Phobos Test Site, Mars SSR-

Today, confirmation has come from the Commissariat of Science that a research reactor has been set up in Phobos, in order to facilitate testing that may lead to the development of a feasible singularity reactor.

Drawing upon experience with Gravity Well generators found on the NDS Battleship Potemkin, New Dornalia's only Eclipse Star Destroyer, the project plans to utilize a gravity well generator, recreated at Phobos, to generate a small black hole, contain it with magnetic fields, and eventually sustain it for an extended duration of time. If successful, the technology may be used to create civilian and military reactors.

Current reports indicate that despite some initial power problems and some troubles with the containment system, the team has been successful in setting up a feasible process to start up a singularity, and to contain it.

Current reports indicate that the process needed to begin a singularity and feasibly contain it are successful; and a singularity has been made. Now, the challenge remains on how to keep it going. Several methods at this time are being drawn up to do this, and are being tested.

ALL GLORY TO THE SOVIETS!

Our singularity project has been finished. We have achieved success with the various stages of testing, twice. The technology will now be integrated and tested with all NDPN ships, and with a few civil grids in North America, before being fully integrated as our primary method of power generation.

Black Hole Creation/Containment: 10/10
Black Hole Sustainment: 10/10
