"Earlier today in the Rillorian capital of Rilloria, thousands of demonstrators crowded the streets to protest continued Camprisian military presence and the disregard of their continued struggle for a peaceful independance from Campris. Rilloras is a colony of the Kingdom of Campris, and is governed by a Magistrate from the Camprisian Parliament. Recent riots had put the Camprisian military on full alert and tension between the Camprisian Army and Rillorian extremist groups culminated in the city square. A Mechanized Infantry Brigade was dispatched to disperse the gathering mob. As they arrived, they were attacked by the protesters who threw bricks and petrol bombs. About three hours into the ordeal, several Rillorian protesters alledgedly opened fire on Camprisian Army personnel. The soldiers fired back killing seventeen Rillorian citizens and wounding thirty one. The riot quickly dispersed after the incident. The bodies were searched but not weapons were found."

"The military units acted with the utmost discipline. They came under fire from rebel snipers and returned fire. The mob dispersed and order was restored."
"General Brown! Lance McCree Rillorian News, What do you have to say about the fact that no weapons were found on any of the victims?"
"Many soldiers reported that after the gunmen were shot and killed, other protestors took their weapons and left the area."
"What about the large amount of casualties?"
"The units in the area only fired when they were fired upon, and only at protestors who posed a lethal threat to them, no more questions!"
