In response to today's unstable global conditions, the Federation of Bankonia is hoping to purchase technology allowing for the construction for an anti-ballistic missile defense system. Please include the following details regarding your anti-ballistic missile technology:
1) Number of tests performed
2) Success rates during tests
3) Estimated cost of technology (not construction of physical system)

OOC: Bankonia, your WAY too small to be even LOOKING at something so technologically advanced and expensive as this...
My advise to you is build a good military, buy weapons etc(nice and cheap, modern tech is good fun, and in my opinion easier)

the Tokera would be happy to cover your nation with our anti-ballistic missile satelight defense network. We would be able to do this until you can find another means of defending yourself against such threats. The system is made up of 50 space based laser systems, 25 microwave weapon systems, and other defence stations and satelights. We aslo would be willing to loan you 5 high-frequency sound beam satelights and 2 space based lasers. In turn you must agree not to use these loaned systems as a means of attacking ground or air targets even if they pose a immediate threat to your nation, This system must be used only against for its anti-ballistic missile purpose and only with special permission by our nation may you use it otherwise. Any other action in using this sytstem in hostile intentions against any nation may result in Tokera military action. We also will grant you one Orbital amgsss (anti missle and ground strike space station)
high -freaquency sound beam/space laser and laser cannons,anti-missle multi barrled gatteling guns ,anti-missle break missles (when fired aproaches the target and splits into 200 mini high explosive capsuls which explode all at the same time) ,anti missles cannons, anti aircraft missles.I am sorry but the and nuclear weapons,air to surface missles that are usually included in this station cannot be included because your nation is too small for a nuclear weapon and this station is modified for only defence.
