Formal Address from the Imperium to the Republic (Attn. Republic)
Chronosia

The Imperium has issued a formal statement to, and regarding, the hostile actions of the Republic towards it and the Galactic Empire.
"Henceforth, all citizens of member states are not permitted in Imperium controlled space, or upon Imperium controlled worlds. If any worlds are disputed between the two factions, the Impeirum shall seize them. If the Republic aggresses against the Imperium, then a scorched Earth policy shall be instituted. Each world in the Imperium's path shall be burned clean of life; each capital world bombed, till no living being remains.
Should the members of the Republic break these rules, then the Imperium shall institute embargoes, and then pre-emptive invasions against the foreign aggressors. These laws are hereby pased by the Emperor and the Primarchs, and entered into Imperial Edict."
Upon that far off and long ago world, where an Imperial Garrison lay; the world long ago split with Vilence, the sensor arrays began to go off. An Imperial warfleet, numbering 500 ships tore free from the warp, sending forth this signal to that remote base.
"We have come to redeem this world, prepare to receive us"
As the drop pods and dropships screeched through the atmosphere, roaring in flaming discharge, the Guardsmen below readied for war. This world was theirs, their Emperor had made it so.

OOC: Whatever. Not like it effects me much. We don't go into your space in the first place. This just provides more incentive not to.
Oh, and Vilence isn't a citizen or member of the Republic. Nor is Deatharon.
And don't get your hopes up that you'll get some stupid-ass nation to join the Republic. We've emplaced a stricter citizenship rule, so we can keep idiots and useless people out.

OOC; i never mentioned Deatheron. I'm just laying down the ground rules.
I don't care who joins the Republic. I'm sure youm can recruit idiots on your own. I have no interest in who you recruit
Now; a nice IC reply would be appreciated. And the world that Vilence claimed, since his departure; was given to Taledonia. I know hes also no longer a member, but I and he worked out the planet sharing arrangement.
Lets just say that it serves to show that I no longer respect prior arrangements made with the Republic; and that Chronosia will no longer put up with any...hostility.
Lets try and be civil in our antipathy

"What is it?" the hiss of Marcus De Drakan came from the shadows as he advanced upon the unfortunate servitor.
"The message is sent; the Republic knows of our intentions"
'Excellent, Excellent" A smile rose to his lips. "We proceed as planned then"
"Aye my Lord"
"They would not dare violate the soverignty of our domain now, and if they do, we can act decisively. Let these fools make the most of their time. If the Republic is wise, it will vote against war; but when it comes to war...Then my allies shall strike at the critical hour, and I shall take the serpents head"
Marcus cackled, then turned back to the shadowy recesses of his throne; his eyes blazing like nimbuses of warp flame.
"It is only a question, of how soon they seek to oppose us, and how long it takes for our other plans to bear fruit"

Kazecistan was not stupid enough to send a large ship. If they did, it might seem hostile, at which point they would have to send reinforcements to protect it, and Kazecistan did not have the Navy power to fight a war with them at that moment. Their only option was to send something small. Several hours later, one of Kazecistan's Bullet Transports arrived in the area. It was alone. We are here.

A snarling gibbering thing lay before them, flesh seething from armor; the being inscribed with runes that seared into its very flesh. behind it, stood the Negotiator. Varikus stood and sighed softly.
His Terminator guards flanked him; watching, cautiously, eagerly, as the diplomats came forth.
"Welcome to my world. The Emperor has, at this time, given me stewardship of it in his name. Now; what seems to be your concern?"
Kazecistan

"This world belongs to the Imperium; as those who claimed it for your Republic have rescinded their membership. As such, the rest of this world has ceased to belong to the Republic. We challenged them for sovereignty as they were weaker, and were accosted by the noble Taledonia. He gazed upon the countenance of the Daemon Emperor himself, and a deal was made. Chronosia and Vilence split the world. Now, as I understand it, they are both gone from your organisation, and so nothing stands between the Imperium and taking this world, as it should be"
"And so it shall be"
The voice echoed from behind the commander as the Inquisitor stepped forward.
"I come in the name of the Emperor, and I claim this world in his name. His servants are not prone to abandoning those worlds which they claim as his." A smile, perhaps, upon that dark countenance. Those eyes had watched worlds burn, races slaughtered, entire cultures burnt asunder.

"You are a people devoid of faith; empty of that which makes us glorious. As such, we fail to see how you have a say in the fate of Imperial citizens. You and your Republic have no jurisdiction here." he let his mind drift forth, to touch these fools.

I am sure that there are some on this world who wish to come with us, to flee oppression. If they want to stay, by all means they may, but if they request asylum, we are forced to let them come with us. They were our people and we will give them this choice as our last act as their leaders.
Oh, another thing, the power of a Psyker is not unknown to us, and we are indifferent to it's use. We find that privacy has no place in most levels of our society as our actions are not to be ashamed of, if ever we are ashamed, we took the wrong path and deserve it."

"You think me limited to mind games?" Again that crackling at his fingers; that psychic power. The ground around him seemed to shift; reality bending, as though looking at him through great heat. He gestured to the twisted being lieing before them.
"Do you know what this is?"
He brought his foot into its stomach, flipping it over. It had been human once; its eyes now removed; sigils, runes, chains and bandages covering its twisted form; oaths tied to it; written in blood; unspeakable oaths...
"It is a Daemonhost. Or at least; the host for it. It was once a citizen of this world" He gestured beyond the Chronosian lines.
"From there. We have had our cultists at work, collecting, corrupting..
A soft chuckle rose from the Inquisitors lips; the tihng before them twitched, moving, begging in mumbled speech for aid...
It had no tongue...
'All that remains is to replace the conciousness, with that of the Daemon; to bind its power to the body..."
Runes crackled about the ground, the Inquisitor seemed to be slipping into some form of trance; his archaic words echoing in their minds, though he spoke not with his mouth. He paused, eyes flying open, burning with Warp fire.
"Shall I give it life?"

The Inquisitor gestured; energy crackling; the barriers between worlds rending.
"Come forth, Magraknathos, come forth, servant of Khorne!"
The body jerked, screaming as best it could, writhing obscenely, tearing at its bonds. Its empty sockets blazed with furious flames; its body shifted, flesh straining. Horns protruded from its head.
It rose, towering above the delegates; its mouth moving, speaking with psychic thought to make up for its removed tongue...
Its thoughts echoed, dark and terrible...

"Daemons.... By all that is cursed and blighted!" Daemonhunter Jenrik, one of the very last of his kind in the Realm. He and his twelve were working night and day to train new recruits.
The cursed power wielded by the heretic Chronosians (Don't get offended Chronosia, I'm doing a first person thing, and this is a daemonhunter's head) was beyond belief! His hand tightened around the Blade of Purity and Silence, and a white glow emanated from it.
Until recent times, he was considered an strange, half-idiotic, crazy man. Now he was one of the most respected men in the Realm, after the Kazec report of Daemons had arrived.
His brow furrowed briefly, and the door of his ship was flung open. This abomination would not stand while he drew breath!
The ship sped off, into the void. He would, in one swift stroke, destroy the heretic Psyker, and save the beleugered peoples. The Light itself empowered him, and the feeble Psykers were no obstacle.
The ship, miraculous, began to land, strangely impossible to detect (Yeah, I know, it's godmodding, but a duel between Light and Dark is an RP I'd pay half my fleet for. If you want me to, I'll have a few hundred thousand citizens defect to Slaanesh.)
He mentally prepared himself, calm and rage spilling over one another, rage against the heretic abomination, calm, as he knew his power. He drew the blade, and, his face a mask of stone, stepped out, and began walking to where he knew, he felt the Psyker waiting.
(OOC: If you want me to delete this, say the word. I just saw an chance to annoy Kazec, and have a duel, all in the same post. I mean, who COULD resist?)

"Ah, you morsels will have to wait. A more appetising meal draws my attention."
Striding forth, the abomination at his side; he looked about him.
"Step forth, Morsel...You shall know the wrath that comes with defying an agent of the Daemon Emperor. I shall have Magraknathos destroy these little treats if you do not surrender. I have a fleet in orbit that couldshatter the former Republic holdings on this world into blood and ashes"

I do not object to your entering this thread, quite the opposite, but it does interfere with the Republic's plans when you just show up ready to bash someone's skull in. If you could please resolve the issue of hostilities soon, the Republic would thank you. I'm afraid that if you do not back down, you will be sent to trial.
Ic: The lead Kazeci responded by repeating his foe, "'You threaten our sovereignty; you would mock us. Take Imperial citizens as your own, would you?' I should say the very same thing! It is you who have come here and enslaved our citizens."
Another jumped in to allow the first to calm before he said something stupid. "We would have all those who are willing, if they don't want to come, they may stay. Mind you, their minds would have to be free of influence to make this choice."

Countless are drained of their life daily to satisfy the insane psychic lusts of our Sorcerors, to better further our understanding of the warp. Others become experiments, playthings; would you see your family in cages; mated unwillingly with animals? Human Chimeras are in great demand these days..."
The Inquisitor's eyes blazed with experience, knowledge; authority. "I would advise against challenging our power. Leave this place; this world is no longer governed by those who settled it. It does not belong to your Republic."

The daemonhunter strode towards where he could feel the presence of his enemy. Completely blind, he saw, so to speak, with his power. He had his hand steadily upon his sword, and was prepared to strike at the slightest sound.
He had been forbidden to come to the realm of the Chronosians, many times over. He ignored those petty time-servers who only purpose was to order people around, attempting to look more important.
The government was corrupt, and idle. Useless as it was, it had not believed him, and needed 'proof' to begin daemonhunter training. It was too late for them now. There would be no escape from the storm that would be unleashed, and it was near-futile to struggle against the daemons who would soon feed upon his people.... No!
He must not think that way. The power of the Psyker must have subtly infiltrated his mind. He rewrought his steel resolve, and drew his sword. He 'saw' the daemon and the Psyker standing some few hundred paces away from him.
How he moved undetected, he did not know. He was not a great daemonhunter, merely a good one. Hopefully a match for this abomination.
He drew his sword with a steel rasp, and spoke loudly. "Heretic abomination! You shall fall by my blade. Prepare yourself for the eternal torments of your foul masters!" He spoke with a calm that belied his fear. He was facing an Inquisitor, something he knew he would be more than hard pressed to defeat. He may win, but even if he did, he would not leave alive.
OOC: Sure, this could provoke a war. It may be illegal for me to do something like this. The daemonhunter isn't part of my government. He's breaking the law. So, Kazec, if he kills the Psyker, and the Chronosian government ask us to arrest him, we will. If he dies, he was simply a mad old man.

Ah, good, a fight
The Daemonhost whirled, hissing through its tongueless mouth at the Daemonhunter, glaring with eyeless sight as it sent forth its mind to whisper to him.
At Azaha the Imperium tore the Grey Knights asunder, what makes you think that you can stop us?

We were once a part of your Imperium; we escaped its death, and we know what it was....We know it takes more than technology and genetics to remake it...It takes soul, heart, spirit. Something a race of bastard daemon half-breeds and their Imperium groupy ally, would not comprehend.

But where the Imperium spanned hardly half their galaxy this one will span many galaxies and we have the necessities to do so. Just wait.

You do have such a high opinion of yourself, don't you? I'd be surprised if you could mount an Imperium capable of spanning a quarter of the Old Imperium.

OOC: How are you going to span a galaxy?
You have 793 million people... There are more than 793 million planets in a galaxy. Whatcha gonna do, cut those people in half and leave their corpses on dead planets? If you are, can I help with the cutting in half?
Edit: CLUUUUUUBBBB HOUSSSEE! Are they really going to have one?!?! I mean, does it have vending machines? And little pink membership cards with pictures of fairies? Chronosia, you should join! I'll join too, and we can all be Happy Tree Friends (Kudos for anyone who gets that)
