Right, it could turn out that you are the instigator. We don't want needless bloodshed on our hands. IF you can provide the proof that this is retaliatory, which is by all means honorable, we'll see what we can do...

Moniters of this recent flare up have reported the the head of Moorington's Commonwealth and in moments the strong tank divisions of Moorington_s, Mooringtons, and Moorington are positioned on the oppisite side of the major river divinding the region of the republic of pula and ciara from the other regions. At the moment 2 infantry divisions are arrayed on the foremost flanking positions with 8 divisions of heavy tanks in the core, with 3 divisions of mechanized infantry in the rear.

OCC: You should have thought it through before declaring war. You must discuss terms with the nation your against to change some policies against you or your allies. War should be a last resort if the enemy grows arogant and foreces you to do something.

it seems that the thomish empire is not likely to respond. i will send 3 divisions maybe more depending on the severity of matters. are any of these countries near water? i want to send in naval artillery.

Am I the only one who thinks this war is a little silly? you should go to the negotiating table before war because one of you will lose and the loser will lose much land and money and both of you will lose a lot of men.

Official Message from the President of the United States of Credonia

Credonia, a nation who is dedicated to the preservation of the civil rights and liberties of other nations, and a nation that stays loyal to its obligations set forth by its alliances has no choice but to get involved militarily in this conflict. Should the nations of Thomish Empire and Rockaway beach harbor cease and decist and find alternate methods of solving this conflict, Credonia will have no choice but to use brute force against these nations. It appears that our brutal nation was destroyed by Thomish troops before they had time to react. The people has betrayed the former leader. Maybe you should all invade to expand your respective territories. If you do, we won't interfere.

But seriously, You're not doing this properly. Roleplay is, even if purely about a war, a cooperative story, not a bunch of people 'contributing troops' and stat-battling.

I suggest you have a read of the sticky. It really helps.

I personally like to think of a roleplay as a sort of verbal swordfight, as in 'grading' the quality and creativity of the tactical maneuver in question, and posting losses to reflect that.

For example, sending planes at a huge battery of SAM sites is just stupid, as is sending infantry against a battalion of machineguns. Firing artillery at a squad on a mountainside is not going to help.

Likewise, a maneuver to divide and conquer using enough troops may just annihiliate the victim.

100 Miles of the Thomish Coast. July 10th, 2005.

The Commander of the Invasion Force, Gial Hinio, looked out of the Viewport of the command Deck of the HMS Imperialist. He knew that the Enemy would fight and fight hard, but they would Lose. No nation as small as the Thomish Empire would stand long against the might of Hataria.

"Send out our Planes," he ordered, "Attack the Coastal Defenses First and Bomb any Air Base near the Coast."

*Two hours later*

The Planes were in the air and all ready in sight of the enemy Coast. "All Squadrons!" said the Leader, "Arm Bombs and Misslies and Prepeare to Blast the Thom Boys to The Depths of Hell." The other Pilots soon gave a Hatarian War cry and armed the weapons. soon they were Over the coast and then...they started Dropping the bombs on the enemy.

OCC: TE you shouldn't mix up IC and OCC. Saying you are ignoring someone and then having your little PM's signiture on the bottom of the post (not your forum sig) isn't the best mix. But also you don't realy have to ignore Hataria becasue if you dogpile him with enough people he can't win. Just becasue he says he can win (boasting I believe it's called) you can still beat him.
Ether dog pile him or just use better tactics.
