IN RESPONSE TO THE BOUNTY PLACED UPON GODULAN CITIZENS AND ESTABLISHMENTS,

Baron Aeraeon Skye, Primarch of the Triad Consortium of Godular, has issued the following communique:

POINT ONE: Any and all nations, mercenary groups, pirate crews, and anybody else who spits on the Emperor's face, seeking to conduct privateering operations against Imperial shipping throughout the Galactic Empire shall recieve safe haven and access to the bounties of Godulan Wholesale Weapons Technology, to be provided at no cost above the manufacturing expense (Approximately a 75% discount on any weapon you would like from durn near any genre). Furthermore, such crews will have available to them the full spread of Godulan Robotics systems, from Cougars to Hullspiders, also priced at manufacturing cost (another 75% discount)

POINT TWO: The Godulans will offer a bounty of 1 Billion credits to any and all individuals/companies/swarms/hordes/gaggles/flocks/herds that successfully root out and destroy the following Imperial establishments:

1) Long Range Sensor Stations
2) Communications Relays
3) Secondary infrastructure facilities relating to mass commerce such as drive gates and guidance facilities
4) Shipyards (Total damage not required, as the damn things are so big, but try to focus on construction equipment)
5) Defensive systems

Holographic and Telemmetric evidence, and confirmation from our 'Secondary Source' are required.

POINT THREE: The Godulans shall provide, free of charge, the necessary number of mines for any groups in question to mine imperial trade lanes, a guide pointing out good targets for conducting said mining operations. Any trade vessels waylaid and sacked by individuals conducting these mining operations, belong to the one conducting the mining.

POINT FOUR: As the Godulans cannot match the sheer financial power behind the Imperial counterpart offer, Any vessel captured by privateers and brought to Godulan space will be repaired and refitted free of charge, as well as cleaned up of any pesky bloodstains, and then fitted with registry confirming in all legal channels that the vessel officially belongs to the group that captured it. Furthermore, if privateers manage to capture military vessels of frigate or larger, the Godulans will allocate proportional bounty payments with respect to the size of the vessel. If the privateer should somehow come into command of a super star destroyer of any type, we will REALLY like you (case by case basis).

POINT FIVE: The Godulans shall provide a safe and secure place to store captured loot and vessels while the aforementioned mercenaries, pirates, death clowns, etc conduct further operations. Furthermore, they shall be provided refit and repair services, free of charge.

ADDENDUM: While Collateral damage to civilian personnel is to be expected, the Godulans frown upon the loss of the aforementioned civilian personnel, and would prefer that their lives be spared 'If the privateers can help it'. Don't go to too much trouble though. If they start using human shields, consider them imperial defense systems and respond accordingly.

SECONDARY ADDENDUM: Feel free to terminate with extreme prejudice any and all individuals affiliated with the oppositional Imperial offer. The Godulans shall offer a bounty of 50,000 credits for the heads of all assassins, bounty hunters, and assorted riff raff the Imperials should have in their immediate employ.

The HK-47 droid recalled when its master had sent it on this mission, and the exact parameters it had to work with:
"Go forth and hunt the Sith, be careful, and watch your enemies carefully." Narthaus had said to him.

HK replied back, "Confirmation: I know what to do master, it is in my nature."

"Good Luck!" Narthaus exclaimed as they both departed in seperate directions in that alley on Couruscant.

He was doing exactly as he ordered. He had tracked a Sith Master down and watched him for several days from the nearby forest, he was arrogant, and in sparing he was aggressive, charging at his enemys with his lightsabers drawn with reckless abandon, just the kind of fool HK had been hunting for.
One day during a Sith sparing class, all the students attended, and the halls were empty. HK snuck into the dorm and set two plasma mines down a long hallway, and took position at the end of it....

The Sith came and stood at the end of the hallway, examining the droid.

"Prepare to die, Meatbag." HK-47 said to the Foolish Sith. The Sith reached for his lightsaber and ignited it, rushing at the droid screaming a menacing battle cry. The HK droid reached down for his blaster and pulled it out of its holster aiming at the sith...

At that very moment the Sith ran over the mines, the begining of the explosion was small, but it blew away the Siths defences, and HK-47 fired three quick shots of the blaster into his body to make sure he would die. As the explosion progressed it got bigger, insuring the death of the sith "meatbag."
At this instant the roof collapsed in on itself.... Revealing an escape route for the droid. He stepped out into the sunlight. One of the things he found inefficent, for it allowed your enemys to see you, when a droid like him could see just fine at night. He ignited the jetpack that was built in on his new HK Armor. He landed a few feet away in the Sith Sparring Ring. There awaited 3 Sith Apprentices and a Sith Master.
The Three apprentices rushed at HK with swords drawn, unforunatly these weren't enough to block the blaster bolts from this droid. He reached down into the holster and unleashed his leathal wepon once again.... Three corpses fell to the ground.
The Sith Master reached for his lightsaber and pulled it out, igniting it. Unfortuanly for him, Narthaus had used HK-47 as a sparing partner, and he had learned all his masters lightsaber techniques. He pulled out his own lightsaber and ignited it. A battle of two styles had begun. Slash, Cut, Bash, Stab. A battle of two masters view of lightsaber technique, and it appeared Narthauses style was much better. The Sith did an upward stroke down on HK. The droid blocked it and reached down towards his holster, pulled the blaster up under the exposed Siths chin, and pulled the trigger. The blast went straight through his skull. Bits of blood, brains and skull fell down like rain on the battlefield as HK-47 blasted off to the nearby forest. At that moment he recieved a message from Narthaus about a new bounty put out by Godular. He then relaised he should probably go back to get the heads off his enemys, but as he turned he saw that a ship had landed, probably from a distress signal....
He then set off from the forest to find new enemys to kill...

We would like to stress again that the death of Civilians is in no way an objective of this Program, in contrast with the direct targeting placed upon us by the Imperial Dogs.

We also find it amusing that you have not spoken the same words to the aforementioned Imperials. I would suggest that you direct your comments to the one who truly deserves it.

If we come across anything of the Imperials we will have no qualms about destroying it.

Any captured ships shall be given to the Godular government. We have no use of such vessels. And we will not harm civilians as much as possible. If it is impossible to complete a mission without the loss of civilian life, the mission will most likely be completed anyway, unless the loss of civilian life would be more than the loss of military.

However, do not be expecting anything soon. We do not wish open war.

One question though. Do you reward for attacking allies of the GE?

We do not wish to bully prospective enemies around with sweeping retributive measures. Therefore we will not reward attacks on 'Imperial-Allied' entities, unless they are confirmed by our secondary source as having entered combat on the side of the aforementioned Imperials.

Should such information come to light with proper confirmation, then all restrictions are null and void, and the agreement we put forth comes into full effect.

The United Federation of Germanische Zustande, being an ally of The Triad Consortium of Godular, hereby comes the Consortium's Aid, as dictated by the Mutual Protection Pact of the United Space Federation (which was deleted by ECF).

(ooc: I have had these specifications for a long time, but still have been unable to come up with a reasonable number for the power of the Pulsecannons and Pulse Beam Arrays. I'll keep working on that, though. And, make any modifications you wish. I don't think I'll be needing them. And if I do, they won't make much difference)

I wish to thank our esteemed allies of the UFGZ for this most gracious gift. We can use any help we recieve, and these vessels shall find much usage in the ongoing conflict with the Imperial Dogs who have so callously ordered the deaths of innocent men, women, and children.

OOC: While it is understood that we do not have direct specifications of some of the technologies detailed on these vessels, would you mind if the Godulans commenced derivative research based upon seeing systems of interest in practical application? Sort of a pseudo reverse-engineering in which the Godulans see the effect generated, brainstorm about how it was achieved, and create a mechanism to duplicate the effect. The Godulans are surprisingly adept at the process and are capable of creating weapons of almost any genre of Sci-Fi.

Of particular interest is that Point-Defense Gravitational Rift system. The Godulans have access to gravitational manipulation technology, and would very much like to see this system in more widespread usage.

Those QSD torpedoes are intriguing also, in that I can't quite remember what QSD means.

By all means, go ahead. The GDDs are small Asymetrical Grav-field Generators interspersed in an overlapping-field pattern along the vessel's inner hull. They are activated when anything hostile nears the ship, thereby creating a literal spatial storm. Due to the gravimetric effects on space, time is affected also, thereby disrupting, to a limited degree, temporal weaponry.

Also, QSD stands for Quantum String Disruptor. It works in two ways: An assymetrical gravitational field plays havoc with the Calibi-Yau shape upon which Strings vibrate, and minute Quantum tears are opened in the target, allowing the Calibi Yau Shapes to be completely untangled. The field and tears last only a fraction of a second, after which the Calibi Yau shapes are 'reconstituted'. However, the target is nothing more than free-floating strings, or, matter-energy.

One thing, though. Please do not share this technology with any other nations, as this technology is widely used on our vessels, and is virtually the only dedicated point-defense systems in use by the Federation. You are trustworthy, but other nations may not be so.

And, the AIQSM is a very dangerous piece of equipment. That, and, it's another highly guarded secret. There are technicians already aboard the vessels. I would suggest that your engineers do not attempt to reverse engineer it. Study, yes. Take apart, no.

We're... speechless.

I find that the first thing I must query in light of this truly colossal 'loan', is to ask whether we would be allowed to retrofit the vessels with several systems more useful towards their application as swift strike spearheads? We guarantee that we will return the vessels to you as they are presented to us, we simply wish to... improve their survivability somewhat.

As for the offer of crewing, we suspect we will not need much in the way of external crew, although we would appreciate a few trainers to assist with learning the ways of that big gun on the tip.

A Carrack class light cruiser reverted to realspace, with the suddeness that only comes from a hyperdrive, the occupants watching as the stars condensed from infinite lines to pinpoints of light. The Carrack was far enough out of system as to not pose a threat, but close enough for easy communications. The hull of the ship is painted black, with crimson trim, the colors of the Blood of the Fold.

Because of this spiteful "Memorandum," the UFGZ must reply. So far, the mighty empire has done nothing but issue memorandums and the like. Perhaps the Rebellion destroyed too many Imperial Star Destroyers? Are the coffers rattling with but a few coins; the military spending on repairs too great?

At great expense to ourselves, we hereby lend the Consortium four Terpitz Class Dreadnoughts and an Ancestral Class Battlecarrier. These, combined with the four Vertieidiger Class Frigates, shall compose a most fearsome battlegroup, capable of far greater destruction than any Death Star.

Not only does the Federation demand that the Empire rescind its Memorandum and its original Bounties, should the Empire threaten the Consortium, the Federation, or any other nations who should attempt to aid Godular, the UFGZ shall be forced to act.

As a gesture of goodwill towards Godular, 12 fighter groups, and 1 capital ship, the , have been donated to the nation of Godular.

The 'private citizen' who donated this was a 'Mr. OMG I DUNT EXIST LOL MY NAME S JUZT MADE UP BY TEH GUVNMEMT'. Hopefully the GE can't see through this cunning subterfuge.

A fighter group is composed of -

15 Radenoid Interceptors (Basic anti-fighter unit, fast, low armor, and decent weapons. All craft in each group do not, however, come with any weaponry above the laser/plasma weaponry, and it is advised Godularian engineers modify these to be of any use in battle)

10 Charaz Anti-Fortification Bombers (A large torpedo bay, decent shielding, but not very maneouverable)

25 Automaton Fighters (Automata with light armor, several weaponry sockets, and decent speed. The only fighter craft to carry shielding in this type of group.)

The [i[Ilisiuo is a Caruiser-Class ship, a Carrier-Cruiser hybrid. Heavily armoured with decent maneouverability, it is quite large, and can carry 25 of the aforementioned fighter groups. It has 12 seperate shield generators, and 3 main reactors. A secure and safe ship, it also carries a Cloaking-Field device. This, when activated, energizes a small cloaking device on the fighter itself, as well as cloaking the ship.

We assume that Godular will want to make quick raids upon Imperial colonies, and so have also enclosed a Warp Gate(Prototype name). A relatively new technology, this can only be used once, but can teleport a ship the size of the Illusio anywhere in the universe, provided it has the location mapped.

Also, on top of this, we enclose slighlty under 3 years worth of saved-up money, 25 Trillion HT credits. (Worth approximately 1.4 NS dollars.
