The Haitenstan Confederate of Communist Ideals calls all nations of a communist goverment to unite today, after capitolist pigs set up a chain of bombs outside ther haitenstanese goverment building. The Armed Republic of Mationland , although a communist nation , is about to become democratic soon . We therefore will not join . However , we will offer aid to communist nations should war break out due to our communist past . However , we will still mantain our nuetrality .

The Republic of Lanquassia is prepared to offer to station some 14 of our Pathfinder special forces teams throughout your nation to investigate and stop these terrorist attacks, on the condition you sign a treaty granting us first rights to your trade markets, and a Mutual Defense Agreement that should your country fall under attack, Lanquassian forces would be obliged to assist you, and should Lanquassia enter into war, Haitenstan would be oblidged to join us.
In addition, we will buy the land for a permanment garrison base in your country for garrison troops to assist you in keeping your government in power.

Vintovia (And the Vintovian Secret Service/VSS) side with Kanabia and Krenakov, and the UoSOTS (The Union of Sovereign Off Topic States) will withdraw its support for Haitenstan, if any move towards condemning democratic nations is made. We only Condemn the perpitrators of Such attacks.
