My War Department is looking into the possible purchase of the VLS/AEGIS equipped cruisers, one Nimitz class aircraft carrier, and one Seawolf class submarine.

How does everyone know how big I am?
How does everyone know how big I am?
Easy, we usually look at your join date. That's a big hint right there. Another way is to click on your name, check out your homepage, and voila, we find that your nation only has a 7 mil population.

Ok. One final question for you.
Could you tell me how to keep track of all the things I buy for my mil?

I would like to buy three (3) SH-60 Seahawk helicopters. Can you supply these?

(OOC: A list should be simple enough right? It's that simple. Make a list. Either a Word Document, or something similar. For some, making spreadsheets in Excel works too.
EDIT: No, I can't. I'm a FT, or Future Tech nation. You're MT, or Modern Tech since you're asking for things like Seahawks. Because I'm FT, I wouldn't even be producing things like that anymore. I used to be MT and had a decent store front that could've sold you those things, but, heh, the thought of Space Marines, and Space Battleships got me to make the switch.)

How do people know I'm not just pulling these things out of my ass?
How do people know I'm not just pulling these things out of my ass?
(OOC: Post above edited.
Well, part of that's kinda based around the honor system. Just don't pull things out of your ass and eventually, people will know that you're trustworthy. Technically, since you're an MT nation, you could easily make the things that you're asking for on your own anyway. Assuming that you're working off a 2000 oriented MT. You're MT, so anything in MT that's available in the Real World, (RL) you could make.
Look, I suggest that you read the stickies.)

Though he's a small country, he can definitly support a Nimitz, it's not that hard.

Kjata small, but Kjata strong!
One Nation Under Kjata!
Kjata cannot support these ships, it takes too many minions to provide for such high technology and fuels. The upkeep of all the resource management and repairs and maintaince costs of just ONE ship would take too much of Kjata. An aircraft carrier holds 5000+ people! Three of these nearly bankrupts a country like France with a much larger population and economy behind it. Start small, like Kjata. People will respect a smaller and slower start then a big mass of affairs that one cannot possibly deal with.
Though he's a small country, he can definitly support a Nimitz, it's not that hard.
Agreed. He really just needs to read the stickies for his other questions, and I'm sure we'll have a fine RPer on our hands before we know it. Heh.

Of course not! When you become larger and well-off, you can produce these things.
So things that are like, nukes, FT, all that has to be bought from storefronts?
(OOC: you don't have to. People usually are more impressed with a person who makes their own stuff. It's pretty simple once you get the hang of it.
For FT, MT, and any of your own designs, it helps to start small, and work from there. Design a gun or something. Finding out how guns work, and getting a hang on what's reasonable for them is a good start.
Then you can move on to make tanks, jets, your own ships, and if you want to make the move to FT, (Entirely your own choice.) space ships, and battlestations.
Of course, none of this is required. You can just as easily skip all of that, and not design anything. Some people like to be technical in the way that they role play, while others like to focus on the story, and not hound down on the exact number of jet's using whatever missiles the enemy is using.
You can go either way.)
Dude, I'll link you to the storefront of a pal of mine. He's got the best ships, planes and stuff for MT.

Also, you can use a online calculator to calculate the funds you hava available. The most commonly used is Thirdgeek (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?nation=). All you do is write in your nations name and press enter, and the data should appear.

Yes you can, and many people do, but it isn't common for people to have nukes untill they are one/two months old (although there are exceptions, like Feline Catfish), and if you make your own, it's usually validated through a RP. Remember, the quality of your RP is what makes people judge you (Good RPer, poor RPer, etc). Getting a reputation as a good RPer makes more people want to RP with you, and thus increase your fun. A tip for RPs is spellcheck, spellcheck and spellcheck. I hate it when I see RPs with lack of capitalization, spelling errors and such.
Just a few friendly tips. I hope they'll help you. ;)

A most interesting arguement. Kjata is amused by this. As for a story wouldn't such matters be incrediblely hard to come up with say....another nation? Kjata needs a good RP partner and ally. Salesian would you need a powerful leader to help control your minions?

Do you have a naval base to begin construction on a ship?
