It has this morning been announced to the empire that vast uranium deposits have been discovered in the Southernmost tip of the empire, mining is to begin at once. As this technology is fairly new to the empire, we request support in developing both nuclear power and weaponry in a safe manner. In exchange we are willing to trade in uranium with supportive nations and enter a friendly relationship with them. Any interest?
