Millerian is now accepting offers from other nations or companies for a nationwide defence and army communication plan. After 1 NS year we will chose the best offer (both in economicalness and practicalness). It must include only building (like fortified positions and bases) and communication line (any type). The nation or company will provide some info on how to deploy our troops in these positions but it will be our decision. There are 4 major cities in Millerian and about 10 bases scattered around the border.
