Hi! What is this thing? Shall i be scared of this? What must i do?
The Republic of Gyrobot has declared an ultimatum that you will cease this fighting or at least fight with better skills or stop the conflict and start practising. Failure to comply will result in annexation of your nation and we may distribute your land to other prominent nations while your citizens get sent to nation renowned of violating human rights to the strongest extent.

Ignore it. He's declaring IC (in-character) war on you for OOC (Out-of-Character) reasons. He's at greater fault than you are, and pretty much anybody would be well-within their rights to ignore that sort of behaviour.

(OOC) Then why do you threaten? I would suggest you cease and desist with the telegrams at once.
If every time I went to war for OOC reasons....let's just say that a few of you would be up against troops that are eternally in war. Or that the OOC declaration of war would be crazy against soooo many people on here.

OOC: Well the entire NATO (and Allies) vs the RWC was basically OOC reasoning for IC total war (well almost)...
Everyone knows how destructive that would have been ICly as well as the deepening of OOC bad feelings between the two blocs (before they disappeared from the Radar (and I should know since I am ex-RWC).
Hence OOC wars or threatened action for OOC reason (without prior agreement) are not good and should not be performed.
