"We will be sending one, privileged, lower class, student with reasonable English skills away on a Student Abroad Program. The first nation to sign-up will get the lucky boy/girl. Any attack on this student will NOT be tolerated."

OOC: I am looking for a single democratic nation. One that doesnt abuse its citizens. Someone like Pacitilia or Sarzonia(just an example). First come, First Serve basis. Once that nation is selected this will be a CLOSED RP.
