The Arab Underground
Movements of tribes during the colder scarce months have caused an upstir and been resolved in a few skirmishes, Some have said that shots were fired. The Arab Underground is asking for any person owning a firearm to notify us.
The leaders of many tribes are however asking for a more peaceful relationship with neighbours to allow the passage of the winter easier for us all.

Siege at Shiraz
Reports say up to 60,000 tribesmen sieged the garrison of shiraz. Aritllery pieces were stolen last spring when a small confrontation was won by tribesmen. They were reported to have been used in the latest attack.

Siege of Shiraz! Hundreds Dead
Rebellious Tribes Surround and Siege Center For Smuggling
After a quiet summer, the Bakotar tribe and several allies have surrounded and besieged the fortefied city of Shiraz. With an unprecidented show of force, nearly 50,000 irregular tribesmen have already killed a confirmed 640 Infantry that were garrisoning the city. Many civilians have been evacuated and it seems that collateral damage is at a low.
All trade routs to the city have been cut off and aid is being distributed to some of the citizens. The garrison, nearing 20,000, is held up in the fort to the immediate east of the city. The artillery that they once had was stolen last spring in a daring night raid that took all 20 pieces that the city had. The Shah has mobilized the army and drafted an additional 20,000 infantry to deal with the tribal attack.
The Arab Underground has asked for a meeting of tribes to decide what to do about the opressive infidels.
Furthermore a large force of soldiers have been stationed at shiraz and gun ownership is now illegal.
