OOC: i would just like to say two things

1. that fleet is way to big for a June 05 nation to support
2. the fleet has little to no escorts, for each battleship/carrier you want about 10 cruisers/destroyers/frigates/subs

1. maintenance is about 1/10 of the cost of each ship. The cost of ship maintenance does not equal the cost of buying the whole ship.

To extend upon the generosity shown already, I would also like to request help in extending a young MT nations naval force, the empire's main problem is with terrorist forces, therefore we have no real desire at present to dominate the oceans, but we would like to be able to mount offensive operations against aggresive states and be able to interdict terroirst vessels in our oceans. Therefore, small, agile, fast and well armed craft are required for this. And for expeditionary ops, a number of landing craft, small sub force capable of launching SSMs, and a helicopter carrier or possibly a V/STOL carrier and accompanying escort vessels. In return for this goodwill, the empire's willing to allow free trade with the generous nations, free passage throughout the empires territory and to agree to non-aggresion pacts. The empire would also be sympathetic during donating nations military conflicts and if participation benefited the empire would throw it's full weight in alliance with the doner nation(s).

In an effort to bolster support within the international community, the Candrian Empire, embarking on a new fiscal year, wishes to propose a 10 year loan at 10% interest total of 10 billion USD to provide Morvonia with funding to maintain their newly aquired navy.
