation, of which we will recognize as sovereign territory, presuming you can hold all of that area.

It will be an area far away from other antagonistic empires you may worry about, and it will be yours to do as you wish.

And it's only a small favor on our part we ask for. Manefest Destiny of the cosmos, as it were." Terrai finishes, speaking of matters already agreed to well in advance by Council edict.

ALL allies in the war against the Dark Eternals would recieve the same oppritunity for intergalactic conquest or expansion by format of choice. There was no 'way' the Ascendancy Sphere could hold together that much terriitory in the first place.

THAT was where the Intergalactic Union came in. Such an alliance of trade, mutual defense on the grand universal scale, and more, would hold together this immense alliance, outside the Virgo Supercluster, the only intergalactic zone declared neutral. Any non Dark Eternal held territory was considered also neutral and untouchable.

The subjugated territories, with many expected to eventually rebel enmasse with enough war and invasion, would become neutral. This made only 32 percent available for 'conquest'.

That was still hundreds of thousands of galaxies in the end.

The Antarans immediately agree with this idea. The Manifest destiney belief was one of the guideing princables of there culture this lead to many wars agaisnt other Elder Civilizations like the Orions and the Alloth and the Messians. The Emperor is happy with the sudden conversion of the Antarans he would need there forces in the comeing wars agaisnt the Dark Eternals.

Terrai smiles and looked at Jeain. He knew from word of Jedi Master Tuta-Sar, that greed was 'indeed', a powerful ally.

For the good side as well when needed.

A week later, everything was ready, and Ascendant warships were deployed where ordered, cloaked beyond all ability for sensors to trace them. Only Deatharon and Dominion commanders knew of their existence.

It was time...
