The Proposal:

1- Millerian will send soldiers, food and water or medical supplies to the nation which accepts the offer and wires the money in case of a war, famine or draught but the nation will need to send a telegram to Millerian. Also the help will be consisting of one item not two or all three.

2-In an event of two nations who accepted this offer fighting Millerian will provide a peaceful solution.

3- Any immigrant who comes to Millerian will be counted as Millerian citizen and respected accordingly.

4- The nation will be able to open up an embassy on capital Milleria

TOTAL COST:50,000,000$

But you can reduce the price by accepting one of these optional terms:

O1- The nuclear firepower of the nation accepts this optional term will be investigated by Millerian officials and half of it will be given to Millerian.

Reduction: 35,000,000$

O2- Millerian will open an embassy on the agreeing nations capital which will count as Millerian soil and Millerian laws will apply. This embassy will also include residing spaces for the workers and a small airfield for private jets. We would not wish to become involved in your program but are concerned when you state that:

No customs or searches will be applied to neither the plane or its cargo or the officials and the embassy. The Director of the Embassy will be given a armored car and will be able to use it anyway he/she likes.

This phrase seems to place embassy staff above the laws of the host nation and makes them effectively untouchable in the eyes of the police and customs officials. Whilst possibly unintentional we would look down upon any agreement whereby smuggling and other laws are not enforced upon others and seems to place foreign nationals at a higher status tahn local residents.

We are also concerned by exactly what useage an armoured car would serve in an embassy. This could be seen to be provocative to the host nation as a foreign military vehicle. In times of political instability or war when the host nation has access to his entire armoury and all that stands against it is an armoured car?

Apart from these minor points we view this program as a good thing as it can only help to bring stability to such an unstable world.

It could be for transportation, there isn't a lot safer than an armoured car.

I suppose but most nations use an armoured limosine or similar, something much less intrusive and more practical. I would never place a military vehicle in another nation even to protect an embassy I have there, unless we were at war and it was for extraction of my citizens.
