Rammsteinburg's Minister of International Relations, Frank O'Moore, and his wife arrives in a limo outside the location of the party. Frank looks around for somebody to show them where to go.

OOC: Diplomatic party? Like ambassadors of countries come, have a good old time, and then talk politics? Sorry, im a noob.

Alexander exited the building and went to meet Rammsteinburg ambassador, he shaked hands with him, and kissed the ambassador's wife's hand.

"Thank you for the warm welcome," the minister said to Alexandar after being greeted. As him and his wife were being guided into the palace, Frank O'Moore looked around. "This is quite a lovely building," he said. "So, where is the bar? I'd like a little drink and then maybe we can get to some chatting while we wait for other diplomats to arrive."

Frank O'Moore walked over to Michael O'Brien to welcome him.

"So your Rammsteinburg's Minister of International Relations? Im Urcea's minister of the exterior." He paused. "I suppose we have different names, but our posistions are the same." He laughed.

A Thunderhawk gunship ( http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/acatalog/SPACE_MARINE_AIRCRAFT.html) descended in front of the building, an armoed figure clad in blue http://img335.imageshack.us/img335/3141/lib0up.png (http://www.imageshack.us) with the exception of a white shoulder-pad with a golden blade painted on it walked out.

The figure removed his helmet to reveal an aged face of about 50. He entered the building with nothing but a ceremonial staf and observed the party with an unreadable expression.

He then waved his hand and closed his eyes, playing with several shot glasses and swarming them in the air to make various 3-D shapes, he soon tired with this and proceeded to the bar.

MIR O'Moore smiled and shook Urcea's minister of the exterior's hand. "Well, it's very nice to meet you. So, tell me about Urcea." He invites Urcea's ambassador over to the bar and orders them both some beers.

O'Moore looks up at the armored man and replies. "Rammsteinburg is federal representative democracy with a tricameral legislature. We have a king, but the king no longer has any political power in the government. A large portion of the policies and laws of Rammsteinburg are libertarian-socialist".

*A letter was delivered to the party*

A standard transport ship lands in front of the Diplomatic Party and out comes a squad of Storm Riders guarding Ambassador RADK Droid # 98722534 as this model has the capability to talk. He walks in with his accompanyment of the Storm Riders.

Ambassador Michael Deerborn arrived in a black limousine in a traditional tuxedo. He is the Kingdom of Carrundrum's permanent envoy to PAvP. Ambassador Deerborn walked into the palace and approached the group of emmisaries gathered near the bar.

Rather than shake hands which is the custom in Carrundrum he bowed to the three gentleman. "Good evening ministers. I'm Ambassador Michael Deerborn of Carrundrum." Ambassador Deerborn looked up at the armored man noting his equipment.

"I couldn't help but overhear the topic of the discussion as I came in. Carrundrum is a constitutional monarchy. His Majesty still controls the reigns of government in name and law. He has been known to dissolve Parliament at his discretion, but in general he allows the politics of a parliamentary democracy to go on without interference even if he disagrees with the politics of the government. He reserves his veto to defeat what he calls 'dangerous constitutional changes.' The current government I represent is center-right. It was just elected primarily to reverse nationalization of certain industries."

Ambassador Deerborn looked at his counterparts. "Why don't you tell me more about yourselves and your respective countries."

"Mr O'moore, might I ask your national defense budget? The GSS has released a new (OOC: future tech.) and advanced Infantry system that allows men to virtually fly. It's very well priced and includes weapons. But I do not wish to press you into buying weapons from us at a diplomatic party."

He then turns sharply and begins to juggle various pieces of furnitures from across the room, his eyes are shut tight, creases visible on his battle-scarred face. The items begin to switc positions without missing a beat or hitting a thing in the room as they continue their odd display.*

Ther RADK Droid looked at Deerborn an said in a technotronical voice

"Zactarn Prime is ruled by a Sith Lord named Darth Vaclavious that is very compassionate to his citizens and colonies needs but is very ruthless in battle. I'm a special model designed specially for politics and Zactarn Prime has 2 houses that suggest laws and if approved by both it then goes to the public for a vote then goes to the Darth Temple and if passed there it goes to Darth Vaclavious himself and is Okayed or Vetoed.

So the next round of drinks are on me but i'll take any Motor Oil or similar Fluid on the rocks."

I have suffered upwards of 100 battles to protect my country, and do not regret it. My nation is a Democracy where the people hold more power than our representitive Senate. We have no executive leader, but instead have an executive council consisting of Military Chapter, our term for elite, genetically-engineered soldiers, Masters, Generals, Officials of various things such as communication, education, public welfare, the chief justice, the Archbishop of GSS."

*He motions at the bar and a few glasses glide over to the counter.*

"Many of my people are gifted through pshychics."

*He then snaps his armored fingers, prompting each persons preferred drink to leave their respective containers in favor of glasses.*

Dratheria, hopefully the IoM soon, and GSS, though PAvP is annoyed with us due to our tactics dealing with the recent war with Rovonia, we had no choice but to glass the capital, though we are at peace now. We aren't doing very well in the trade department, but an issue on uranium is expected in Congress soon, though we take greatpride in our lush landscape. We hope to import more uranium than mine it."

"Interesting and it's very ironic that you need uranium because one of our colonies Alatambra has very rich Uranium Mines and you can never have to many allies and being that you are a new nation Zactarn prime would be elated to be Allies and Trade Partners with your nation."

"We would be honored to have you as our trading partner and ally, but I must ask, what is your nation short of?"

"Our nation has a few colonies so we are not short on much and we are running fine,but spacecrafts are a problem. See we have our eye's on many things at once and it's hard to keep up so we send out fleet after fleet at atime to look at this and that so thatr our nation and colonies don't get harmed in anyway shape or form. Another thing we are short on are government officials. See we have a very large area to cover and it is kinda hard to appoint all the positions needed to fill all colonies. We do happen to need other things as well but these are the 2 major that need to be taken care of now. And oh sorry we are very glad to hear that you accepted our proposal.

"We planned to publicly announce this, but decided not to at the last moment. We discovered a floating mass of odd ships near Pluto. Many of them are destroyed or have been disfgured. It seems a battle took place there, dating is impossible, due to the vacuum, but we have taken several in for research. There are three distinctive kinds, one seems to be steered manually with an odd powersource that seems to have deteriorated. One is powered psychicly, and one is covered in odd runes throughout the entire ship, it appears they need to be touched in a certain order to activate the ship, but we haven't yet deciphered that yet."

"Interesting very very interesting,...yes. Shall we send any scientifical aid to help or do you need something else?"

"We are in need of a team of scientists from another nation to aid us in our research. But at this time I would to divert the attention of all the delegates to our new Elysian Drop Trooper packages. I hope Minister Alex had some entertainment planned..."

I assume Urcea could send a small force to help any one out of our small grand army. Of course President Exelor just signed a bill to start mining for Uranium in South-West Urcea. So we have an economic boom ahead, which equals more money, which equals more people being fed, which equals more troops.

MIR O'Moore walks over to Mr. O'Brien. "What would you say about starting a relationship with Rammsteinburg? We're always looking for good allies."

He paused.

O'Moore looks to Urcea's diplomat. "Same for you. I'll arrange the building of an embassy and appoint an ambassador. As for the nuclear warhead, we can't help you there. Nuclear weapons have long been banned in Rammsteinburg."

OOC: If I missed all this to go to sleep then I'm becoming an insomniac.

Lined in front of the delegates, were 3 Jeeps, 4 Buggies, 2 Tanks and lots of gun.

"Thank you but I am a fighting droid after all I'll use my own but i'll be sure to put my guns on safety so that I don't kill any one. Hell if it all goes well i might buy the wheels of ya. We can make a whole new type of fighting droid."

Space Marines are a toss-up. Their actual affiliation by themselves as an army is skewed. They can either be PMT or FT. Well TCS feel free to join that region but always know there is a place for you in Tomecu where me and Reken live.

Seeing as PAvP hates my guts, and I have two good allies offering me a place.

I find it hard to decide where to move...

OOC Well TCS is a very good ally of mine now in the Imperium of Man. To mess with him is to mess with me. And to declare war on him will probably bring down the wrath of at least one nation out of the IoM.
