The AEEC has been formed to either keep El Caudillo entirely within it own borders in everything, or educate the idiots who live in the country. However first we would like to make some observations as to why this is nessesary, including scientific fact. The first being is that a report issued by Soviet Leaders and confirmed by several independant sources has stated that the IQ of an average citizen of EC is around 50, though many independant sources put this slightly higher. Mainly the reports cite the utter lack of anything resembling an education, especially one that has to do with anything real. It also cites that the government of EC either makes its decisions by allowing monkeys to fling execrement at a large board labled 'stuff that's stupid to do' and then doing it. The other theory on EC governmental behavior was that a childrens computer program done by a pedophile has taken over the government, but the study was inconclusive as to which was true.

The point of the AEEC is that all member nations will seize all EC citizens, officials and personnel abroad and force them to do the most horrific things. These include but are not limited to...

*Get a College education with one of the following majors:
Political Science
Art
Comparitive Religion
Any Foreign Language
Any Cultural based major

*Attend seminars on:
The environment
Tolerance
Government its assorted forms
International politics

*Attend protests on:
Deforestation
Industry
Corruption
Civil Rights

As part of the AEEC program all nations pledge not to harm the bodies of the seized EC personnel and treat them with the respect they deserve, which at the beginning is essentially none. After completing the requirements of the program all EC personnel will be free to return to EC or stay in the country that has accepted them. All EC personnel outside their borders must be seized, wherever they are, though this is at the discretion of the people trying to do the seizing.

We don't have an El Caudillian citizens to educate. But I think our united fleets have pretty much blockaded his nation.

Yeah, the independant studies gave a number around 55-60. They are much smarter then 50.

I myself am a Civil libertarian but politically, I believe democracy should be replaced with an oligarchy. I'm perhaps one of the most economically extreme people in NS, but I still am considered by most people who meet me as an intellectual. Go figure.

suggestions for El Caudillo's education:

what he ought to do is go to business school... that way he'll know how to operate effectively, at full capacity, which will lead to job growth... which is important to the leader of a nation.

He might take the 100-level poli sci course to find out why he should avoid communism... the negative influence it inherently puts on a country's economy and the financial freedom of its citizens.

as for literature, fine. i bet he'll love explicating poems to find the true meaning of the poet. hint: if you want to know, and the poet is alive, just ask the poet. lol. (as opposed to simply reading poetry for the natural enjoyment it brings).

let him take a demography course (should be a 100-level sociology course) so that he can study the thoughts of Thomas Malthus and, more importantly, employ tons of bullshit to eke out a ten-page paper ... comprised of assumptions made about a population based solely on three demographic facts. (EG, % of women 25-34, % of men 45-54, % total population unemployed)

Let him take a Criminology class so that he can learn why the death penalty makes no sense whatsoever (one of a few liberal ideals worth clinging to)

Let him take an art class, so that he has something to do with left-over house paint.

In addition, some sort of world or American history class is in order... so that, instead of learning what actually happened, he can learn the politically correct version of it.

He should definitely take an Abnormal Psychology class, so that he can diagnose his friends based on their eccentricities.

He should definitely enroll in a chem class, so that he can witness the different types of explosions/lightshows produced by mixing certain molecules.

Math is important -- definitely important for working with statistics, accounting, corporate finance, etc. Therefore, he should at least be fluent in college-level calculus. He should also take a Finite Math course.

And if he's lucky, his botany class project will be to brew beer.

Finally, nobody should go through college without joining a choir. You get a 1-credit A for showing up and you get to be loud.

No, I want to educate him, mostly give his people college degrees. Of course just because the higher the level of education you have the more liberal you are doesn't mean anything. You can still be conserative and have a high education, its just unlikely. So far I have found one graph sorta supporting this, out of school so I don't have my textbooks anymore.

Like I said, you can be conservative and intelligent, it is just unlikely. The higher education has a liberal tilt because that is the way people with higher educations view things, if you want to complain about indoctrination go talk to all the religions, anything you find is schools odesn't even hold a candle to that.

Err... not quite. Half of that line is supported by 1 result, which any objective individual would say is anomalous. If you ignore the line and just look at the results, it doesnt show very much at all, and it doesnt measure IQ at all, just state school spending. Which is different. Different in the way that Democrat controlled state administrations are likely to spend more on schooling because that's what democrats do, and people who vote for democrats in state government elections are unlikely to vote for Bush in a presidential election. So that's just crap.

Finally, the blog entries show a clear anti-Bush bias. Much as I dislike Bush (hey, I'm a liberal) you could really find better evidence than this.
