Sunday, July 10th, 2005. World News Wire.

A board formed by the Collage of Deacons in Willivine announced a novel plan to ship their national products, recreational drugs. In a official statement released to the media, they outlined their plans.

“Even though our nation has adopted a no shipping policy to nations who's laws prohibit the selling or distribution of drugs. We have seen the lengths of their fanaticism against drugs, and how far they will go to oppress the rights of other nations to sell and ship them around the world. All ready we have recorded seven incidents of other nations navies and law enforcement violating our sovereign air and water space to observe our shipping activities.

Therefore we have decided to look into the possibility of buying other nations older surplus nuclear submarines. Then retrofitting them from purposes of war to cargo shipping. There by freeing our efforts to ship our nations products from this intrusive invasion of illegal observation and spying. Despite their claims of protecting their nations sovereignty against drugs, they seem all to eager to trample ours. And we feel these actions border on the line of international economic warfare and terrorism.”

Having set aside a sizable amount of their defense budget for this effort, the nation of Willivine has begun taking bids from other nations on their older nuclear submarines. And is also looking to invest in unmanned aircraft probes like the ones used to observe them, except hoping to make them air mobile radio, electronic, and radar jamming stations. There by defeating other nations efforts to document and disrupt their shipping efforts. Further more they plan to buy satellite time to observe the actions of other nations seeking to document, and disrupt their shipping.

General Kafkin, head of Willivine internal security said the following on the matter.

“If they have the right to spy on us, then we have the right to spy on them in return. Where and how we ship our product is our and our trade partners business alone. And should be free of other fanatical nations efforts to stop drugs beyond their own borders. Our nation has made the pledge to not knowingly ship drugs to any nation that has requested we not do so through our state department. That being the case, their continued efforts to observe our shipping efforts is a subtle threat to our economic plans. A way of saying, we have our eye on you, and are looking to make sure you'll never make a dime.”

When asked for what plans they have if other nations continue to invade their air and water space to observe their activities, the General added.

“Simple, we won't fire a shot. We'll clearly document the incident. And show to the rest of the world just how far these supposed efforts by other nations to protect their sovereignty our in fact invasions of ours. We clearly feel this will show other nations how dangerous and war like these actions are. And hope through political pressure, not threats of military force as they have done, that the rest of the world will publicly denounce these actions.”
