The small peacful nation of the Dominion of the Conservative Union wishes to aquire advanced weapons technology for the sake of defense and protection. Currently, we have little in the way of missles, nuclear technology, tanks, armor, or air-defense. We have allocated $100,000,000 for weapons sales. We are also willing to trade cheese, books, and retail implements.
This offer given by the authority of the Ministry of Defense, vested by the people, approved by parliment.

Just go and find some store fronts, and try to buy production rights to weapons, and don't just think someone's tech is awesome, there is a thing called godmodding, think about it before buying tech from another nation, they may try to rip you off.

Don't buy nuclear weapons from nation's under 2 months old. They don't have the economy to produce or maintain the weapons. You shouldn't even buy nuclear weapons.
