I Will Withdraw My Troops From Ouz And Not Attack Nations Unless They Attack Me Or Are A Major Threat To Peace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lone Alliance demands payment by the The Armed Republic of Culpeper Virginia for the uncalled for declaration on The Holy republic of Ouz. Until this is resolved The Lone Alliance will continue to have it's bombers in a holding pattern around The Armed Republic of Culpeper Virginia.

The Empire is willing to sign an alliance with the nation of Culpeper Virginia. This alliance, and the protection it would bring, comes at a price however. Our terms are thus:

- Culpeper Virginia will trade exclusively with the Empire, except for items deemed unnecessary or unwanted for the Empire's economy. This trade will be tariff free.

- Culpeper Virginia will grant transit and basing rights to The Empire. Imperial Forces will be permitted to transit the territory of Culpeper Virginia. As well no less than 500,000 and no more than 2 million Imperial troops will be based inside of Culpeper Virginia in times of peace. In times of war that total can be increased to 10 million or higher with permission of Culpeper Virginia.

- In times of war Culpeper Virginia will provide military control to the Imperial High Command

- The Imperial Military will train and partially fund the Culpeper Virginian military. This will involve having liason officers on army staffs down to the battalion level as well as with every second company. A liason officer will also be present in each squadron and on every ship.

In exchange the Empire will provide protection from lesser nations who would attempt to take advantage of Culpeper Virginia's weakness via military action. The Empire will also provide two lump sum loans at any time during the alliance of no more than $50 billion. The Empire will also lift tariffs on trade with Culpeper Virginia.
