As a large part of our government is based on the principles of Communism we request to join.

Just as a note, especially for nations supporting but not joining, you don't have to be a communist to join, merely support for the ideal and not supressing communism in your own country. As long as your citizens have chosen the form of government you now hold then its your business what it is, that odesn't prevent you from joining this league.

The United States of Rome would like to withdraw its membership to the league. The reason is that we, the Roman people, have taken a different diplomatic, political, and economic stance of semi-neutrality and capitalism.
