Alternate History: its 1995 and this is a different world. The Cold war is still rageing, the berlin wall is still up, and the Russia backed warsaw nations and the US backed NATO are the two world powers.

The Game goes as such, Pick a nation (check the map to see if what you want is a country or not) and join the RP. The Technology is regular 1995 technology, computers and the internet are regular themes.

Basic Rules:
1. NO NUKES and NO MAGIC for either side
2. NO GODMODDING
3. and BOTH israel and palestine are valid choices (link Link if you dont understand (http://x2.putfile.com/7/18620451734.jpg))
4. The Allyances are pre-set, but later into the game the 3 allyances can be destroyed and new allyances can be brought up LATER!.
5. Always have someone RP NPC countries
6. Population *should* be about the same as they were in 1995, they shouldnt be much different they they are in 2005, but as for nations that nolonger exists, try and estimate (add the modern day nations that it is made up of or something), and tell me or India so we can see if its valid

Sweet, but I am planning on my own agreement. North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, and Tajikistan mostly will probably be in it (If they RP like RL nations of this time from my influence).

Hey, the Yellow Agreement was the proposed (Yellow Pact, actually) pact for China, Vietnam, Laos, North Korea, Taiwan, and Tajikistan when they were at their height of communist-influence at the end of the USSR around 1993.

Okay, I am just going to use this as my reference post lol.

Israel recieved large shipments of American M16s and Car-15s during the 60s and 70s even up to the 90s, so I'll use the ones I have recieved from '92 till '95 since there isn't a rule on what really happened during those years ( regardless if there was a cold war or not, USA would still ship those weapons. ) Otherwise, IMI Galil is in mass stockpiles, and the IMI Tavor is a IDF Breakthrough.

Everything else I have in my head lol..^_^

Population: Idea, lets just use the 2005 Population? Make it a bit easier, since no sites really tell you the population in any given year unless someone wants to get a Almanac out lol. Infact, I gotta get the clothes out of the drier..someone should google World Almanac of '95.

Couldnt find an alminac, take 10% off of the 2005 population if you could (and be sure that west bank/gaza strip arent in the pop)

Tip for USSR if he checks the link: Look up all nations that were part of the USSR too before it fell in 1990, add all of them up and you should have your pop of 1995.

I just thought of something.

Inter Continental Ballistic Missiels are NOT allowed simply because they heavily imbalance the game in favour of the CCCP and the USA (sorry). Its a delicate balance and the non-aligned movement nations lie in the mix. Landmine's however, are fair game!
