The Marines take note of the hostility of the room and head back to Kamel. The last thing they wanted to do was inform the Emperor the head of Foriegn Affairs had been killed in a brawl at the wedding.

*chrysanus noded her head out of respect and said*
" gentalmen, please dont let me the cause of a fight....altho if it came down to it iam afraid none of you would stand a chance"
* she smirked as she was saying the last part, and sarted to what apeared to be rearangeing the skirt of her dress, when she was done she folded her hands, waiting to see what their reaction would be*

Paulo hissed at Chrysanus again. How dare she speak to him like this? But, he didn't put his anger into words. He knew a thing or two about dragons (though not much about fairy's) and he knew that if she had even inherited 1% of a dragons strength, he wouldn't stand a chance. Anyway, fist fighting was for dirty apes he thought but he quickly pushed this thought out of his head, aware as he was now that the 'Hybrid' could hear what he was thinking. He instead turned to Lucian. 'I wish to talk to Lord Marcus in a moment. But for the moment I will speak to lord Carius'.
As much as it pained him to treat a human as an equal, he was still accutley aware of the huge sword that Carius was in possesion of. He put a hand out to guesture to him to walk. 'Will you walk with me while we talk. I find it relaxing'.

Lucian nods slightly, stepping back from them. "My father would be honored to speak with you once...business here is concluded." He smiles softly. "I shall await you; go with the grace of the Gods" He bows; turning to rejoin his father across the hall

Chrysanus noded, smiled and said," wise choices, if you will excuse me, iam going to take a look at the gardens,you will find me there"
she then turned and walked briskly out of the hall

As they walked, Paulo observed the man. 'A strange weapon to have in this day and age' he said, nodding towards the sword. 'Very old fashioned. Or does it have some other purpose I wonder?' His eyes flashed grey as he asked the questions.

"I get that alot, but when it boils down to it, I often lead charges and such, we have very different tactics, but we are not afraid to assault the enemy head-on, this is an heirloom, The Celestial Sword, which was presented to me at age 18, it features a disruptive energy field, which will slice through metal, bone, or anything else as easily as a knife through butter, you yourself could cut a pillar in half with this as easily as picking up a glass, no offense to you."

Paulos eyes flashed red. 'No offence taken,' he said sharply, before continuing. 'So you are human. What planet exactly do you come from, if you don't mind me asking, because mankind is sprawled across this Universe everywhere. No offence meant' he said, his eyes now glowing yellow.

*I was bron on Cadia, a military world, but I have since moved to Terra VII, the capital of TCS, and risen to my current rank.*

*she walks until she is at the vary back of the garden near an old fountain, she lays down on the bench there to look at the stars and falls asleep*

'Excuse me for a second.", Carius says as he picks us Chrysanus and carries her to his shuttle, placing on a bed in a spare room as he walks outside to resume his conversation.*

Lucian whirled about as he listened, his eyes flaring within his helmet, rivetted once again upon Carius
Cadia....A Cadian? He smirked, heading to his father, his thoughts flowing to his black master like liquid.

Marcus chuckled softly.

Paulo continued to walk and contemplate. 'Interesting friend you have there' he said. 'Very... impulsive.' He looked at Carius. 'So, what rank do you hold Lord Carius? Are you a leader of the humans. You must understand' he hissed 'I know little of humankind.'

"She has a hot temper, but she's actually quite nice once you get to know her. But as for your other question, I'm actually a Primarch, a genetically-enhanced soldier-general, who leads a chapter, a 1000-man army, of Space Marines, genetically-enhanced super soldiers."

* Obviously* the thought rang throught paulo's head
and then silence,he realized the thought was not his own

Paulo had thought that he heard the 'Hybrid' speak, but she was no longer in the room, so he shook his head and continued. 'You are not human?' His mood lifted slightly at hearing this. 'What is your planet like Lord Carius?' he asked. 'I do not believe that I'm familiar with it'.

*paulo, why do you despise those that are differant than you?* this time the thoughts came more softly, he almost missed it,

And then Paulo understood. *You must be quite a powerful telepath if you're contacting me from another room* he thought. *And you misunderstand me. I don't hate those who are different. I hate those who are inferior. Mankind are nothing but a group of hysterical apes that run their lives based on their emotions. Their intellect does not warrant them a place with the higher species of life. This is why I, and the rest of my race, hate them.*

* ah, i was correct then, have you ever taken the time to get to know one?*
*you may find that you look up to your race for your intellect*
*also you may find that telepathy has nothing to do with power, just concentration, why do you think i fell asleep?*

Paulos eyes flashed yellow. *Yes of course. I'm not much of an expert in telepathy.* His eyes flashed yellow again. *And of course I have never got to know a human. Have you ever gotten to know an ant?*

* yes, try to meet one, there not as apeish as you think*
the soud of bells filled his head,he realized she was laughing

Paulos eyes flashed grey. *You're very odd to me. Why do you mingle with lesser species?*

* i dont view them as being in lower, just differant*

*But they have a lower intellect than you. Does that not make them inferior?*

*no, look at carius, his genetic makeup wont alow me to talk to him in this way, that does not make him inferior, its the way he was created, just as you can only express emotion in your eyes*

Paulo looked at Carius. *He is certainly strong, and tall.* He stopped for a second. *He stinks of emotions. I can smell that he feels some kind of protection toward you, and another distinct emotion I can never quite name. He grabbed the sword when I mentioned your heritage negatively. Impulsive as the next creature.* His eyes flashed yellow. *Your emotions, I cannot sense, even when I stood right next to you. You hide them well, like my race.'

* ah yes my tall friend, the emotion you are looking for is most likely compassion, though i may be mistaken; also you have shown me that the reason that you most dispise humans and the like is because of their strength, you prefer to meet others in a battel of whit's*

*We do not envy human strength* Paulo insisted, but in the back of his mind, *Yes we do, we fear them*. He shook his head, as if trying to rid the thought by throwing it out of his brain. He hissed. But his eyes immediately softened to a deep yellow colour. *You are kind, something I'm afraid I'll never understand. I do not understand the compassion this man feels for you, or the compassion that you can feel for those inferior to you.* His eyes turned grey. *We do not register such complex emotions. It makes it harder to live the way that we do*.

* just because you dont understand some thing does not mean you should hate it, i dont quite understand you and yet i have no reason to hate you*

Paulo had thought that he heard the 'Hybrid' speak, but she was no longer in the room, so he shook his head and continued. 'You are not human?' His mood lifted slightly at hearing this. 'What is your planet like Lord Carius?' he asked. 'I do not believe that I'm familiar with it'.

"I am the what is Humanity's idea of the perfect warrior, I suppose you could say I am not entirely human, as I have very different traits, my strength being x4 that of an average human, my intelligence, twice the normal human's, but I still retain humanity, I am human in every other way...

My planet is a human one, and is fortified to protect it's race from unsavory elements."

The Eternal knowing hostilities were gone departed and knwoing much from his long life went amongst Paulo and Carius and said," Neither of you are higher then the other to me, though I am ancient beyond the measure of mortals."

Paulo shook his head as the two men (well if you could call the Eternal a 'man' as such) in the same room as him began to speak again.

He looked from the Eternal to Carius. His eyes flashing grey once more. 'You have the same emotions as a human' he said to Carius 'And they betray you in the same way. But you are much more than a mere human. You are very intelligent, something that we value.'

He turned to the Eternal 'I forgot to give you the gift I brought.' He held out his hand to reveal a glowing blue stone. 'A gift of peace to one of the greatest civilizations known to the Universe'. He waited for the Eternal to take it.

"When did greatness have anything to do with age? If you would be so kind, please do not interupt. But I thank you for your repesct."

The Eternal bowed his head in gratitude and said," Thank you and I also have something for you.'

He took out a box of a strange silver like substance and opened inside was a grand jewel the size of a man's hand.

*paulo, would you happen to know where i am?*
* somthing has changed*

"Thank you very much, sir. Excuse me whilst I retrieve something from my ship to return the favor...", said he as he walked off toward the ship, his cape billowing in the nightly air.

'Thank you' said Paulo, his eyes flashing in gratitude. He then flinched again, shaking his head a little, a characteristic that was causing those around him to look at him with suspicion. He had been doing it for a little while now.

*Hello Hybrid, I haven't asked your name yet. Did you want to speak to me?*

* ah yes i was, i was wondering if you know where i have been moved to, something has chaged and i acnt figue out what*
* the name is chrysanus, um one more thing, stop twitching, i wont bite you*

Paulos eyes flashed grey. *I can't say I do know where you are. What has changed Chrysanus?*

*Phrosty opened the door into Chrysanus' room and woke her gently, placing the large gem in her hand, as he picked up two ornate daggers, closed her door after activating the security, and going to deliver the presents.*

* i am not sure, o well i will find out, nice talking to you*

Paulos eyes flashed grey again and he shook his head. Very, very odd, he thought. He then continued his trek across the room.

*Carius handed the two men the daggers, thanked them, and returned to his transport.*

"Are you all right, Chrysanus?", he said gently.

" iam fine, i would check with your gard however, he may not be"
she was laughing

*"My guards are marines, they wouldn't harm you. Did the pilot do something?", he said ,concern obvious in his voice.

Lucian made his way across the room to Paulo; bowing lightly. "My Father shall see you now, sir" He intoned, before turning from the man, his armored bulk heading back across towards his father, Marcus.

There waited the Daemon Emperor; that ancient power that held the fate of an Empire in its clawed talons...

'Thank you my Lord' Paulo said bowing. But then a great pain seized him and he doubled over, his eyes turning a deep shade of blue. This could only mean one thing. Another member of the Family had been injured (the Family can feel eachothers pain). He straightened up, the pain subsiding. Who had been hurt?

*"My guards are marines, they wouldn't harm you. Did the pilot do something?", he said ,concern obvious in his voice.

"ah no i have not seen your pilot, the guard did not harm me, but i came close to almost killing him"

*Carius, dressed in a combat jump suit, sat at the end of the bed.*

"Erm. Why, and how..."

"um well...ah...the best way to discribit would be....um...o yes...i woke up, and did not know were i was at first about the same time someone came in the room and i...uh...slightly attacted him"
"attack first, think later, instinct befor learnd behavior"
"i hope i did not cause to much dammage"

*Carius turned whiter than the sheets and left the room, returning 5 minutes later.*

"Thank goodness, all it was was a minor flesh wound, he'll be all right in about five minutes, marines are tough. Are you ready to leave? Do you wish for me to stay here or leave you in privacy?"

" i will go with you, i need to move around a bit"
" iam glad to hear he will be ok, i would not to half to attempt to out run the justice system on account of murder"

"He's not too happy with you at the moment though, so I'd avoid conversation with him.", Carius said as he led her back ito the party, "Just tell me when your ready to leave...", he said.

Lucian turned, tilting his head slightly as he watched Paulo. "Are you ok?" He asked, walking back over to him, looking down. "Can I get you anything? Aid you in someway? What do you need?"

'Have you got any way in which I can contact the rest of the Family. One of them has been injured, I felt it. I need to know what is going on'. The pain had subsided, but a blue tint still remained in his eyes.

"I have a long-range radio in my transport.", Carius interjected.

Paulo looked at him suspiciously. Then, 'Thank you. Please lead the way.' He turned back to Lucian. 'I will be back soon to talk with your father.' He then turned, preparing to follow Carius.

*Carius took Chrysanus by the hand and led the Eternal to the transport, switching on the Vox-Pict feed station, he showed the Eternal how to use it.*

OOC: Just to let you know, Paulo isn't an Eternal, he is part of another species.

Paulo tapped through to the Family line and begun to hurridly discuss events with the other nine members of the Family Vespeterium located in their Palace.

" no one, i apologize, my mind was wondering"

"I'll stay here in case he needs help operating", Carius said, seating himself on a couch.*

" would you mind if i headed back to the party?"
she asked smiling*

"Go right ahead, just be careful, and stay away from those Chronosian chaos dogs. Tell me iuf you need anything..."

" thank you i will" she said
*as she turnd to walk out of the ship she pulled a stiletto out of the bodice of her dress, the handel was wrought in blue gold and the blade was double edged and as black as night.* *all those in the transport room saw was a slight glimmer in her hand as she walked out the door*

Paulo stood up to his full height. His eyes had returned to their normal black. 'Everythings fine' he said, more to himself than anybody. 'Apparantly my brother Reein Sovo Axes Vespeterium got into a bit of a fight with the Jedi Knights of all people. A long term enemy. Anyway, I must speak to Lord Marcus'. He brushed out of the room without so much as looking back and made his way over to where Lord Marcus and his son were standing.

*Carius, quite bored with the formal event, and not wanting to ruin the wedding by killing the chaos dogs, went into an open bedroom, flopped on the bed, and waited for Chrysanus to finish her business at the party before they left for Terra VII.*

* as she entred the hall she realized that she was not tall enough to see over the crowd so she took a running step and launched in to the air, her eyes surching the crowd below her*
* not seeing who ever she was looking for she turnd and droped down to the empty second floor,and then headed back to the ship*

"Ready to go?", Carius said as he double-check the systems.*

" yes,lets get out of here"
*she smiled and gave him a hug, still clutching her blade and walked out of the room in surch of food*

*Carius smiled and ordered the pilot to take off, showing Chrysanus the kitchen.*

Marcus, in all his transfigured daemonic girth, smiled of all things, as Paulo approached. "Ah, welcome" He bowed lightly. "I am Marcus De Drakan, Emperor of the Chronosian Imperium; listen not to fables you will hear of our culture, but come. Sit" He gestured. "What can I do for you, here at this celebration?"

The Sword about his waist shuddered, whispering in its treacherous tongue as Marcus laid a steadying, calming hand upon it.

OOC: Just to make it clear I am the only one who rps as the Eternals.

Paulo bowed slightly. 'Good evening Lord Marcus. I am Lord Paulo Von Gerrit Vespeterium III. I have something for you'. He reached into his robes, bringing out a glowing blue stone. 'A gift of peace, from our race to yours.' His eyes flashed a light grey. 'I wonder if you'd mind explaining some aspects of your culture. I have heard... rumours about you.' His eyes flashed yellow.

Mercer walked up to Emperor Marcus with Kyou in tow and he began to cordially speak to him, "Greetings Emperor Marcus. I wish to know how Remiel fairs after our little...........conflict. He is a great warrior you should be proud. I have fought many including the Bloody Avatar and Remiel is only second to him." Even just standing near the Emperor his sword, Kusanagi, could sense his power and the danger he presented and thus began to crackle in it's sheath at his side. A blue and red nimbus crackled around the sheath and many would be able to see the sparks coming from it. As best as he tried Mercer could not quiet the blade.

The Eternal weary of the company of those of the younger races went to try to either find a Gaian knowing though they are of the yuonger races they are worthy peoples or an Ascendant.

Kamel gets the news from the Antaran Central Command via communicator: The Empire and the Hegemony may rejoin the Republic.

Marcus tilted his head, almost mockingly examining Mercer, before turning wordlessly from him.
"Of course" He smirked to Paulo "What exactly are these rumors; all good I hope."
He paused for a moment before turning back to Mercer.
"I expect this to be a happy occasion, Dratherian. You have survived one death, now please, leave my presence. I have enough to worry about save you babbling of your battles with my progeny. I hope you earned the scars he gave you. Now, as you can see, I have business to attend to. Lucian, is yours to bother if you wish it."

Marcus turned to face Paulo again "Now, where were we; ah yes, you were mentioning rumors?"

Paulos eyes flashed yellow. He liked the way this man dealt with those 'lesser species'. (OOC: don't take offence Dratheria, my guys are arrogant and self obsessed).

IC: 'All monkey talk I'm afraid. You know, humans. They hate you,' his eyes flashed a deeper shade of yellow 'which is the main reason why I think I should like you. Anybody the apes judge to be bad is a potential friend of the Family.'

The Eternal stumbles upon the Avian Lord and his daughters agaian and says to them," There are many different types of sentient beings here surely this a testimony to the expanse and diversity of the Ascendancy."

*Wedding Day*

The air was bright, crisp and alive with this single theme. The fireworks and celebrations had dusked down to a reverant time of prayer and building anticipation. In the end, everyone had become focused on the next few hours.

Everything was down to when the Wedding Chamber would be filled, and see what the final secret of it all was. With all the celebration, all was distracted away from 'what' the wedding itself would be like.

A Power marrying three now goddesses wasn't the thing that lent to a typical standard wedding theme.

This was akin only gods could dream.

The forests attested, and the thick white carpets all around shown to the majesty that was approaching.

Aleaic is found in another Overlook, this time 'away' from the Palace, and in a specially constructed tower of crystal, with all sight of the central continent, where the wedding would be held, within a large white dome scuplted to be like a vast white rose.

Aleaic chuckles. "Talk about 'all' out."

Soon, he would be dressing in his royal groom's robes. The suprise however was also his to have even here.

The company of Eternals remeet and discuss what had progresses that day and most of them were well pleased if what had happened except Lord Alavri because he had wished to get to know Lord Aleaic himself and his daughters more.

The Eternals knew something that none else did that the Eldest One, Lord of the Eternals and mightesy of them, and he would come with his full company of his house and people such an event had not occured in many hundreds of millions of years.

Meanwhile....

"Got in himmel! What a mess!"

Johanna arrived on White Diamond to find the place abuzz. Well, in hused tones anyway. She knew that there was something happening by the sound of things....she heards something about a wedding maybe? The news may have made it onto her ship, but for all she knew, she may as well have been too busy with breathing exercises to notice.

She turned and asked the chobit that followed her, Niruti, was ist?, "Do you know what's happening here?"

Kamel enjoys himself with some vodka and other drinks. The Marines monitor how much he drinks. They do not want the head of Foriegn Affairs to get drunk and embarrass the Empire.

Paulo had sat up through the night. With only 2 hours of night on his planet, there wasn't much time to sleep. He wondered expectently what the Wedding would be like. Marriage wasn't an institution in his planet (due to the fact that the species is all male, and reproduce independently). This was an exciting time. It was also a chance to try and create new alliances. But that would have to wait until after the Wedding.

Niruti was following, and greeting other Chobits and souls met along the way, when she was asked. They were in a guest chamber center about a kilometer in the central continent's mountains, a huge seven kilometer sized, futuristic looking medieval palace-fortress. All the guests were here, away from the Wedding Palace and Groom's Palace.

"Surely you will want to witness what you might be a part of sometime soon. The wedding of His Excellency and his three original loves. A long and romantic story interspaced within the history of this nation.

Johanna's face grew into an expression mixed with cold and warmth; on one hand, she would finally get her mother and father to be quiet, and get married-to a royal, of all peoples! Of course, there was the security liabilities, and the fact that she'd have to compete for attention-possibly-with the others mentioned. Clearly, not an easy task.

She said to Niruti, "Very interesting. When will this take place?"

At the same time, she was cooking up a very good reason to get close to Aleric. After all, nobody would believe a tale of psychic visions and destiny, right?

To meet Lord Aleaic secretly came the Eldest One of the Eternal race had came in robes that hid his true form from all save the one he had come to meet. Any who tried to stop him he just looked into their eyes with his terrible eyes that were full of light, but periced all those that gazed into his eyes.

By the time the Elder Eternal arrived, Aleaic was already fitted in his grooms robes, attended with Lord Tenchi and Lord Azusa, his chosen best men.

However by this time, they were just about to leave for the Wedding Palace, as the sound of hover-limos float up below the Groom's Palace.

General Marius heads to the wedding. The Imperial Guardian that was takeing him was going as fast as possiable. The Head of Foriegn Affairs keeps drinking and gets his guards to join him. The drunken display ended up pretty violent with both Kamel and a guard on the ground bleeding and cursing each other.

Afterwards, Gaian Med-Techs end up taking the Deatharons (yet again) to a Med-Center to quickly heal them up in no less than an hour.

General Marius finally arrives and beams down to the Gaian palace. He decides to find Kamel and his guards and see if Deatharon tradition was being upheld. He personally prayed that it was not.

Paulo began to make his way to the Wedding.

Johanna decided to act now, otherwise the opportunity would be lost. She told Niruti, "Stay here."

She waltzed up to the guards, and introduced herself to them. She then asked: "I am Johanna van der Tromp, People's Acolyte Second Class. May I see the Groom? It is very important."

To emphasize the point, she spoke using the Force, and even secretly did the Jedi Mind Trick, to drive the point home.....

The Eldest One said," Mortal leader of the Gaians I have come to give you me blessing upon your marriage and your days after."

OOC Kyle said I need to do more stuff on the Forums and he suggested this thread so I thought I might try if thats ok. Tell me if it's not or if I do something wrong.

A Thunderhawk touched down outside of the the Chapel and a solitary figure stepped out of the the ship followed by two guards. This is the Emperor and he walked forth in shining armor and walked up to the groom and offered a briefcase. Inside was a Power Sword and Plasma Gun. He offered the briefcase to him saying, "I hand-crafted both of these weapons myself I hope they will serve thou well."

The Eldest One continued," Also after the wedding I have some saddening news for you. but also there are some more happy matters to discuss curenntly."
