"Republican" isnt a government system, and Communism and Democracy are not neccesarily exclusive. And what is "the Old One"?

No it isnt. A Republic is merely a nation which does not have a Monarch. It is not a Government system in itself.

The Armed Republic of Mationland has seen the response by the international community . It is a tie by Communism and Republican . We also had interior polls which the Commuists had a landslide victory . Therefore , the Mationland Elections Department will pronounce the Communist Party the victor .
