Two explosions were seen in the capitol of Hataria today, The explosions were caused by forces loyal to the great region of the South East islands. Our forces were able to pose as civilian travellers and infiltrate Hataria and steal bomb making equipment from many of the large munitions factories in Hataria. The two four many teams then selected two publicaly owned buildings and planted the explosives in bins at the back of these buildings. We belive the explosions caused a great amount of damage and may have killed as many as 10 people. This is a warning of things to come for those who support private enterprise and ignore the religious aspects of life.

Aust condemms these dishonourable attacks of terrorism upon any soverign nation. Though it will be almost impossable to descide which nation the bokmbs came from we appeal to Hatria not invade a random nations in responce.

We also note that if these attacks where due to religious aspects of Hatrian society, or the lack of religion, and Hatrian concentration on private Enterprise then we say that you should attack Aust also as we have these very same values.

The United Empire of Colerica warns that they will thoroughly defend Hataria, an ally and member of the Imperial Confederacy, from any terrorist threats. Head Councilman Daniels was enjoying a relaxing holiday. It's not very often that he managed to enjoy a day off instead of the endless prattling of advisors or some random joe on the street with a bullhorn. "See if they use bullhorns again." he chuckled. It seemed as if today was the perfect day, sun was out in a cloudless sky, the pool was warm, the drink he had made was just right, and no small nations were trying to make themselves seem like petulant children.

Janet was nervous, she knew the Head Councilman hated to be disturbed on holidays, and he never paid for the last person who interrupted him medical bills, "Poor Rick, he'll never see out of that eye again." she mumbled to herself. She headed through the midsized garden that adorned the Councilman's small estate and gathering her wits about her opened the gate leading to the pool and strode through it, "Head Councilman it seems some small nation committed a terorist act and decided to brag about it."

It seems that your nation's leader(s) not only lacked the intelligence to not perpetrate these acts in the first place, but then out right declared it's backing of them. However we believe that war on this nation will be overkill, and result in more people harmed then nessecary. Perhaps it would be best to try negotiations in order to extradite the people who perpetrated these acts to justice if they have returned to their nation and settle what reparations are required.

The Makaarian Assembly codemns these attacks and warns 'Very small island' to discontinue terrorist operations or we will resort to force. In the meantime, Military Intelligence has been warned to keep an eye on Very Small Island and report on any troop movements.

I warn you, Makaar is a huge nation and has a well-equipped, well-trained and well-funded military. Our navy is one of the largest in the democratic world. So we warn you again - there are to be no further attacks.

OOC: Actually, to be fair Hataria as much as I've seen you pull off some silly things in nationstates, I can't help read this thread as being pretty unfair and potentially godmoding if you haven't agreed to it before hand.

To claim damage on a nation without RPing the infiltration and giving the nation a chance to defend itself is just as much a Godmode as posting an attack and claiming damage you cause yourself...

So yeah, if he wants to ignore this thread, it's justifiable... to be honest, a thread doesn't need to be a godmode to be allowed to ignore it, you can ignore a thread for whatever reason you want. So I wouldn't mind if people quit bugging Hataria about what he can't ignore, it's up to him. If he doesn't want to deal with a terrorist thread while a couple nations are declaring war on him thats his choice.

Air Superiority is ikey to military superiority.-Austian generals handbook, page 1.

This was the idea that the Austian millitary was built around, planes take control of the air and destroy any enermy strongpoints or convoys, then elite ground troops move in and deal with the rest.

Austian warfare is quick, sharpe and honourable. Large armys are not Austian tactics, small elite forces are. Deployed from a lone bomber or using a air raid as cover teams of elite opratives, the ASS would land at take strigic points, assisted by accurate air strike. Once all major opesition was out of the way then the legions would move in.

So William thought as he decieded what to deploy to counter this threat. 4 bomber air wings, and 8 fighter wings, to assure air superiority. Followed by the 9th transport wing to move the 12th and 13th ASS legions into place and 2 squads of Deaths Head assasins, to take out key goverment leaders.

these would be supported in turn by the 5th, 12th and 56th legions, a total of 30,000 men. They would deploy from the 6th fleet which would only move in after the enermys major naval ships where defeated.

This of course, would only happen if the enermy didn't surrender.

At a small habour on the south of Very Small Island 15 members of the mobile infantry removed covers from 2 small seaplanes. Another 5 men walked down towards the boats as the covers were removed. Once they had arived at the seplanes one of the men who wore a military umiform spoke to the other 4 men
"The mission you 4 are about to undertake is very important to the our Nation, remember your training and your mission objective".
He talked for a little while longer before wishing the men good luck.
After he finished speaking some of the soliders handed the men a few breif cases which were filied with money and wished them luck. The four men split into two teams and boraded the two aircraft they started the engines and flew off. They were agents of the Very Small Island government and it would be their job to infiltrate enemys of The Very small Island and carry out attacks however they had not yet decided where to attack, the governments plans had to be altered after the attacks on their military bases which had destroyed the few long range aircraft the Island had and the original targets were now to far away to be reached by seaplane.

OOC: Good luck trying to get into Aust then, I'm just about landlocked except for a heavly fortified strip of land 10 miles wide and 100 mile long. My coloneys are also well pritected (I only have one-a fortress island). If you want to prevoke IA though you can try to break in by flying over there airspace.

all reserve forces have been mobilized to increase security in major areas in Morvonia.

The 23rd grenadier(15,000 men),the 2nd infantry(20,000 men),67th armour(30 tanks,700 men),1st artillary(10 mobile guns,10 stationary guns,340 men),11th para-assult unit(8000 men),and the 6th mountain infantry(10,000 men) will move in with Aust forces.

Geography:The Island is roughly circular with a few rocky outcrops.the island has a diameter of around 160 miles at most points

The Easter edge of the island is is taken up with a long mountain range witch runs from the top of the island to the bottom. These mountains are very difficult to cross. There a few mining centres and villiages in this area.the rest of the east is covered by many small woodland areas.population of area 500,000

The south is mostly flat grassland and is filled with small villages and many farms. At the south west tip theres is a major city called Row. There is a lagre harbour in the city and it houses the nation small military fleet and the nations Fishing and merchant fleets.The cities population is around 1,000,000

In the centre of the island there are a few mountain a large river runs north from these mountains and just north of the mountains there is a large city called Castle. The city is home to most of the nations Government run factories. The cities population is 2,500,000. North of here lies the Castle Damm witch provides the nation with 40% of its power(the rest is provided by fossil fules 20% and wind power 40%).

In the north on the coast there are many small towns. The rest of the north is taken my by many small militray bases (most of these have been destroyed)and one of the countries main airports inthe north east. population of area 500,000

In the west there are many wind farms scattered over the whole of the western island. In the centre of the west lies the capitol called Island city home to most of the government offices and the countries second airport. Island city is also the religious centre. The rest of this area is flat grass land. Island cities population in 3,500,000

All over Very Small Island men between the ages of 16 and 65 are Drafted into military units. All food has been taken into store houses and will be rationed. Men with SA-7 missiles are stationed on the roof tops of many buildings throughout the countries many cities. Those aged between 12 and 18 are helping to dig trenches around the capital. Woman now take up most of the jobs in the munitions and weapons facotries. Other woman and some children have taken to the roofs of government buildings to deter air strikes. Mine feilds are being laid throughout the country. Propoganda messages can be be heard throught Island cities street. The beaches are being covered with barbed wire and tank traps. Type-59 tanks are being prepared for battle. The government has retreated to a reinforced bunker beneath the capital. Other buildings are being used as air raid shelters. The Island prepares its self for war.

As the space station activated its boosters to reach the firing range of the of the nation, the cannons aimed carefully, once the boosters stopped the platoon general ordered, FIRE! And immediately almost a thousand space artillery guns roared through the space station and went to the atmosphere, many of the shells struck the tiny island without mercy.

The Federation Fleet begins to sail towards Very Small Island for an attack. The fleet consists of 3 S.S. Carriers, 5 battleships, 2 cruisers, and 6 destroyers.

About 560 HP Elite Soldiers marched aboard the H.P.S Constitution, while the tanks boarded special landing boats at the docks of Motri City. The other 440 HP Elite Soldiers board the H.P.S Holtz.

The determined helicopter group had been delayed. They flew in close formation, being cautious to avoid the heavy anti-aircraft rounds punching through the sky. Missles seemed to come slamming down around the task force. Even amidst the dark, night sky, the black smoke and fire below were easily distinguishable. The repetitive 'pom-pom' from the anti-aircraft guns below kept the anxious soldiers inside the jet black craft on their alert.

"Eagle-One to Group-Five, I'm picking up double A from one o'clock. Let's round it up and shift down a couple hundred metres. Keep it tight, and move quick. Over." the pilot in the lead aircraft calmly radioed to the rest of his group.

After confirmation, one by one the helicopters closed in and made a sharp drop down, following the leader through a screen of black smoke.

"EAGLE-NINE, I'VE BEEN LOCKED" screamed through to the other pilots. The loud beep in the helicopter nine signaled the flare dispensers to act. The flares shot out, and moments later a large flash told the flight group helicopter nine survived the missle engagement.

"Eagle-One, we're arriving to destination. LZ is going to be hot. Be advised."

Simultaneously, Sqaud leaders rose and commanded their groups on the ready. Small arms fire and rockets shot up around from the ground. A slew of large caliber anti-aircraft rounds ripped through a helicopter, slashing a Task Force crew member's leg clean off and blasting the rest of the crew with fragments. The helicopter group steadily dropped, advancing further into the hellish night and chaos of battle.

The evacuation zone came into view. It was centered in a large plaza. A medium size crowd of FOE citizens were inside a hastily built bunker. Fire erupted into it from down the streets and alleys into the bunker. Fire and rubble were strewn every where. Gore and blood splashed the walls. Blood and dirt mixed together to make a slippery surface. Various vehicles inside the plaza were used as makeshift cover for what few FOE military personel were there.

The sergeant in the first helicopter looked into the eyes of his men, with the sounds and horror of the brutal and destructive world erupting around them.
"Men, we have a job to do. You know what to do. You've been trained for this kind of fighting. You're all excellent at it. But now there is another element: Our people. It is our job to fight and die, but not theirs. I know each and everyone of you in this Task Force. I am not worried about saving them, because I know you all would give your lives for them. But I also know none of us are going to be left behind, because we are more than soldiers. We are more than comrades. We are more than just fighters. We are brothers, and I know that all of you know that. Now, let's do our job!"
With that, the sergeant jumped out of of the helicopter, and initiated the biggest struggle he, and his men, would ever know.

The Democratic Republic of PAVP comdens the attacks both on Hataria and VSI.
And, asks for the hostilities to cease.

The Celestial Swords demands for this war to end, or it will be forced to initiate a large-scale invasion of a random city of the Very Small Islands.

We give Very Small Islands a dead line of three days (RL 30 minutes) to immediately end all attacks or face invasion by The Game Spian Systems Second and Third armies, a combined force of 200,000 men.

*Drop pods fell from the sky as if they were hail upon the second-largest city in the Very Small Islands. (Lol)

The Second and Third armies fought ferociously against the guerillas and captured the city within the week.*

Sporadic resistance is happening, but it has reduced drastically.

The Fighters launched first, followed by the bombers, there job was to destroy any building on the south side that was a potential strongpoint. The invasion would be targeted on the South East, and any village was blasted on that size however to fool the enermy the 6th and 9th air wings concentrated there firepower upon the city of Row with the intention of destroying the enermy fleet.

They're not much, are they? the Tuantocan thought to himself, I'm begining to wonder why the President sent us here to observe them, they'll be eliminated too soon for any actual military units to be sent in...

The Tuantocan and the rest of his Pathfinder unit - raised from the Lanquassian colony of Alioth, on Manium - were sent here as soon as the military intelligence based in Lanquassia figured out where the terrorist attacks on Hataria came from.

Lanquassia had nearly been on the opposite side of Hataria on a previous international matter, Acahula knew... But will the Blakes fight the Hatarian Alliance, or will they side with them? Or will we be extracted out of here quietly, and Lanquassia will pretend to have nothing to do with this little war?

In a quiet room that showed a map of the (NS)Earth along its walls, with a projector screen highlighting specific areas towards the front of the room and a table - with three occupants to fill the 20 chairs - in the center. The screen was showing the South-East Islands, specifically VSI.

Two men, the President of Lanquassia, and his Minister of State, were listening to the single women, the Minister of War, explain the situation.

"Basically, VSI launched terrorist attacks on Hataria, and now an international coalition is, pretty much, spamming them, coming from here," she points to a direction on the map, "Here," a second direction, "and here." Pointing to a third.

"After an orbital bombardment from god-knows-where, the various Alliance troops are starting to mount their land invasions. Persuent to your orders," she said, nodding at the President, "We quietly inserted two Pathfinder teams from Alioth, one with Tuantos in them for the wilderness and forest to sneak up onto their military HQ, and the other one to insert into their capital and observe their leadership."

"So far, both teams have deployed and managed to avoid being observed. We can do two things at this point;"

"First, we can assasinate VSI's leadership, throwing the defenses into chaos - we hope - and allowing the alliance to sneak in."

"Second, we can protect and give the VSI's leadership the chance to escape - should they wish to. Frankly, they havn't a chance."

"Thirdly, we could just extract the teams, walk away whistling, and pretend nothing happened."

The Minister of State spoke up, "I'd recomend against option two, no matter what. These people are terrorists, and despite the fact that they're willing to fight Hataria, they cause chaos. Option one would maybe put us in Hataria's good graces, or at least their allies. Option three... is what I recomend."

John Blake, the President, lifted an eyebrow. Usually, his minister of State was very agressive. "You might want to explain, Will." The MInister of State nodded.

"We might not want others to know that we actually have special forces capable of what we claim. I'd rather keep the international ignorance than spend that to get a possible gain. Too risky."

President Blake looked at his Minister of War, "Carol?"

Minister Campbell looked him in the eye, "We could assasinate their leadership, then move out without claiming anything. We keep our actual capabilities secret, we take out known terrorists that are willing to disrupt good order, and we then go home for a pint to drink." Minister Smith blinked, then nodded. "Sounds good to me, John," he said.

President Blake closed his eyes, his body language for saying 'I'm making my decision,' and both ministers stayed the urge to say something more.

He opened his eyes. "Do it, Carol."

Underneath Island City the Defense Ministry if Very Small Island planned their next move. General Isaac Snow looked over maps of current enemy positions and troop movements.

"How are our forces in the south doing", he asked one of his command staff

"Not well, we have called back most of regular troops and left the civil guard to cover their retreat to Row", replied the officer.

"How many men will we have defending Row if our regular troops make it back", Inquired General Snow


"10,000 Regular infantry, 30 type-59 tanks, 6000 mobile infantry and 2000 Imperial Guard. We also have 40 self-propelled guns and many anti-aircraft weapons. We also have 40,000 civil guard but since they only have basic training we don’t know how much use they will be. The trenches and defense works have been finished so the majority of our men will be stationed in these fortifications around the city as the majority of the city has been reduced to rubble. We can hold our own against most air attacks but we have little to defend us against the orbital cannons.” replied another officer.

In the mean time air strikes continued against all major Cities in Very Small Island. Some aircraft had been shot down but all cities had been heavily damaged.
Troops had been dispatched to defend the dam to the north of Castle. This force contained 1000 Imperial Guard and 15 anti aircraft weapons and 400 support troops.
4000 men of the mobile infantry had been sent to defend the windfarms in the west they had been given several self propelled guns and anti-aircraft weaponsto aid them.
The civil guards were covering the retreat of much of the regular army in the south but they were taking heavy casualties in doing so.

"Switch the focus of the bombing to Row-entirly to row, I don't want them to sleep, use the Dresen effect."

OOC: There are beaches to the east of Row that are defended by the civil guard these are already under attack and have been weakened. There are other beaches to the north of Row but these are more rocky and more difficult to land on. However your forces would still have to make an attack on the fortifications around Row no mater whitch beach they land on.

The first squads of ASS attacked Beach Delta at midnight, the beach's fortifications had been heavley bombarded in the proceeding days and it's defenders where low on sleep.

Squad 4 advanced slowly, using the sand dunes for cover, there weapons where ready but they where not needed. The Pilbox loomed in front of them, and it was Private Charleston who ran forwards to plant the explosives. Inside the enermy troops watched the beah in front of them, not the door behind.

A explosian lit up the horizon behind them as a bunker buster bomb found it's target. The defenders turned to look and Chaleston threw himself to the ground to be avoid being spotted.

He cheaked the timer on the plastic explosive, 10 seconds. He waited another 2 and then threw it into the pilbox. Shouts came from inside and small arms fire followed him as he ran. The explosian lit up the night, destroying the emplacement.

From further down the beach another explosian came as squad 12 did the same. There where many such attack that night.

The mood in the grand council hall was tense, recent events in Very Small island have culminated in invasions by several nations. Today it would be decided if action if any at all would be taken by the council. Of course Daniel knew this to be a farce, after all being a dictator has its perks, especially having everyone call you Head Councilman.

"I believe the best way to begin our meeting here today my friends is with a bit of brevity." chuckling a bit as he spoke these words, "Why don't we take a look at what another nation has to say about this debacle," taking the statement from Celestial Swords out from his notes.

We give Very Small Islands a dead line of three days (RL 30 minutes) to immediately end all attacks or face invasion by The Game Spian Systems Second and Third armies, a combined force of 200,000 men.

Laugher echod through the chamber with some mutterings of "Who's leading that county a 5 year old?" and "Guess the education budget there must be what 0." "I know, I know it's obvious that this is the best way to solve wars, tell the invaded country to cease attacks or it will be invaded some more BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Daniel was having a hard time stifling the laughter from this, but enough fun for now, it was time to reach a decision on this matter. "It seems that since our earlier attempt at reaching a peaceful end to this waste of a conflict seems to have fallen on deaf ears, and with the ammount of nations already sending troops in, it is in our nations best interest to wait this out. The Regional commander had been submitting reports to HQ all day and it had taken hours for the Ministry for information compile a report for General Snow.

The report made for interesting reading.

In the south the civil Guards had taken many loses 20,000 were confirmed dead and 9,000 more were missing. The regular army had taken 6,000 casualties and had lost many field guns and other vehicles. That left around 60,000 civilgaurd and 20,000 regular soldiers along with several thousand Imperial guard in the south there were also 25 type-59 tanks and anti air divisions. The majority of these forces were in the city of Row. There were also reports of counter attacks against enemy landing craft, many attacks involved suicide attacks against landing craft in speed boats filled with explosives, it was not known how effective these attacks had been.

In the East the civil guard had reported a few hundred casualties in skirmishes with Morvonia troops. There are around 30,000 civil guard in the east along with 2000 troops trained in mountain warfare.

In the North the coastline had been under attack from the Spartanox Federation Fleet. Some civil guard troops had abandoned their positions. There are still 15,000 Regular troops and 40,000 civil guard in the north. In the city of Castle there are also 20 type-59 tanks and 2000 Imperial guards and anti-aircraft weapons and self propelled guns, as well as 1000 more imperial guard and some anti-aircraft weapons defending the dam north of the city.

The west contains 60,000 regular troops and 8,000 imperial Guard along with 60,000 civil guard, long with 40 T-72 tanks, 35 type-59 tanks and 12 type-80 air defense tanks. Around 100 self-propelled artillery and many APC's. Most of these troops are based in Island City amd the surrounding area.

The countries 12 dragon fighter aircraft had not yet been deployed and more Civil Guard were being conscripted. Munitions factories were still producing enough of ammunition and the defense works around the capital were being completed

We must pull our forces out for the time being, with the exception of two divisons.

Magius lifted his rifle and fired a suppresive burst at the men, the first's brain was turned to liquid as his head melted from the extreme heat. The other's were more lucky, as various parts caught fire, they ran screaming, clutching charred and gaping holes on their person.

From the bushes behind them came AK fire, one of the bullets ripping into a GSS soldier. As the soldier screamed, a medic rushed to him and pulled him back, staring at the blue cloud that engulfed the clearing. A rebel rushed up to Cangius with a machete and cleaved his stomach open before diving down into a hole. Cangius howled in pain and grabbed the man, his fingers glittering as if covered in rings. Magius looked on in shock as he realized that Cangius pulled the pin on ever grenade he had, creating a column of flame from the foxhole. The enemy immediately withdrew, screaming peppering the retreat as a plasma bolt tore into their flesh.

Magius walked over to the hole and looked at the mangled mess, their was almost nothing to bury, besides mangled bone. He decided to dig a hole and place the remains in there anyway, acting in accordance to GSS regulations, he placed the Troopers helmet atop a wooden cross the Medic carried around for quick-burials. They muttered a short etiaph and moved on, the day was not yet over.*

Our forces in the east have continued to launch guerilla attacks against the forces of Morvonia. Our own mountain troops have sustained 57 casualties and our civil guard has suffered 2,612 casualties and an unknown number have deserted.

The men were waiting rifles at the ready watching men of Morvonia's 6th mountain passing by, when the men were in an area where all of the mountain troopers had a clear line of light there commander gave the word to open fire. The men were all trained snipers and picked off many enemies in the opening minutes of the battle. However after the their enemies had spotted where the attack was coming from they returned fire, there were many more enemies than they had expected and since all of the civil guard who had been working with them had deserted the men were soon overwelmed all but two were killed. The remaining two men were able to slip away into tunnnels in the mountain where they could resupply and join with other Mountain troopers and continue the fight against the enemey

In the south many units around Row and inside the city were using the time with no air attacks to reinforce there postion against an assualt against the city whitch they were sure would come soon. The commanders in this region had heard of many of the civil guard deserting in the East and have given the regulars and Imperial guard the order to shoot any deserters. Inside the city many citizens were hoping that aid would arive soon as medical supplies were running low and many peoples homes had been destroyed. The remains of the Fleets has been scuttled at Rows Harbour to stop it being used in the event of it being caputred. Since there air attacks appeared to have stopped for the time being one of the main highways in the city had been converted into an airstip and light aircrat were being used to bring in extra Imperial guards and some equipment such as extra ammunition and explosives. The defenders Knew that the attacks may begin again as soon as the medical missions left and they were sure that a massive attack was coming.

As the Station saw that the attack did not break him, he sent orders to the rest of the allies all of them were:

"Allied forces, it appears our artillery barrage didnt exactly hit the mark, we are preparing another barrage but your forces should pull out or be prepare to be blown to bits."

Immediately another barrage began to decend upon the earth's surfaces, this time they targeted the highways, mountains and factories. They hope to crush their defenses before they could strike again.

The Supreme Admiral of the Most Holy Army of Joshuaous Ramoses issued the following remark earlier in the day:

"I vehemently condemn all attacks on VSI. I oppose war wherever it takes place. Likewise, I condemn all attacks made by VSI. I ask, for the sake of peace in the world, a cease to all active hostilities. I request that a cease fire go into immediate effect, and that countries on both sides of this conflict allow an unbiased country to mediate a peace agreement."

The 5,000 planes of the Royal Austian Airforce took off that night, the 2000 bombers carried all th bombs they could carry, some with incendary and some with high explosive.

The 3,000 fighters where all armed for ground attack, with high power misiles.

The prince decides that after ignoring this for so long, his foreign minister should be involved. he sees it is do late.

DUN DUN DUN!

The night wore on. Even if it was day, the heavy, black smoke could block it out. Sounds of fighting and hectic battles continued throughout the night. For the FOE Task Force, as soon as they landed, they were engaged by hostile forces and repulsed them back from the plaza. After a brutal engagement with unidentified forces, Sergeant Hald took the two remaining members of his squad and took cover behind a decimated ACP.

Sargeant Hald was exhausted. The enemy was relentless and pervasive, coming from anywhere at any moment. He sat on one knee, hunkered down behind the ravaged bulk of the APC with two privates. The black fumes were drying and irritating his skin and throat. A voracious gulp from his canteen did little to fix it. At least the comfortability. Hydration was more important to him. He looked at the situation again: His 50 (Less than that was left by now) platoon needed to hold a large plaza with a makeshift, rag-tag bunker with about 98 FOE citizens until transport arrived. He knew in order to survive another attack, he needed to fight fire with fire.

He looked around once more and then to the private next to him.
"Jayger, I want a status report on our communications, now!" Hald barked.

The private whipped around, with a dismayed look on his face.
"Sir, my radio was knocked out in our initial jump. Even the backup unit was struck."
"A lucky shot if you ask me." The other private commented, taking the dying, crackling radio unit into thought.
"A lucky shot my ass." Sargeant Hald growled through is teeth with annoyance and slapped a fresh magazine into this rifle.
Directly behind him was an overturned bus, with an alert head sticking out, watching windows and doorways. Sargeant Hald looked around once again, then shot his hand up into the air and threw a series of hand signals. The squad leader from behind the bus acknowledged, and moved his group on over. They swiftly and quietly came over, looking each and every way as if they had been tricked into an ambush. When they arrived, the squad leader held his fist up and the team took a knee.

"Orders sir?" the squad leader replied obediently.

Sargeant Hald was now searching for something in the distance, something important. The squad leader and his team knew the defiant smile of the Sargeant indicated he found it. Hald drew closer.
"Corporal, I want you and your men to get up in that tower over there." He pointed to a large, two story building that had very thick concrete and many windows. It easily overlooked the plaza and several blocks around it. Hald coninued,
"Once up there, set your heavy weapons up, and get good angles. If we get attacked, you'll be able to get direct support where needed. Do not attack hostiles until they are close. Hostile recon teams are an exception. If they get away, more importantly with our position, then I'll kill you myself."
"Yes sir!" the corporal replied, wincing at the thought. Then his team took off like shadows.

Sargeant Hald went around the plaza to his remaining force, giving them words of confidence and defiance. When he returned to his original position, he sat crouched wondering where the enemy was. They had been thrashed as soon as they had landed, with the attacks gradually thinning out. Could it be possible confused enemy communications and battlefield reports lost track of them? No, Hald thought. How could they? There was a huge force of helicopters that ca-Hald caught himself in shock. Oh Christ, that means...

He was interrupted by a concentrated sound of heavy anti-aircraft rounds erupting from the surface, about several kliks away. The transports!

"PLATOON, DEFENSIVE POSITIONS! GET READY!" Hald screamed. He knew that the enemy would be closing in now. That's how they were so badly mauled the first time, he thought to himself. He looked to the tower, and the corporal replied with a thumbs up. Suddenly, he caught movement down the twisting corridors and alleys. The private covering that area smiled at the recognition, and pulled the machine gun's hammer back, loading a fresh new round that was itching to be let freed from its brass prison. He lined up the sites in the path where the enemy there would be moving through.

Just a little longer, Hald thought, and he could hear the faint, choppy rotor sound close in.

Sargeant Hald took cover as he could hear enemy movement closin in to ambush the helicopters like they did to his task force. The alley in front of him was such a point. He kept his calm, scanning windows and doorways. Suddenly he heard from the tower, "CONTACT LEFT!" followed by the sequenced bursts of the heavy machine gun. Screams came from the southern road, and it appeared to Hald that taking the tower was a good idea.

Up in the tower, Private Broesch had opened up on a group of enemy soldiers who passed his firing line. They had not expected such devastating fire to come crashing down on them, and reeled in shock and confusion. Broesch quickly estimated that he at least killed 14 in the surprise, as the brutal attack would not have left wounded. The others kicked in doorways and ran inside, rather than getting ripped to pieces by the death spewing machine gun. Broesch suppressed the enemy peeking out the doorways, unable to give them a chance to turn the tables on him. His ears were now ringing, but he was able to hear the Sargeants loud voice.

"CONTACT AHEAD! OPEN FIRE!" Sargeant Hald yelled while raising the sites of his rifle to the face of an enemy. In street directly in front of the ACP in which he was behind, was a sizable group of enemy. They hung close to the outside of the street, ready to take cover in doorways and alleys. Hald made sure one of them wouldn't. This group was also surprised. Maybe they had not expected such a fierce defense. Hald's men unloaded onto the enemy. Gore and flesh ripped from bodies of the enemy. Red mist signified more enemy losses. Men yelled and screamed orders. They too, moved into stores and buildings along the block to take cover. Soon, the hostile forces returned fire. Hald soon realized that more were coming, as his optical site zoomed down the street. He saw a much larger group, this time, approaching much too cautiously to get a good shot on. Hald raised his gun at a leg sticking out of an alley, and fired on it. The body supported by it fell down, and Hald sent three more rounds into his neck. However, all around Hald's men were gradually thinning. There were simply too many. As bullets and shells whipped around and slashed the air, the cries of his wounded men told him the end was near. Hald's Last Stand, the sargeant thought. But he couldn't bear in mind what the enemy would do to those FOE citizens. As the enemy started rushing into the plaza, many of them ran back in horror, yelling for retreat. He then heard the low hum of the familiar, all to welcoming Reaper gunship. The metallic grey and black ship sent a salvo of rockets followed by 30mm shells that ripped men in half. The rockets blasted the street beyond recognition. The Reaper hovered for a moment, then took off. The sound was quiet. The only thing to be heard were the cries of his mauled men and the transports over head.

All 7 men were apart of the 53rd heli-assult unit,morvonian special forces,group 2.The convoy was loaded with weapons and ammo for the VSI forces.All group 2 men had modified russian weapons,the consisted of 3 riflemen with AKSU rifles,1 grenadier with AK74/greande launcher attatchment,2 machine gunners with RPK machine guns and 1 sniper with SVD snipers rifle.Were lined up on one side of the canyon with 3 expolsive charges on the road the convoy was travaling.

"Three.....Two......One.........FIRE!!!!" yeld the L.T. With that three explosive charges went off sending a truck sworing.The greandier fired is grenade launch but a sudden gust of wind had it fall way off target.All the group 2 men were firing at anything that moved.

"Sargent Vornas call for pick up now!!!!!!!"He yeld again as enemy bullets hit everywhere.

"Two-six this is two-four request pick-up" said the sargent just as a bullet hit him in the arm.

A couple of minuts later a huey landed and picked the team up,while under heavy fire,and air lifted the team out.

"We will never agree to such terms," was the simple message given to Admiral Jackson Trevor. Trevor, a seasoned vetern of naval combat having served under Grand Admiral McCallum for five years, was at the helm of the CSS Astaron Tyrannus, a Danton-class aircraft carrier. Under Travis, the Tyrannus had seen its fair share of naval warfare with involvement in the Colerican Civil War, providing support with its eighty aircraft onboard. This day, it was not Confederate positions it would be attacking, but rather enemy positions belonging to the Very Small Island. They had come under fire from Coalition forces and the United Empire's promised entrance had been long over-due, delayed by various elements at home. The Emperor had not been heard from in an entire day and Kircer Danton, Magistrate of Foreign Affairs, had been giving orders via his role as the Lieutenant Emperor Pro Tempor and Emperor Thra's nephew....

"So be it," he said to himself.

"Admiral," a voice called from behind, "when shall we launch?"

"You've already been given your orders for a 'go,' Mr. Rison. There is no need to delay further. Launch. Pilots are to pick and choose their targets on their own discretion."

Since this is a terrorist nation, its army, although also terrorist, is an actual one, therefore, any VSI captured are POWs. Also, any civilians injured through collateral damage must be tended to and cared for as though they are your friends. Also, bury any dead you find, be it a hostile or civilian. And, like many military commanders have said, some of you may not make it out alive. But remember, this is for your country, this is for freedom. Now go make me proud!" A rousing cheer went up, and then the troops continued to gear up.

At the news of furthered attacks on VSI, the Ramosesian Council has recalled all ambassadors in disgust. They refuse to comment at this time, but faction leader, known only as Far Cry, has issued this statement to the people of Joshuaous Ramoses and surronding countries and regions:

"The High Councilors are fools for not threatning armed intervention in this war! They have become old and senile! War is the only way!"

All envoys sent out have acknowledged the recall order.

The Hatarian Fleets were now joined into one giant Armada to attack VSI. Now it was near VSI. Nadia saw the Allied Fleets, She knew that it would be hard if all those Ships were there. VSI must be tougher then I thought Nadia thought. "Sent the Planes, use Bunkerbusters and Napalm Bombs on the Capital, Send them to Hell." She ordered "and Launch Cruse Missiles with Napalm also, Burn the Island."

The Planes were soon takeing off from the Carriers. The Hatarians had heard that VSI's Defenses were week, Their Anti-aircraft just old Anti-aircraft Guns, no use against Jets like the Allies were useing. The Planes were going into enemy Air Space and followed by The Cruise Missiles heading for the Second Largest City on the Island, ETA: 34 Miniutes.

IC: The bombardment began. Plumes of sand where thrown up as Austian shells lit the nights sky, destroying philboxes and enermy defences, from ebhind enermy lines, thousands of ASS grouped and attacked enermy forces from behind.

Landing craft rode the stromy water, some falling to the suicide bombers. there front machine guns fired at the enermy defences. To the east smoke and flame rose from row as it was assulted by thousands of planes, tracer lit up the sky.

the first Austian soildier, Sargent G.Dagget of the Skinners, was taken down in a blaze of enermy mahcine gun fire, but the Austians began to dig in, making a breachead against staunch resistance, adn all the time more forces arrived.

Although many government buildings had been destroyed the bunker complex beneath Island City was relatively undamaged. The government had been running the country from here since the bombardment had begun and due to the constant attacks on the capital the government had lost many radio station and other mean of communication, this meant it was difficult to gather information from other cities However figures from Row arrived after the last Austian attack. City officials had gathered information from many areas of the city, there were atleast 150,000 civilian dead possible as many as 200,000. Fires raged through much of the city and the entire city center had been destroyed. A few enemy aircraft had been shot down by SA-7 missiles and anti aircraft fire but exact numbers were unknown. Defenses around the city had taken alot of damage: around 2000 regulars had been killed, 15,000 civil guard were not accounted for most were assumed dead, 15 type-59 tanks had been destroyed and as many as 1000 mobile infantry were thought to be dead. The Imperial guards had taken very few casualties and were still in there fortified positions. 5,000 of the surviving civil guard had been pulled back and were helping to fight fires inside the city. The air attacks had taken the lives of many of the defenders but more and more citizens were being drafted in to fill in the gaps in the defenses left by the constant bombing and the army was going to fight on.

The Imperium stepped up patrols along the Hataria-Western Hataria border. The two infantry, one mechanized and one reserve divisions are being backed up with 2 additional reserve divisions along with anti-aircraft guns and heavy artillery. The wall, which separates, in addition to the canal, the two land areas has been manned and armed, they are currently on yellow alert.

Task Force IV: Off the VSI Coast

The Parthian task force cut through the ocean off the coast of the Very Small Island. They had been diverted from Hataria to attack the Federal Union fleet to VSI after the crisis had subsided. Packed with missiles, the Parthian vessels were moving rapidly towards a firing position.

For the inititial barrage, Admiral Bakhtiar had decided the use of 30 Cruise missiles from the arsenal ships loaded with "Special" warheads would do the trick. Weapons computer operators on board ships the admiral designated activated their cruise missiles which contained the warheads. In puffs of smoke, 30 missiles flew off, each had been designated a particular target in the Capital city of the Island. Unbeknownst to the Islanders, the weapons were each filled with VX gas, a deadly nerve agent capable of dealing death even by being absorThe missiles were to hit in a certain area where winds would blow towards the city, hopefully carrying the VX across the entire city and contaminating as much as possible.

Somewhere over Western Hataria

A small seaplane came into view over Western Hataria, it was clear to observers on the ground that the plane was having some trouble it kept diving and climbing, the pilot was desperately trying to keep the plane steady but he was low on fuel and plane was slightly damaged. When they arrived in over Itinerate Tree Dweller airspace the pilot turned to his passenger and said:
"Time to bail out", both men then grabbed there brief cases and put on their parachutes. They through open the plane doors; pulled their ripcords and glided towards the ground. Once they had landed they dusted themselves down and watched a group of mechanized roll towards them.


At the same time in Island City the forces of Very Small Island counted their losses.
70,000 civilians were thought to be dead with 100,000 more injured.
A third of the city had been reduced to rubble
15 type-59 and 6 T-72 tanks had been destroyed
Around 8,000 regulars and around 15,000 civil Guard were also dead
612 Imperial Guard were also dead.

Most of the trenches around the city had been hit although most of the network was still useable and may of the strong points had also stood up to attacks.
On the beaches in the west a few mobile infantry divisions were still resisting the Hatarian forces but they were taking heavy casualties, they had killed many enemies but they lacked the ammunition and numbers to push back the enemy, they were currently waiting for orders to pull back to Isalnd city.
In the east most of the mountain troopers and remaining civil Guard had pulled back to their tunnel complex to avoid the shelling.

OOC: VSI, did you respond to my gas attack?

Colerican airpower (F-11 Sabre's, F-15 Eagles, and F-16 Fighting Falcon's) are in the process of keeping a zone of air superiority in place over the ell-zee designated for the Imperial Marines while other fighters unleashed their furious cargo on any Very Small Island armored vehicles and bunkers/pill boxes they could find in sight. A bombing wing of B-2 Spirits, B-1B Lancers, and B-19 Condor LRB's was still en route from a Colerican airbase(s) on the main island and they would be heading for Island City and other established bombing sites to unleash their payload. The contigent of nearly eight thousand Imperial Marines were on their way, via LCAC's and helicopters to the beachhead established by Hataria. Their intent is too finish off the VSI resistance forces in the west before advancing further.

The Austian beachead had been established and now the 6 legions and ASS Legions where pressing forward, routing the enermy. They made there way to Row marvelling at the destruction that there bombers had unleashed, stepping over the fallen bodys of civillians and enermy soildiers, aiding the wounded. None of the pilots from the 10 lost aircraft haad survived

They encoutned heavy resistances they approched the Imperial Guard positions. Slowly they made there way, destroying each emplacement slowly but surly with as few casultys as possable.

Panic has spread through Island City. The gas attacks had caused many civilian casualties around 11,000 in total. Many more civilians had attempted to leave the city and travel east. Several large groups of people could be seen travelling east. Many of the civil guard had been killed by the gas, it was thought as many as 4,000 had died, over 2,000 regulars had also died, the Imperial guard were all equipped with equipment t to deal with gas attacks so had received few casualties.
In the mean time the agents who had landed in Western Hataria had identified themselves as members of the Very Small Island security force and had asked to speak with Grand General Daniel Reck.
The Imperial guard and regular troops around row were putting up stiff resistance to the approaching enemy. A group inside the city was also preparing to launch a counter attack on the enemy.

The enemy could be seen advancing towards the city, The commander of the cities defenses was watching and waiting to give the order to launch the attack. He judged when the time was right and gave the order. Many self-propelled gun and converted anti-aircraft guns opened fire along with soldiers equipped with Rpgs, hidden machine gun posts also opened fire. This barrage continued for around 50 minutes, by this point the self-propelled guns were running low on shells. After the bombard men stopped The Imperial Guard and regular infantry along with 15 type-59 tanks began there assault, the shelling had produced a large amount of smoke and this helped to cover the advance, Around 6,000 regulars and 2,000 Imperial Guard were involved in the attack along with 10,000 Civil Guard. After a short run they reached the enemy line and engaged in hand to hand fighting with the enemy. The Imperial Guard fought ferociously and ripped through many of there enemies, the regulars were engaged in fire fights in many areas as were the civil guard, The enemy were initially pushed back but as time wore on the VSI forces were forced to retreat to their trenches many units had received losses but it wasn’t yet clear how many men had been lost or how many enemies had been killed.

The Austians dived into cover as they where bomarded, losing around 40 men to the intial round of bombardment. There training took hold and they dug in, taking remarkably few casultys ovr the next 50 minuates when the bombardment ended.

AS the figures of the enermy appeared out the mist, the Armopured companys (Heavy Weapons) opened fire upon the tanks with there rocket launchers and missiles. the advanced technology knocking many tanks out.

The Austians moved into skirmish order like they had been trained, there highly accurate M-5 rifles accounting for many a enermy life. The explosians and RPG blast didn't affect the austians as muchas they where in a spread out formation and a enermy explosian would kill a pair at most. It was times like this when they where glad they didn't use tanks.

The austian had more ment, better technology, air support and better training. They knew there biggest advantage was in a fire fight so they pulled back, accepting that they had to lose ground to win the battle more touraghly. Some enermy did manage to invade one or two pairs in hand 2 hand combat but those soildiers broke and ran so as not to be bogged down.

Once the enermy retreated to the trenches the Austians held back, content to let the air force destroy the trench systems.

The Hatarians continued to attack, not retreating. 20 Troopers were Killed and 2 Tanks were destroyed, but The Hatarian Stormtroopers were still coming. "Don't Fall Back, Kill every enemy soldier you can get." Nadia said as she look at the battle.

On board the CSS Aastaron Tyranus, Admiral Jackson Trevor sat and watched a holo-display map of the Imperial Marines' landing site on the beaches of VSI and continued to monitor the status of the rest of his small fleet. The two battleships they had been waiting on had arrived and Trevor had ordered the shore bombardment to begin when all were ready. The Fireblood, an Imperator-class battleship was formidable all on its own, but when accompanied by its much larger older sister, CSS Monarch, a Tyrant-class battleship, other vessels seemed to be nothing but toy boats in a child's bathtub.

And there's the rubber ducky, Trevor thought as their radar sensors caught sight of a small vessel, perhaps a light frigate, of unknown nationality attempting to leave the shore, about sixteen miles east of the Colerican/Hatarian beachhead. The ship was well within sight of the visible eye, only eight or so miles from the Tyranus -- well within the firing range of the Colerican ships.

"Sir?" Rison asked.

"I see it, I see it. Get word out to all other Coalition members and ask whose ship that is. If no friendlies report back that they're short one vessel, you have my full authority to tell Admiral Prentice on board the Monarch to sink that without hesitation.

"Aye, Sir," Rison replied and went to work with sending out a communication to all Coalition nations inquiring as to the nature of this ship. "I repeat: any force within Coalition jurisdiction, are you missing a ship? We have what appears to be a light missile frigate exiting off the coast of VSI, sixteen-point-two miles from the Hatarian-Colerican beachhead on the western shores. Nationality is unknown as they are flying no colors. We are not reluctant to tag it to the bottom. Repeat: will sink if not identified."

After the failed counter attack in the east 2,615 civil guard had bee killed, along with 965 Regular infantry and 98 Imperial Guards, 9 of the type-59 tanks had also been destroyed and many men were now pulling back from the trenches into Row.
In the North most of the VSI army had been pushed back from the beaches and were now attempting to withdraw to Castle but they were under attack from the air and were finding it difficult to withdraw. The 2000 Imperial Guard and 20 Type-59 tanks were still in Castle, 500 more were being pulled back from defending the dam to join them.
In the west 2,161 mobile infantry had been killed along with 1,651 Civil guard the rest of the army in the west was pulling back to the defense works around Island City.

The 50,000 troops that was sent by General Paine arrived at beaches of VSI. As for Spartanox squadrons sent out by the Federation Fleet, they came back to their home carriers. The Helicopter squadron, however, landed near the beaches with the ground forces. The troops will have to camp there until further orders.

After receiving the order, Admiral Travis Prentice, on board the CSS Monarch, issued the order to open-fire on the unknown missile frigate. The four massive main turrets turned their eighteen inch guns (three per turret; twelve in total) towards the ship and unleashed a hellacious barrage of fire that hurled massive shells across the open water. Moments later, the shells exploded with devastating results, tearing apart the armor of the small frigate and catching fire wherever they struck. Prentice gave another order to alter the bombardment and two RGM-84 Harpoon Anti-Ship missiles were launched. They skimmed across the surface and struck the frigate at bow and stern, puncturing gaping holes in the vessel's armor right at the water line. Salty ocean water poured in through the wounds and began to flood the compartments. The shelling continued, blasting apart the frigate as the crew struggled with all they had to launch life rafts. Others simply leapt off the deck, falling to the water below. A few unlucky souls ran about the deck caught ablaze by the fires that continued to rage on deck as the ship began to take a list to the port side.

The 3rd battalion of regular army had pulled back from the fighting in the west against Hatarian forces, The civil Guard had covered the retreat and it was likely that many of them would be dead, 1,672 regular army troopers and 206 Imperial Guard had also been killed. The men who had pulled back drove all night to reach Island City. They were greeted by other army regular when they reached the first line of defense and were told where to dig in and prepare for enemy attacks.
At the same time beneath Island City the President had called together all the government ministers, he had been careful not to include any religious elements as they were known for being hard-line and would not be open to any type of diplomacy.
The President asked the minister for Home Affairs to give a report on the situation in Island City:

The continued presence of Aust and coalition forces in VSI will only led to a feeling of resentment, bitterness, hatred and eventual aggression by the people of VSI towards you. In another two or three months, VSI will be in a state of total choas with the people baying for the blood of coalition forces, a scene we do not wish to experience.

We propose that the city of Row become a Free City under the mandate of the coalition forces. Furthermore, we propose a declared date for the withdrawal of coalition forces and the commencement of elections for a new VSI government.

The coalition force will act as peacekeeping troops ntil stability and a goverment can be restoried, hopefully a democracy. We shall drop condition 2 but 5 remains non-negotable.

How could a coalition force which includes the Parthians ever hope to win the trust and respect of the VSI people? It is hopeless. Only an international force could act as neutral peacekeepers in this situation.

We agree to the stationing of coalition forces in the cities of VSI under the following conditions -

1] The Parthians is immediately ejected from the coalition.
2] An independent inquiry into how and why the Parthians used Chemical weapons against VSI, and that all coalition forces co-operate fully and openly with this inquiry.
3] The Parthians be held responsible for using Chemical weaponry before a Court of Human Rights.
4] Coalition forces withdraw from VSI cities within 1 year and bear the full cost of policing and maintaining these cities.
5] The city of Row become a Free City under the mandate of Aust for 15 years.

forces in Castle City are still fighting putting up light resistance 9 Imperial guards have been killed in the fighting, more forces will be arriving in the city shortly to help defend the city however was ask Spartanox forces to cease fighting for the duration of the peace talks, we ask all other Nations to do the same.

Our own peace terms are as follows:

1) Finanical reparations to the tone of $50 million dollars (enough to cover the cost of the Colerican invasion) to each nation with an additional five hundred million to Hataria. Additionally, one million dollars is to be paid to the families of every Coalition wounded or killed soldier.
2) An immediate end to all terrorism or sponsering of terrorism. Any known terrorists are to be turned over to the Coalition. Those in the government who were instrumental in funding/supporting the terrorists are to be turned over to the Coalition for trial.
3) A reduction in military force to under one hundred thousand strong. Defense budget is to be fixed at ten percent of your entire government budget.
4) The city of Row is to fall into Austian hands for control for at least a period of ten years. The United Empire of Colerica will be granted a naval base in a port city of our choosing.
5) The Coalition will assist in the reconstruction of your nation and your nation's economy.
6) Colerica will establish no-fly zones over sectors of your airspace. Any violation of these no-fly zones will be dealt with accordingly.
7) VSI will ultimately retain its sovereignty, but may be answerable to members of the Coalition in the future.
8) The Coalition will write a new Constitution for VSI.

All Colerican forces have been given the order to cease-fire and hold position. The fleet anchored is to do the same. Any infraction by VSI during these peace talks, however, will bring about an immediate cancellation of the cease-fire directive.

Aust concures to these terms of Colerica,we also suggest that VSI withdraw from Row for the time being until nogotiations are finished so Austian aid can come to the civillians of that city.

We fully agree with Colerican terms. All Parthian forces will stand down if VSI accepts these terms, but we would like to suggest to VSI that they turn over nationalized industries to private companies based in coalition nations and govern these companies by the law which applies in their nation.

The nations of the Coalition involved themselves in this conflict either on behalf of Hatara, as the United Empire did, or in a general sense in a fight against terrorism. Your nation attacked Hataria and have paid the price for it. Global IC:

On Board Shazbotdom 15, the crew was preparing for final approach to the conflicted zone. They were roughly 50 minutes from the quarentine zone (military zone patrolled by the coalition) and were broadcasting their national identification number over and over again, hoping that the coalition picks it up before it's too late. The Holy Empire had given the 20 Jumbo Jets diplomatic immunity so they would be allowed into the zone to extract any refugees from the area.

He then punches in a short but to the point telegram to the lead aircraft. On board Shazbotdom 1 (Lead), the co-pilot recieves it and hands it to the pilot. The pilot then is quick to get on the radio and send out a broad transmission.

Flights of F-78s flew into the sky loaded with AAMs, they were to be the escorts for the A-12 Barbarian ground attack aircraft. Their target was simple, satellite scans and intelligence had shown large numbers of Island civilians were fleeing east from the capital, and the F-78s were to escort the A-12s there so they could strike. Any enemy planes which attempted attack would in turn be engaged.

Captian Zarathustra Chehrazi could see the highway stretched out in front of him, packed with the cars of civilians in traffic. Wheeling his plane around, and then turning it so he was flying along the course of the roadway, he pushed his stick down slightly and pushed the trigger, sending explosive 30mm shells down the roadway, tearing apart vehicles and setting off hundreds of explosions. Civlians with cars trapped in traffic began to get out of their cars and flee, which prompted Captian Chehrazi's planes he commanded to strafe groups of fleeing civilians. Other planes dropped napalm on the roadway while more strafed and bombed the civilian refugees.

5,000 planes flew above the ruins that was row, to the south the city was in ebtter shape but here, in the north, it was completly and utterly destroyed.There was a flare of light as the first bunker buster hit the ground then a whole serise of explosians as 50,000 bombs and missiles smashed into the city, each bomb capable of destroying a building or penitrating a bunker. how could the enermy survive down there amid the flames and death, among the constant explosians. They ahd had constant assult of this nature for the past 4 days. Surley they would break.

It had been a slow task, building by building the Austians where having to fight the enermy, hand to hand confrentations in ruininged rooms, each step having to be tested for traps by minesweepers.

Hovercrafts packed with men and soldiers sped towards the beaches of VSI as the shells of the superdreadnoghts slammed into the coast. These Islanders will pay for the loss of your men, I propose creating a famine to bring them to surrender. Using Agent Orange on their crops or crop blight will kill off their food supplies and lead to a famine.

The Spartanox Ground forces started an attack on the city again. With the help of the Helicopter squadron from the Federation Fleet, the city will fall easily. The M1A2 Abrams were first to act as they bombard the city from a safe distance. Few minutes later, soldiers marched forward.

General Johnson (thinking): "..hmmm..It seems that the enemy retreated to the south...They have nowhere to go, the Aust army is in the south..."

Use it upon the North,we intend to keep the south as a Austian coloney and thus are being selective about the damage we do here. Most of the key idnustrys and countryside are free and we have been distrbuting. I suggest a chemical attack upon there capital to bring this war to a swift end or a small nuclear blast.

A chemical attack has been attempted already, my forces were given the order to utilize a minor VX strike upon the capital, but I think fully surrounding the capital and using a few hundred artillery guns to shell the city with VX and blister agent or using over 100 cruise missiles and IRBMs will cause enough damage to end the war. Either that, or massive airstrikes utlizing large amounts of incindiary weapons to cause firestorms which sweep across the city would be a wonderful idea.

We have around 9,000 regular infantry and 1,600 imperial Guard left in Row,

Thousands of small boats attempted to leave VSI although they took heavy losses from shelling by the coalition fleet a few still made it past the blockade. At the same time many fighters and civilians fled the cities and tried to make it to the mountains in the east. In the Capital many of the men who had been put in prison had been freed, some had moved to the coast and attempted to leave in the small boats. Others had attempted to flee to the mountains, the Government had abandoned their posts and much of the army had melted away into the cities. All state run services had been stopped. The last new broadcast had been made a few hours ago. The newsreader read out a government statement, which said:
"Any Nations whose forces have entered Very Small Island will face attacks from the government backed terror group The Island Sons. We will not distinguish between civilians or soldiers in future attacks and will use any means possible to hit back at our enemies; this war will not be over until all of our enemies are dead. We still have agents abroad and will begin attacks as soon as possible."

Operation Just Starvation

New orders went out to the Parthian fleet, F/A-91s armed with drop tanks full of Agent Orange and escorted by F-78s were to spray fertile farmland in the north with the defoliant, in an attempt to kill off crops and induce a famine. Combined with Parthian soldiers that would maurade around the north burning things and pillaging, it was hoped food supplies to the Island's north and south would run low and people would starve.

In addition, full orders were given for the use of long range strategic bombing raids on the major cities of VSI, their orders were to hit certain areas with large numbers of firebombs, so massive firestorms would immolate whole sections of the city and drive civilians out as refugees so the ground attack aircraft could strafe and bomb them.

Castle City:

The Spartanox forces are at ease in the city. Soldiers are beginning to sit down and rest after a hard battle. The tanks started moving in the city. Helicopters started landing.

They were caught by surprise as a bullet hit Private 2's head and died instantly. The enemies are still in the city...but not a lot. The enemy opened fired without warning. Once again, gunshots began in the city. Soldiers were screaming.

The force were divided into groups as they hunt down the rest of the enemy.

Flight Immolation: Over the Capital of VSI

50 B-52 bombers were scattered high over the city escorted by F-79 fighters. The nation's government had rapidly collapsed, and soon, so would the capital city. The first 10 bombers in the group had bomb bays filled to the brim with VX bombs, and as they approached the city center, they unloaded the bombs. At 1500 feet, they exploded, releasing the VX gas which sank down and spread downwind, the wind carried the potent gas down its path, bringing death to the unwitting people wandering the streets.

The Second flight of 40 bombers were to hit areas not affected by VX gas. They were loaded with incindiary weapons, which were designed to be dropped in one general area which would start firestorms that spread across the city and burn it to ash.

Citizens who fled from the city would be strafed and bombed by A-12 strike aircraft, and those who managed to successfully flee would find the food supplies of the country running out.

IC: Hrstrovokia, you will not be allowed isndie Austian terratorial waters which extend for 50 miles around the city of row and the adjourning 1000 square miles. This is now Austian terratory, or shall be once the last few who resist are delt with.

The last resistance in Row was beign stifled, the 10,000 enermy soildiers had been finally surrounded, they where outnumebred, out genned and out generaled in a brutel city conflict lasting 6 day and which had taken the lives of almost 400,000 people, mostly civillians and 6,000 Austian coloneys.

More troops where being ferryed in, legionarres and reservists to decure the land. A airport was being constructed on the far side of the island to ferry in supplys and already the technical legiosnw ehre getting to work on Row's ports and building, which had been left undamaged by the bombings.

Aid was being rushed in and though the conflict was not over eyt the Austian public, watching through the eyes of ABC where expecting it to be declared very soon. preperations for a massive party wher underway.

The correct response to a government that sponsors terrorism is to remove the government and replace it with one more reasonable. Attempting to exterminate the civilian populace of the nation the terrorists are from is insanity.

In light of the actions of some of the participants in this debacle, Axis Nova will be re-examining it's relationship with Aust and Parthia.

Nadia's Army soon was on the Move and heading for Island City. Bombers abd Fighters were now attacking all defenses near the city, Droping Bunker Busters and Napalm Bombs on the enemy. Serena had ordered Nadia to take The captial and rise the Hatarian Flag above the city.

Nadia knew that the Battle of Island City would be a fight to the finish and the the enemy would defend it to the death. "Have the Armored Divisions go in front of the Infantry, and once we are near the City, start Bombarding it." she ordered.
