Upper Egypt offers the following terms to Lower Egypt now that their evil leader, Lawnmowerman, is dead (Thanks be to Ra).

1. Lower Egypt will dismantle its military.
2. Upper Egypt will reduce but not dismantle its military.
3. Upper Egypt shall have the right to allow freindly forces on its lands.
4. Lower Egypt shall not allow foreign forces on its territory.
5. Both nations shall agree to halt illegal movements between the two nations' common borders.
6. Lower Egypt shall withdraw ASAP from the defunct IFDO.
7. Lower Egypt shall enter into treaties that are detrimental to Upper Egypt.
8. The two nations shall work toward unification of Egypt under Upper Egyptian domination.

This is our proposal for continuation of the truce.

Whittier offers to station troops in Upper Egypt, a former long time ally.

We also offer a new economic cooperation treaty to the government of Upper Egypt.

BTW, the Whittier Pact has gone inactive.

Lower Egypt will accept this proposal.
