On behalf of the newly revived United States, the freedom loving people of the South Pacific formally request that your government sever all ties to the evil empire that is Whittier-- and all nations that have relations with Whittier.
In return we offer a defensive alliance.
In return for a free trade agreement we also ask that you cut all trade ties with said nations.

the diplomatic proposition of yours is nothing but a forced alliance. an embargo just because a nation doesnt want to make the alliance? democracy is a great ideal in my opinion but did you even bother to find out how the whittier citzens felt about the empire? why is this empire evil? did it invade you? i really dont see the good in this. even I, an ally of the thomish empire who is an enemy of hataria, is opposed this dispicable act. should this embargo come to pass i will support hataria. that is if relations with the thomish empire and hataria improve.
