No. Don't let other nations dictate your law code.

Ok, here goes.

1. Make Polygamy legal (just kidding)

2. you said the prosecutor would determine punishment. Could you elaborate further on how legal proceedings are held?

3. I'm not kidding, make polygamy legal.

4. Gambling?

5. Prostitution?

6. workplace regulations (minimum wage etc.)?

7. I'd just like to note once again that, despite having a repressive dictatorship, your country seems remarkably libertine.

OOC: I'll respond to this one, as PP is a good RL friend of mine, and we're IC allies (Greater Prussia):

Ok, here goes.

1. Make Polygamy legal (just kidding)

HAHA. Good one. :)

2. you said the prosecutor would determine punishment. Could you elaborate further on how legal proceedings are held?

Not sure, but my guess would be that instead of the jury or judge deciding the punishment for the crime, the DA or AG would. I'm gonna have to let PP take that one, though.

3. I'm not kidding, make polygamy legal.

I thought you were funny the first time -- now I think you're crazy. Greater Prussia Major is a fundemental protestant region. PP and I are the most liberal in there, but even we won't cross a certain line.

4. Gambling?

He'll have to add that. I'm not sure on his policy. I think it's legal, though.

5. Prostitution?

See response to #3.

6. workplace regulations (minimum wage etc.)?

Again, not sure on that.

7. I'd just like to note once again that, despite having a repressive dictatorship, your country seems remarkably libertine.

Well, we know what's better for our people. :p

Read the unabomber manifesto sometime. You'll see what I'm talking about.

you said the prosecutor would determine punishment. Could you elaborate further on how legal proceedings are held?

Trials are trial by jury. The judge shall deliver a sentence based on the severity of the crime, if the defendent is found guilty.

I'm not kidding, make polygamy legal.

Won't happen any time soon.

Gambling?

Legal for all over 16, I'll add that.

Prostitution?

Government regulated to ensure it doesn't become too widespread, or dangerous (STD's). Govt. officials are banned from partaking, though. Thanx, I missed that.

workplace regulations (minimum wage etc.)?

Basically the workplace shall be a safe, friendly environment. Minimum wage will be 10 dollars an hour.

Thanx, you caught some stuff I really missed.

Do you have laws for corporations, or are they considered large enough to be dealt with case-by-case?

Excessive to the point of being just plain useless. Stuff like what you'd find in games like GTA or resident evil is fine.

Yeah, that's case-by-case. Monopolies aren't exactly outlawed, just frowned upon.

OOC: The law still sucks.

Then consider it gone!
