I wishes to ally my nation with the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. I believes that an alliance between these two small European states would help defend them against attacks from the outside. I wishes to meet with the leader of Luxembourg in Brussesls. Please respond as soon as possible.

We have heard of the troubles occuring inyour country and have sent the 9th Commando Brigade to help quell the riots. They are lead by Leftenit Colonel Charlerey. An experienced Commander. I send my sympathy.
