Greetings fellow nation leaders, The Armed Republic of The Celestial Swords wishes to aid you all in a progressive movement to future tech, and away from the many problems that plauge earth.
Through our program, each nation will pay a fee of 1 billion for transport of 10 million people a day through our reinnovated colony ship.
This ship was found during an excursion behind Jupiter and was abandond with no sign of life, the ship has been sterilized, searched throughly, yielding some interesting artefacts from what is believed to be a different civilization. After painstaking months of testing, we have transported our own country to the planet of Terra II in the Sirius System.
Your citizens will be hept safe in individual pods which sustain them with IV nutriants and oxygen, which can be adjusted acording to age or pregnency.
The ship also features what have been dubbed, "Anti-matter cannons" which disentergrate solids as a defense. It is several hundred miles long and armored with 10,000 feet of an unknown metal.
We ask that anybody who moves would join the Confederacy of Human Colonies, a representitive regional congress.
