As the VINTEX 100 returns to one-third of its pre-war level and GDP growth returns to relatively normail pace, it seems that Vintovia is returning to normal after the scourge of wartime bombings.

The populace now however, want the government to become passivist, but backed up by a defense system and an arsenal of nuclear, biological and chemical warheads.
They have developed a (Not extremely) Irrational hate of Rovonia and it's government.

Effective tonight at 5:00AM EST, Allemande will be withdrawing from the United Nations.

Under Resolution #113, which will pass tomorrow, any nation that continues to keep more that 250g of 'contagious' disease specimens (counting all specimens in toto, and including blood drawn from persons deemed to have ANY 'contagious' disease where said disease 'microbes' are present in said person's blood) for any purpose, including education, scientific research, or medicial treatment, will be considered to be 'in possession of bioweapons'.

Under Article 5 of the Resolution, no United Nations member may enter into or remain in a 'military partnership' with such a nation. It is the opinion of the Attorney General that, upon action by your Compliance Ministry tomorrow, you will be required to terminate all alliances with non-U.N. nations and withdraw all military support, even to the extent of having to quit any conflicts where these nations may be allied with you.

You will also be proscribed from accepting military support from such nations. Since Allemande has promised such support while Vintovia is rebuilding from its war with Rovania, and since you can no longer accept such support, we will withdraw all support offered and recieved in order to keep you from ending up in technical violation of Resolution #113.

We regret the necessity of taking this step. We have fought the passage of Resolution #113 to the greatest of our ability, but to no avail. We must now all live with the consequences.

Allemande will continue to provide economic aid, and especially aid in reconstruction, for as long as it is needed. We also hope to maintain trade ties with your country, although under Article 6 of Resolution #113 you are "strongly urged" to sanction all nations not in compliance with Resolution #113 - meaning every nation not in the U.N. Fortunately, being 'strongly urged' is not the same as being 'compelled', and we hope that you resist this urging and continue economic intercourse with our country.

We act with the deepest and most profound regret, but Resolution #113 leaves us no choice.

As you know Vintovia as an ally of your nation we offered you many AK-104s and MP-5Ks (free) from our surplus and the 25% emergency aid discount in our storefront. Also you will be happy to know the S.W.C. has helped destroy the Nazi government in Vintovia, and annexed those provinces that seeked to join us. A new democratic government has been set up in the remaining half of Rovonia.
