Yesterday , at around 2 PM in the afternoon , while the Mationland Royal Navy were having military exercises with fellow CSN Nations , a ship from the Kingdom of Yauwan entered the exercise waters . It was mistaken for one of the 30 target practice ships (it was in the firing zone) and therefore was fired upon . We were shocked to see that there were people flying out from the ship into the waters . We immediately sent a Rescue Chopper to pick up the survivors . We have identified them as Yauwaners . It is reported that there were 20 people on the ship , of which 13 were killed . The rest were seriously wounded .
We would appreciate if the Kingdom of Yauwan would send a envoy to further identify the survivors and bring them back to the Kingdom of Yauwan . We appologise for this tragedy but will not fully claim responsibility for this incident . The ship could not be identified at first as it looked similar to the test fire ships and it was not carrying any national flag . We will agree to pay the Yauwan Government 1 Million MLD (Mationland Dollar) for the ship and pay 50,000 MLD to the families of the killed .
