The united nation of War Declarers want to purchase 10,000 slaves from any nation . We will provide for them . We will also be paying them wages . We will pay that nation US 20 for each slave . The price can be bargined .
We also need cruise missiles capable of flying up to 4000 KM . It must be capable of carrying chemical/biological/explosive warheads .

“They want what?” asked Sub-Commander Bernard, looking over the top of his PDA at his subordinate, Senior Intelligence Officer, Valard, newly reassigned to external monitoring activities, after a brief stint in the Non-human affairs division.
“Well, according to the report I just gave you…they want slaves and missiles.”
Bernard sat back in his chair, tossing the PDA onto the wooden desk Of course, it wasn’t real wood, that luxury was only afforded to the higher command staff, and the elites of the Church.
“Slaves and missiles…could you e any more random?” he asked out loud, to no one in particular.
“We’ll keep an eye on them. If they’re buying slaves, see who sells to them, and try to liberate whatever remaining stock they have…” he paused. “Also, put out an APB on War Declarers merchant ships that may be passing through the Seabelt to be scanned for illegal human cargo, and cease it, should they pass into Seabelt lanes. Keep an eye on them, see who’s willing to provide them missiles, as well.”
Valard saluted, “Sir, yes sir.” and departed

Surely the price of a lifetime of work and toil under your government is worth much more than 25USD a person. We highly suggest they offer a much higher price if they ever hope to receive any offers from slavers of any kind.
