The nation of Very Small Isalnd Has will attempt to develope chemical weapons as its main means of defence. We already have small stocks of chemicla weapons and intend to go into full scale production when we have the means to. We will not be afraid to use these weapons if any nations shows aggression towards us. Despite our small size we will has ways to use these weapons against our enemys no matter who they are. We are not a member of the UN and cannot be affected by UN resolutions. Any nation attempting to stop us developing such weapons will feel the wrath of our military.

If you are issuing this as a threat, please stop and trethnk it. Chemical weapons themselves, if you use them properly, will probably be a good deterrant in your nation against attack. But blatantly threatening other nations with them in a "preemptive" attack ideology will cause alarm and have others attack you first.
Please clarify this, is it a threat, or a plea for allies or help? Because I have no idea wether to attack you, help you, or laugh at you.

OOC, interesting idea. It seems everyone devlopes nukes as a deterrant and you went a different way. I applaud the effort to be different.

OOC: Although this is a decleration that we will develope the weapons as a deterrant the idea that we may use them in a preemptive is just to show that my nation is a Volatile Rogue state.

The Hoth Manufacturing corporation notes that since the purpose of these weapons is made specifically vague as both defense and preemptive strikes were mentioned, it would seem the purpose of the development of them is in a not-so-subtle ploy to invade nearby nations under the pretense that they opposed the production of the weapons. However, wanting to stay relatively away of global affairs for the time being, the company does not pledge its support either for or against the development of these weapons.
We would like to add, however, that if you need a well-equipped infantry division, please consider the purchase of Hoth Manufacturing Model G battle armor (OOC: Link below). With incredible strength and air filters that act as gas masks, it would be the perfect match for your gas-wielding army.
