The United Empire of Colerica is pleased to announce that the lengthy process of rotating and cycling troop numbers throughout their holdings is well under way. With the ongoing Sith Crisis, more soldiers have been pulled away from unneeded areas and repositioned where the UEC has seen it fit to place them. The largest withdrawal of force has come from the Colerican Colony of Rilos where over two hundred thousand soldiers had been stationed. The bulk of that force has been rotated home already while the remaining numbers will be returned soon. The United Empire has strengthened some of its presence in Isla de Plata as the Second War for Liberation rages on there while it is also cycling in forces to the Colerican colonies in North America to better handle potential events to come about on the horizon there, as well.
The United Empire also announces that the Superior Doctrine, the directive that the UEC would restrict all travel on Lake Superior, is being extended to Lake Michigan, as well. Any foreign ships on Lake Michigan, unless they have been directly cleared by the United Empire, will be considered hostile and dealt with appropriately. Any nation or affiliation who attempts smuggling runs across Lake Michigan will be dealt with as a direct terroristic threat to the UEC's Imperial colonies in America and eliminated. We thank you.
