Dear Leader,
The Irish nation is as you know under the tyrany of British rule we have made many attempts for our independance but now with the current situation, namely the Boer War, we actually have a chance. We call upon all nations willing to help to help us in our struggle for freedom. I know many of you may not find a reason to get involved but If we get our freedom Ireland would be a great help in surveillance and inteligence gathering on Britain and maybe with Ireland as a springboard you could attack the British Isles and take over the British Empire with all its colonies.
