Okies... I'm considering making a factbook for my nation. Trouble is, I need to know my exact territory (among other things), and to do that, to make it easier, I guess I have to determine which Earth I'm on.
I have no clue how however, and thus, I need your help. Oh, and before you put up Earth IV as a possibility, don't, because I consider it too restricting. I want to be able to determine the Earth I'm on, (if that means a new Earth has to be created) and that my territory is determined by my number of people, if possible. (Which are currently at 1.274 I believe...)
So... yeah, can anyone help me on this? Thanks.

Don't bother with Earths. Think of it like this. Your territory is whatever you want it to be.
You can do it 2 ways.
1: You can open MSPaint or something and draw your own map from scratch.
2: You can take a real map, and mark out territory as your own.
You don't have to follow any national borders but those you impose on yourself, and you don't have to worry about others using the same territory for their maps, because in NS land is unlimited.

OOC: When describing your total territory and land area, you can include multiple Earths. Take, as a case in point, my factbook. I've listed my NSEarth holdings (a.k.a., Halberdgardia itself), as well as the three planets I've colonized thus far (planning on adding a few more to that list soon ;))

OOC: Just decide how big you think your country is, and how crowded you think it is/ought to be. For example, my country's population's at 275 million; just under that of the U.S. Therefore, I've made my country approximately the same size (well, it was 2/3 the size, but I'm upping it now). Feel free to copy any/all of my factbook format if you want, JS, just let me know. The Silver Sky copied the whole thing without asking, and while I do subscribe to the whole "copying is the highest form of flattery" deal, I would still prefer people at least say, "Hey, I like your factbook, mind if I copy the layout?" first. You'll find, though, that it's mostly just a CIA factbook entry with some key modifications, mostly for RP purposes.
