Five Years after the Civil war

The Raas slaves worked hard on the Imperial City they were 75% complete after five years of hard an intensive labor. The General Marius had finally rebuilt the Miltary to its lost Glory. The Antaran Hegemony had helped a lot to repair the ruins. The Imperial Galactic Republic had now had a sense of unity and pride for one another. The traditional Deatharon thinking of backstabbing was subversed to helping each other to repair that which was lost. even the Raas felt pride at the rebuilding of this great nation. The Imperial Galactic Republic was about to face a change of Galactic proportions.

The land was soft, for five years the Soulocracy had been voting on minor issues, there had been nothing. The city had been allowed to be rebuilt, The indivitual sections of the Soulocracy where permitted to live their lives as they wished, but when a rule of the whole was commited, then it was order. For now the Soulocracy watched mearly, It would come to see what happened.

The Emperor decides to come out with his idea one that is supported by most of the Deatharon including the Antarans. The Vote was on weather to change back into an Empire or to stay a Republic.

OOC: The histroy of Deatharon we started as an Empire were Defeated by the Gaian Ascendacny and now our a Republic. Emperor Akarth has always wanted to return the nation of Deatharon to an Empire like the good old days.

OOC thats ok, this is a Section matter, the Soulocracy can't actually change this, since its under the Internal matter charter. Now going to war, thats a different story.

The People put it to a vote in the end the favor of having an Empire again. This was primarly due to Akarth Von Antheron's campaign showing the weakeness of the Republic with its political bickering and constant fighting over dominace. He argures the time has come for a unifed Deatharon under the rule of the Empire.

ooc: Emperor Akarth won but the fighting has cost Deatharon dearly thanks to the Dominion's attempt at ruling Deatharon through fear.

The Empire hereby transfers 18 trillion dollars to the nation of Deatharon to help pay for post war costs and to help rebuild. This is being done in a good will stance to put our two nations on friendly accords.
