{OOC: Yes, I know, this is a shameless rip-off of RomeW's thread. So, all credit goes to him for the inspiration. His thread looked fun, so I thought I'd do one for TLE [The Latest Earth]. Basically, the rules are pretty much what they are for his Earth, because:

A)They seem reasonable;
B)I'm too lazy to think of rules of my own}
