Lower Egypt-

After decades under a corrupt criminal regime run by the mafia, Lower Egypt has finally reemerged onto the world stage. Due to widespread corruption our infrastructure has decayed considerably and we seek to upgrade it.
For decades, under the old regime, women were not allowed to learn anything but how to strip dance for the Mafia leader of Lower Egypt who killed the children and or parents of women who refused him what he wanted.
Statues of Chairman Lawnmowerman once seen on every city block in every city and town of Lower Egypt are bring tossed out now that he is dead of syphilis which he got from a drug addicted hooker.
We seek to exchange embassies with other nations and establish trade agreements.
Our nation is rich in resources particularly oil, natural gas, iron, napalm, uranium, dates, wheat, gold, chalk, fish and we also offer a few other things such as automobiles.

Of course, you wouldn't mind if we place a small Marine contingent on the embassy for safety would you?

On behalf of Murray Heavy Vehicles, Inc., I would like to tell you that if your nation changes its mind on matters of military improvement, we will be quite willing to sell you Main Battle Tanks. However, if you truly wish to follow the self-destructive path of tolerance and pacifism, we can also provide you with big, shiny bulldozers and the like for construction of new roads and public works. If you are interested in purchasing such equipment from Murray Heavy Vehicles, please write me at:

While our government and our people are pleased that you would make such an offer, we must reject or risk alienating and possibly provoking our neighbor to the south, Upper Egypt with whome we have a shaky truce.
However, in such event as we should be attacked, we reserve the right to reconsider the offers made here regarding military matters. That is if such nations would still be willing to aid us or offer us weapons in the event we are under attack by a certain hostile nation.
